Kathy is an absolutely wonderful host! Kathy went above and beyond to make sure our agency travel nurse felt right at home during their stay. The space was clean, cozy, and perfectly set up for a busy professional. Kathy's attention to detail and thoughtfulness truly stood out—she even ensured the nurse had everything they needed to settle in comfortably after long shifts. Kathy's communication was quick, kind, and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless.

This is our favourite vacation rental that we’ve ever stayed at for family vacations. It’s spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, beautiful and peaceful. Kevin and Lourdes have a unique ability to make strangers feel like friends. They are very kind and thoughtful and always go above and beyond to make their guest’s stay there a memorable one. At their suggestion, we went for a walk on the hiking trails nearby, and were delighted by how close this house is to the ocean! The walking trails are flat and well taken care of, and we had a very enjoyable afternoon exploring the dunelands, boardwalks, bridges and beaches. Every morning we put birdseed and peanuts out on the front railing and had a wonderful time watching dozens of bluejays come to eat. The fire pit and gas fire table are great for cozy nights spent together as a family. Kevin and Lourdes definitely have a little piece of paradise there and we are so grateful they are willing to share it with others.

Sandra was so kind and timely in all her communication. The place was perfect for our little family of 4. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the girls wanted to stay longer. We came in the off season (early October and during a holiday) so although nothing was open in Cavendish we had the beaches, boardwalks and trails to ourselves. This did mean we had to travel a bit further for a family friendly restaurant and cafes but it gave us the opportunity to see both North Rustico and Kensington. We forgot the shops would be closed on the holiday and didn't buy enough groceries for dinner and Sandra was so helpful she offered to pick up some groceries on her way home and delivered eggs to save us from just toast for dinner! We highly recommend staying in this perfect little air bnb. The place was spacious and was perfect for our small children (2 and 4).

This is a lovely little spot in a beautiful part of PEI. We were visiting during a music festival so the local restaurants were either closed or offering reduced menus, but they were within walking distance of the apartment. We found a nearby boardwalk path that lead to a local beach and had a few scenic walks. The apartment is well appointed, the kitchen has everything we needed for cooking and eating without going out. There was even Tupperware! My only (minor) issue was the lack of noise separation between the units. The host was not loud but we were still able to hear their dogs moving around and occasionally barking. It made me worry that any noises we made would be just as audible to our host.
