Vacation rentals with beach access in Cavite

I booked for my parents and they had a great time during their stay. Lots of amenities for tenants and the location is very convenient to the mall. Johanna was very responsive and considerate. She is easy to contact and she also checks on how her guests were doing or if there’s anything they needed. Overall they were pleased and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. It was comfortable and we had fun. We just had a little trouble during check out.Not self check in so we needed approval or check out slip to be signatured by the owner or anyone incharge sa room. other than that.Everthing is fine.

Great location! Easy to walk to many places or to get a tricycle. Family friendly, well stocked and prepared unit! Fun pool amenities for the whole family!

Second stay here! Host is still very communicative and there were added designs and more games to play. We enjoyed playing with the foosball table. Big tv and it's interior makes it more homey 😌

On the service: - The host helped us on the confusion while entering thru the Guest Pavillion. - The caretaker, Al, was very helpful. He helped us with a trolley to bring up our bags at check-in, and also came over with the trolley at check-out. - The caretaker was also very responsive to questions and requests, like the trash bags he provided (since we needed more for baby's diaper disposal) and the gallon of water he helped us buy On the room: - The room is nice and cozy. The linens and pillows were clean and comfy, and they provided towels and toiletries for use in the room. - The floor under the pullout was quite dusty. It looks like it got missed out when they swept/cleaned the room. - Despite additional instructions from the caretaker, the hot water in the shower was not coming out, but the room had a pail and tabo so we resorted to heating water on the kettle (esp for baby). - Out of their control, but the room is unfortunately facing construction on the other side of the road.

I liked how responsive the host was, and the room could use a little improvement. I think the room was also a bit pricey. But overall, we enjoyed our stay. The room was aesthetic, and we took a lot of good pictures. 🩵🩵🩵

Great hangout place for families and barkadas. Clean and comfy, with lots of games to keep everyone entertained. The unit is is also walkable from the subdivision gate. Host is responsive and friendly.

The place is beautiful! The house was clean, modern and has all the amenities you need for a fun and enjoyable vacation. It was very near the beach, about 5 minutes walk. There are some corals and fishes that can be seen around the area when you go swimming ❤. The host was very friendly, helpful with all our inquiries 😄 Overall we really loved our stay at Sir Louie's house. 100% recommended

Our stay at K Lebrix was phenomenal from the beginning to the end. We immediately felt at home when we arrived. Our family was welcomed and Ate Juvy showed us the amenities, asked if there's anything we need, and even offered island hopping opportunities. We like the refreshing pool, the rooms are nice, the neighborhood is quiet, the KTV Room is wonderful! We had the chance to not only make our dinner but also celebrate several family members' birthdays. Ate Juvy went the extra mile in getting us some ice and providing generator power when the electricity went out. She's a really cool house caretaker! We really enjoyed our stay and I'm glad we chose this place to accommodate our big family during our reunion in Nasugbu. Thank you K Lebrix!

Had a wonderful stay at Casa Sueno. Randi is very responsive and easy to communicate with. Everything was made clear even prior to us booking the place. We loved our stay and the family enjoyed the grill, the bonfire, and pool. There are lits of things the kids can do and be busy with as the adults chat in the garden area. The beach is not really swimmable but we loved the view and walking or sitting by the shore. The place is very comfortable and ACs keep the house and room cool on sunny mornings til sunset. the kitchen is fully equipped and you have everything you can think of including glass wines, spread board, serving dishes, a coffee maker, oven, and toasters. You will feel right at home when at Randi's place. Ate Mercy and kuya Renan were very attentive and helpful. We will definitely book this place again.

Ver was very responsive and super accommodating with our requests. Roselyn and Bong, the staff, were very attentive, helpful and nice. The place was as shown on photo. Living spaces and entertainment area were what made this place special for us. And the view! It is on 3 floors: compact and spacious at the same time. We really enjoyed the space, the service, the location and the amenities. We highly recommend. And I am definitely looking forward to going back.

From the moment we inquired until the end of our stay, Christine was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and very responsive to all our questions and requests. She made the whole process smooth and worry-free, and it really felt like she cared about making sure we had the best possible experience. As for the place itself — it was absolutely amazing! The design, cleanliness, and attention to detail give off that rich, luxurious feel that instantly makes you feel pampered and relaxed. Every corner of the home was well thought out, making it not only aesthetically pleasing but also very comfortable and functional for a group like ours. The location is perfect. The wind and the cool weather in the area were just incredible — so refreshing and calming. Sitting outside with the breeze and enjoying the peaceful surroundings was one of the highlights of our stay. It’s the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

This was our second time staying at Joel’s condo unit in Pico de Loro, and once again, it didn’t disappoint. The unit is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the kitchen was complete with all the wares we needed for cooking meals. We did notice one electrical outlet that appeared to be burned, but aside from that, everything else was in good condition. Overall, a great stay—highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The space was clean, cozy and well decorated, making it a comfortable home away from home. The host was friendly, providing all necessary details for smooth check-in. The location was also great, with easy to local attractions and restaurants. The only downside we experienced during that time was the water pressure in both the shower and sink-it was a bit on the weak side, which made it less convenient for washing up. Despite this, everything else was fantastic, and we would definitely consider staying here again. Highly recommended if you're looking for a peaceful and well located place to stay 🫶
