It was a great place to stay. The place was big enough for my kids to play and move while I was working at home. Fast internet service was a plus. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family!

Great place to stay in Cebu and worth the price. Minimalist design, free of clutter and very cozy. Balcony was also perfect since you can see CCLEX from there. Just some concerns (although they really didn't affect our stay so much) that might be improved on for future guests-- the sink was smelly, when we got in the first time, we smelled the stench right away and it always smells whenever we use the sink, might have something to do with the building's plumbing not really the owner.. Then next is the internet connection, we can use it for FB messenger but we're unable to watch videos on our phones and watch Netflix on TV. We didn't complain because everything was bearable. Just sharing it here to set expectations especially for those who are planning to work remotely. Overall, it was still a great stay. We'll surely go back, we loved the bathroom so much. 100% for the unit's aesthetics. The owner was very responsive and always available whenever we had concerns or questions. 💜

Great stay, it feels like your on your own home because almost everything is available, from kitchenware to even mini clothes iron and free wifi which greatly help on my work. Also, Ma'am Joy the host is super pleasing, welcomed me pleasantly even I checked in very late @ almost 10pm instead of 1pm😁.

Fabulous Checks all the boxes and then some. Great apartment. Newly renovated. Hot shower, good WiFi, aircon. Spacious and comfort. Fabulous southern view looking over the sea. Sunrise sunsets. Nice people. Family atmosphere. Well Maintained. Hop skip and a jump to the center of town. Sea wall night life. Great wet market and Prince super market. Right on the main road. Plenty of triks and buses. Bus 20 minute ride to dalaguete beach park beach. Look it up on YouTube. On and on. Don’t miss out!

This place is perfect for peace and quiet. They even pick us up at Ferry port and took us back . Not far from the main town for restaurants and shopping.

Great apartment in Tambuli. I have been already in other apartments in Tambuli but this was the best. Thanks for the nice stay

Mystyk and co were very accommodating even with the odd check-in check-out times. We were fortunate that their place was not previoualy booked as they seem to be a popluar host, which is not surprising because they have a lovely accommodations. Would book again the next time and reco to others :)

We found a nice and spotless clean apartment for a really fair price . There is a kitchen with big refrigerator, rice cooker, water heater, 4 burner stove and microwave . Cold ac , quick and stable wifi and a lot of digital tv channels . From the veranda you have a nice view into their beautiful garden . The place is only 3 min. from white beach and 6 min. to Alona by motorbike . You can rent a Yamaha Aerox scooter from the host and park it directly at the back of the apartment where there is a private entrance to the property . All in all we found a fantastic place and will return there when we are in Bohol again ... Michael & Claudia

It was such a pleasure being able to stay here! The home was spacious, clean, and very welcoming. With 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, it's a perfect vacation home for a family. The host was friendly and communicative from the moment we booked to when we checked out. The home is in a great location, just a short taxi ride away from the beach. I definitely recommend staying here if you're planning a trip to Bohol!

The Shack has an absolutely stunning view, making it well worth the stay. As others have said, the beach is very shallow and requires water shoes - not ideal for swimming. However, there are kayak's if you wish to venture off shore a bit to swim. Additionally, there are plenty of resorts nearby that allow day passes for swimming and snorkeling. The bedrooms have AC allowing an escape from the heat, although we found our selves out exploring Santander during the day. There are many great restaurants and places to visit in the area and renting a scooter is definitely recommended. If you are looking for a local taste of the area and a beautiful shack on the beach, I would definitely recommend it!

Never gonna regret staying at the Terrace House. First of all, the place was very homey and all the staff (especially Allen) was very accomodating and helpful. My whole family enjoyed and admired the view. Allen also made it convenient for us to go to all the places we wished and needed to go. We just want to suggest that hopefully they could add an outdoor shower for the pool/ additional bathroom (so more guests can simultaneously take a shower and get ready), but overall we really loved our stay. We recommend it 101%

We had a group of seven including two kids. The house was great, very comfortable. The fridge was stocked with the items that we requested and the meals that were prepared for us while at the house were excellent. The swimming pool was a big hit with everyone. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

Our stay here was truly unforgettable! The kitchen was impressively well-equipped with everything we needed, making our experience even more comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond—they gave us a nighttime tour of the seawall and even helped us get to the market to buy a birthday cake for my mother-in-law. Their hospitality made this trip extra special!

If you wish to have a laid back trip, this place is the perfect choice. Its peaceful environment was a major plus; it was wonderfully silent, allowing for a truly relaxing getaway. Great hosts and caretakers - shoutout to them for helping us when we had our transpo dilemma. They have been highly responsive since day 1. If given a chance to come back to Bantayan, I'd choose this place again - bringing my own car this time 😂

Our stay here was fantastic! I was looking for an affordable place for my family of 7, and this house exceeded expectations. While there were slight issues with check-in, the host was quick to resolve them, and their hospitality truly stood out—they even allowed us a free late check-out, which was greatly appreciated. The air conditioning was incredibly cold (perfect for the tropical weather), and the house is located in a gated community with security, so we felt very safe throughout our stay. Even our relative from Bohol mentioned that we booked a really good place. Overall, it’s a great spot for families and definitely worth the price!

Jose's place was perfect for my partners stay. Due to the storms on Camotes Jose and his cohosts supported us to check in early and were always extremely kind and supportive to any requests and alterations. The apartment was in a secure location off from the street so it felt extremely safe and peaceful. The apartment was also perfectly clean with all of the ameneties mentioned. We would recommend staying at one of Jose's listings if you are staying in Consolacion so for an affordable, comfortable, and safe stay.

The condominium near IT Park was a nice place to stay. The apartment is well-maintained and practical, especially for workers. I liked the swimming pool—it’s a nice touch and well-kept. The location is very convenient, close to everything I needed. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’d recommend it.

The location is fantastic; it's much larger than it looks on pictures, and it offers lovely views of the city and the ocean. The security guard and neighbors are amiable and considerate. We adore the location.
