Monthly Rentals in Cavendish

This is our favourite vacation rental that we’ve ever stayed at for family vacations. It’s spotlessly clean, thoughtfully decorated, beautiful and peaceful. Kevin and Lourdes have a unique ability to make strangers feel like friends. They are very kind and thoughtful and always go above and beyond to make their guest’s stay there a memorable one. At their suggestion, we went for a walk on the hiking trails nearby, and were delighted by how close this house is to the ocean! The walking trails are flat and well taken care of, and we had a very enjoyable afternoon exploring the dunelands, boardwalks, bridges and beaches. Every morning we put birdseed and peanuts out on the front railing and had a wonderful time watching dozens of bluejays come to eat. The fire pit and gas fire table are great for cozy nights spent together as a family. Kevin and Lourdes definitely have a little piece of paradise there and we are so grateful they are willing to share it with others.

Grant and Franklin's place was so much better than what we even imagined. They were such gracious, kind and attentive hosts. Their place and the views are spectacular. I am a comfort creature who does not travel easily and the moment we arrived I knew I would be 100% comfortable and happy. Thank you so much Grant and Franklin for an unforgettable experience at your farm. We will forever be grateful and hope to return to PEI and when we do your place is the only place we will want to stay at.

A cozy place with lots of amenities. Hosts are incredibly accommodating and flexible which really helped us out during our stay. Great communicators too. Plus their dog Hank is a sweetheart! Thanks again for the stay.

This is a lovely little spot in a beautiful part of PEI. We were visiting during a music festival so the local restaurants were either closed or offering reduced menus, but they were within walking distance of the apartment. We found a nearby boardwalk path that lead to a local beach and had a few scenic walks. The apartment is well appointed, the kitchen has everything we needed for cooking and eating without going out. There was even Tupperware! My only (minor) issue was the lack of noise separation between the units. The host was not loud but we were still able to hear their dogs moving around and occasionally barking. It made me worry that any noises we made would be just as audible to our host.
