Welcome to the serenity of Salter Path, this well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 full bath ocean view condo sleeps 4 and features gorgeous birds eye ocean views off the top floor large balcony and every amenity you need to make for the perfect beach vacation, including an elevator! Fully stocked "cooks" kitchen, tasteful furnishings. The community offers a pool and hot tub (open April to end of September) and covered parking for two cars. Linens are provided and also a washer/dryer is in the unit.

Perfect location for attending the yearly Mullet Festival, except the parking; had to park our vehicle in another area to be able to come and go when we wanted too, during our 4days stay. Would have been better if there was a cook stove, but we managed. We brought an electric skillet. On a good note, nice hot showers and a very cozy comfy bed!

What a beautiful condo!!! It’s so wonderful when you stay somewhere that is exactly as pictured and clean. To top it off, Keri, was intentional in welcoming us, with a handwritten note, and little snacks. She also checked in with us during our stay. Great host. Beautiful view.

Loved staying here, felt homey and very cozy and quiet. It was what we wanted though with a quiet neighborhood. We went with the intentions of boating but were let down by the local boat ramp being that the water is only about 1ft deep when you get off the ramp. The airbnb was perfect though, couldn't have asked for a better place to stay if you want to spend some time on Harkers Island!

We had a wonderful stay in Layden's place over the Easter weekend. There were five of us staying there and there was plenty of room. The house was super clean and bright. The pictures on the site very accurately displayed the house. The beds were extremely comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with necessities. Layden was very responsive to all our needs and pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Everything was very well kept and clean upon arrival and checkout was super quick and simple. The property itself is amazing with a very nice elevated patio and more than enough room for sleeping arrangements as well as cooking. Most importantly to me was during my experience at least, the people in the area were extremely friendly and we never had trouble finding something to do. there’s a ton of attractions and fine restaurants around even within walking distance including the beach. Communication with the host was also very quick and respectful with no miscommunications which of course always helps for a better trip.
