A very nice and beautiful place with a good and quiet location.

We spent a few wonderful days in your apartment, it had everything, with nice views and super clean. Maria José was always attentive to us, she also gave us good recommendations. Recommend it 10/10.

Elena was an amazing host...We booked at short notice and she was very accommodating and had the place ready for us in a couple of hours. The apartment is very warm, cosy and clean with the most equipped kitchen I have seen to date on AirBnB..! There is a lovely little terrace to relax on, the bedrooms were lovely and the beds extremely comfortable. The location was very peaceful and in the middle of a lovely area, 5 mins to several beaches and with all amenities in the town of Unquera just a few minutes down the road. The parking garage under the building was also very convenient. All in all a lovely experience and I will highly recommend the apartment and area to anyone and everyone I know..!

A wonderful place. The house and furniture are completely new and the decoration is detailed. Lidia is very kind, attentive and very pleasant and always available and ready to help, with recommendations of what to see in the area. The house has wonderful views and is in a gated community. A very quiet area. No detail is missing. It has a hairdryer, toaster, coffee maker, Netflix… but what I liked the most is that it has very comfortable beds with cotton sheets. And if that weren't enough, Lidia also leaves you a very tasty homemade sponge cake. As for the location, the house is very well connected. It is 4 km from Comillas, 4 km from Cabezon de la Sal, ten minutes from San Vicente de la Barquera. Anyway, it was a pleasure to have spent four days there to rest and disconnect. A luxury home and site. 10/10.
