Beachfront vacation rentals in Cavite

The unit was as described, it was clean. We did not have any problem checking-in as the host was very responsive. The only problem we had was they did not have a wifi and the signal of our mobile network is really bad, so we couldn’t open our emails and do socmed. The aisle going to the unit had uneven tiles and was quite dirty, and the light bulb in front of the unit was flickering, which I think is not the fault of the host but poor maintenance on the part of the condominium management. Nevertheless, we really had a great time and the kids had lots of fun. The beach and pool were nice.

Gregs is a very helpful host. His place as described in the picture. The nature around the accomodations is amazing and the beach is beautiful. Lots of of water activities that you can book. We did not book any as we want to enjoy the sea side as much as we can and most of our company are young kids so island tour is not going to be fun for us. I would recommend greg for the authenticity of his place is like you turn the back the time when all the Philippines beach are not own privately by rich corp. Place is simple and clean. It cater what we need nothing fancy. We arrived late sl we had trouble getting to the place but Greg called us and guide is even with the really late check in. Would come back in future for sure.

The Host was very accomodating and friendly. For people who are new to Pico de Loro, this is a private membership resort. So all visitors(non-members) must pay extra an adult fee of 1500 pesos per head to enter the resort and use its facilities. Seniors and minors have lower fees. It would be helpful if you include a note or link to disclose these additional fees. For the total cost including those added fees, well you may as well be better off in another beach resort. It's a good place but just saying be prepared to spend.

Lovely place to stay, extremely spacious dining area and rooms each with ensuite. Pool was a nice touch and cleared of leaves daily. Benedict was always helpful and quick to advise us. Be aware that the nearby beach is down a long winding road, but they offered to drive us. Also note that this is a private housing area with a security gate and nighttime curfew. It would have been useful to have had an iron available for use but otherwise excellent.

The whole family had a great time in this place. There were some issues about the air conditioning units but was resolved immediately. The caretakers were very helpful and friendly. It was a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Very clean linens and towels. Complete kitchen wares, utensils and equipment. The owner even gave us a bottle of wine. We will definitely go back!

We had a great stay here at Pico. Our host was super friendly and responsive. He took his time in explaining the facilities and the restaurants including activities and events. His unit is very clean. The photos on the listing matches so what you see is what you get. The restroom is clean and linens are spotless. They even provide guests slippers and toothbrush but the best part is the Kape Barako. My wife has OCD and she was comfortable during our stay. We highly recommend this unit and we can’t wait to be back soon. Thank you Mr. JM for taking care of us.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Ms. Mae's Airbnb. It truly offers great value for money for anyone looking for affordable yet clean and cozy accommodation. Ate Giselle and Ate Ruby are very kind and accommodating, always responsive to my inquiries. I will definitely recommend this place to others and choose it again for our next beach trip.😊

Julie was an exceptional host! Absolutely amazing! Friendly and accommodating! The house is as good as advertised…. However, Pico de Loro Grounds and Building Maintenance has gone down drastically during my couple years of visiting… This has no reflection on Julie, but the Pico Beautiful surroundings and amenities have deteriorated. Our building had ceiling panels rotting and falling, one elevator was broke the whole stay, and the other was broke one night and our 64 yr old lolo that walks with a cane due to a stroke, had to use the stairs. Up 7 flights. It took us quite a while to get home that evening. I hate to put this in my review, because Julie is great… but you guys deserve to know that a host, unit owner, has no control over the state of the facilities… so, Pico management needs to step up their care and repairs of their buildings. They are building more condos too…. I would caution new buyers to the state of disrepair in the other buildings.

Book eciale's place for my friends, they loved the place as its located just at the ground floor which is really convenient as azure is very popular and the elevator tend to be slower. They will surely come back for this unit

It was our First Staycation this year and Ms. Lynne and Ate Liza were kind, so professional and they are responsive. Although the guards were super strict, which i find is good kasi alam nyong safe talaga kayo sa place. The Unit 11/10, My family complimented everything from bathroom to balcony, They/We literally enjoyed our Stay. I'll definitely book this place again.

Actually the main reason why I book this was because of the black curtain, it helped us sleep longer than usual, the smell of the entire place is also a plus, super homey, all you need is provided. Will book again soon! Thank you.

My family had a great stay with this unit. Everybody was comfortable with the place. Maam Dhey was very much helpful regarding our request about the guests. She also allowed us to extend during our check out and even invited my kids to the beach club. We will definitely book this place again once we decide to go back to Pico De Loro.

Azure was few mins walk to shopping and SM grocery . SM opens at 10am. They let Uber/Grab car pick and drop you off at the building door. Guest need to be clear to the host if you plan to invite someone to swim or have dinner with you in the condo You need to register them and Azure require this ahead of time at the beginning of stay. Even if they arr staying only for few mins. We stayed here for 12 days and unable to invite impromptu for family bonding and had to do it in a restaurant. We used the unit then as a base during our vacation, traveling between provinces within Southern Tagalog Region. FYI Only 4 allowed to go up in a 1br condo IF guest is registered . Only 4 allowed to swim in the pool per room IF they are registered and u have to pay 250php each in excess of 2 for half-day. Currently 2 building constructions so bring your dust mask. Guest parking 50 for 1st 3 hr. Even just for 15mins. Overall, Ghems unit is nice, overlooking the beach-pool area and serves its purpose during our stay in the Phil for a very resonable price.

We had a wonderful stay here , room were very clean and excellent place with all the kitchen utensils needed. The owner are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Azure Urban Residences, hosted by Ren! The apartment was exactly as pictured—spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen had all the necessary dishes, and everything was well-maintained. Ren was a wonderful host, ensuring our stay was comfortable and hassle-free. The location was perfect, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a cozy, reliable place to stay!

I would say 200 % possitive for the Host as Raymond is very accomodating and was able to provide all the things that we need. For the Place its worth it and affordable. I like the Very Big Bed very comfy to sleep in. The kitchen have everything that we need. Its very peaceful and homeyyy. I also like that they have a spacious CR. overall yes definitely will book again!
