Arnold, the dog in the property is it's unique charm. We had clear instructions on how we can self check in, but I was surprised sa friendly dog, kinda worried at first. But, what's really amusing was Arnold never bark at us even once while we were trying to get inside, but funny how he barked at people na dumadaan in front of the house. It's amazing to see na parang well- trained pati doggy to welcome its guests. The house is clean, enough for 2-3 adults ok din for a small fam. Well-equipped ang kitchen to create your own meal. No TV, but wifi connection is great! Extra mattress, towels, and sheets are great plus points too! Lastly, their host Andie is super responsive and proactive to inform us of an item we left behind. Till our next Bataan trip👍🥰

We stayed for 3d/2nights to attend our church National Youth Conference in Dasma Arena. The place has a homey ambience and a spacious outdoor. Mini palengke and alfamart where we bought our food and basic necessities are walking distance, very convenient. The host, Ms. Judith is very accomodating with our request for early check-in, we arrived at the place so early before 12nn, and they allowed us in without any additional cost. Thank you so much. Just a minor request, Ms. Judith please add frying pan to the kitchen utensils please and additional spoon and fork 😅 Overall, it suits our needs 😊 thank you so much Ms. Judith for lending us your place 😊 God bless you.

We had an amazing stay at Sarah's place! Host and caretaker were very friendly and accommodating and the place was really nice! Very home-y vibes, clean room, TV with YouTube & Netflix, clean bathroom, mini ref, small kitchen and lots of utensils! Beaches was also super close, close to the bayan area (lots of places to eat, ATMs and groceries). One of the downsides were the power outage that was scheduled 4 hours before our checkout but other than that we loved it! We will definitely rebook here once we plan another beach trip to Batangas. 🫶

The place gave my little family a cozy and peaceful stay. The caretaker, Ate Irene is very approachable. She warmly welcomed us and assist us throughout our stay. We were advised to bring food because it is a little from convinience store/resto. They provided basic kitchen wares and equipt so it was just fine. It was a very nice quick getaway.

It was a great place to stay at. Saktong sakto for big groups like us. Magaganda mga rooms, can accommodate a lot of people talaga. Plus plus factor that all rooms has their own toilet 😍 We’d love to go back and book with them again ☺️

We absolutely love Casita Villa! It was well maintained, very clean and most of all relaxing. The kids love it here, there are many thinga to do - basketball, billiards, karaoke, big screen tv in one of the rooms. Jannin responds very fast and Raymond including his family was very helpful. We are planning to book Casita Villa again as our annual family outing place. Thank you Casita Villa for making us relaxed plus such a clean place including the beddings, towels were nice. The pool was okay for us since it's elevated it was safe for the kids not to accidentally fall in the pool. Hopefully by the time we book again in Casita Villa it will be searchable in Grab in case we need to order food. But overall it's okay since they have a store inside the property which most of the basics were there. Kitchen equipments and utensils are complete. Thank you Casita Villa for making your place our home for three days. It was a memorable vacation for our family. We will be back!

Ms. Christy is a very responsive host. We arrived at 2:30pm, and the host allowed us to check in early. We appreciate the complimentary snacks. There were three shower rooms and two toilets. Wifi connection is good. The whole house is clean. If you are looking for a quiet place, this house is perfect place to relax.

My stay in Manila was perfect. A cute secure village close to the airport and the host is so sweet I left my phone in the grab when I was on my way to the airport and she went out of her way to ship it to my friend so I can retrieve it I live all the way in Canada it was a very stressful situation and Carla contacted the grab retrieved my phone and went out of her way for me to get it back! I would definitely recommend this Airbnb in a heart beat! Don’t hesitate to book!

Me and my friends stayed at the villa for 1 night and we really had a great time during our stay at the place. The entire compound is very relaxing, considering the amount of plants and trees you get to see the moment you get past their gates. The place isn’t difficult to find since it’s located beside the uni. You also wouldn’t expect that you’d find such peaceful and relaxing place in the middle the town. The people who assisted us were also very accommodating - from our pre-checkin inquiries upto checkout - there are personnel available to assist you.. Overall, we were very satisfied with the place and the services provided.

The villa is breathtaking with modern features, clean layout, and rustic look. Though for the price, we expected it to be a bit bigger and exclusive (We were surprised to see many cars parked in the front of the villa, but we learned later on that those were paid parking). But overall our stay was good. The staff are kind and helpful. And the owner responds fast to our inquiries.

We had a great stay at Paula’s unit in Pine Suites Tagaytay. She was very attentive to all our questions, and her caretaker (though we didn’t catch her name) was quick and responsive to our needs throughout our stay. The studio unit may be compact, but it’s clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We were lucky to arrive early and got secured parking inside the premises—otherwise, parking is available outside. One thing to note is that pool access is pay-per-use, with separate rates depending on the time of day (morning, afternoon, or evening), but this was clearly explained and easy to manage. Overall, the host and the unit itself were excellent, and the price is very affordable compared to others in the area. Highly recommended!

This is my third stay in 3 consecutive years in the same room. Always my go-to choice for my annual music festival trip. Need some needle and thread to stick holes in your clothes? on knock away! Need some flat iron? one knock away! They have in-house personnel to assist you with your needs. Very convenient. Very accessible. Walkable grocery store, church, places with good food to eat. Will surely come back again next year.

Janeth was our wonderful host, she made us felt right at home and was always available when we need help. The area is peaceful and quiet, just tucked away off the busy main road. Had a great stay! Caretaker was very accommodating and friendly. Location was peaceful and private, felt like we were the only ones within the area. Few rooms did not have AC and few bathrooms had broken shower heaters but nonetheless, would highly recommend booking. Thank you!

Ms. Josephine is a super host! Very accommodating. We asked for a favor and with no hestitation granted it. The place is clean, smells good, in a quiet neighborhood, has complete amenities. Location is good too. My family loved staying there. We are looking forward on staying at Ms. Joephine's place again. Kuya Lito is welcoming as well. Recommending it. 11/10
