Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Cave Springs

My husband and I stayed at Brandon‘s house while we visited family and went to a couple of basketball games. We were immediately impressed as soon as we walked in. His house smelled fresh and clean and was exactly what we had hoped for. We had plenty of room to spread out and even did a little cooking. We absolutely loved the back deck and we would love to come back in the spring when the leaves are on the trees. We will stay here again the next time we need somewhere to stay! We loved it!

We love staying at this house! Not a huge fan of the virtual doorkey, but happy to have the option of the key pad. Will definitely be back!

We had a great time staying here! The space was perfect for watching football and it was extremely close to trails/downtown bentonville! Space was comfortable and spacious. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great long weekend here! The house is nice and clean and has fantastic vibes. This is our second visit to this home and we will be back! The backyard is very peaceful and we saw deer in the evening! Very fun!

This was perfect for our family gathering for thanksgiving! 4 rooms having long beds was key, and the upstairs was very spacious for little to run around with lots of seating. The location was great! We’ll be looking into staying here again next time we visit!

This place is fantastic and right off the hiking/biking trails. The view from the sunroom was fantastic with the beautiful trees and wooded forest with surrounding hills and the sunroom was perfect with the floor to ceiling windows to bring the outside in. The fireplace was a must and very welcomed given the very cold mornings. Very spacious and open living area with a couch long enough for 5 people. Very quiet neighborhood which was perfect. Having the washer/dryer was great not having to come back home to more than one load was so helpful. We will be back!!

The location is beautiful!! Even in the snow it was stunning! Todd was so helpful when we were worried about getting out in the snow! Dianne is so sweet and helpful!! Anything we needed she was there. If you’re lucky you’ll get to see the donkeys! 😉 super spacious also! Couldn’t recommend this place enough! We will be back!! <3

We had a great stay at Gwen and Larry’s place! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was the perfect distance to walk to the football game at U of A. We’d definitely stay here again. ❤️

Great place to stay in Bentonville. Right off the square. Close to everything. The bed and blankets were soooo comfortable. Connie was easy to communicate with. Great bargain too.

We travel a lot and stay in airbnbs when we do. This one was super clean and had a comfy bed! I’m super picky about cleanliness. You won’t be disappointed if you are looking for a clean home. We visit Bentonville often to visit our kids and grand baby. Will definitely be booking this one again!

Our host were amazing! They made us feel right at home and communicate very well. This was honestly the best AirBnb we have ever stayed in. They had any and everything you could need and may have forgotten. The place was immaculate and was very homey. They tell you their history and the stories behind the decor and it truly felt like we knew them by the time the stay was over. They prepared a booklet that has all the local places to check out. Everything was walkable, we parked our car at check in and never moved it until check out. We will definitely be back!

Very clean new build. Well furnished and spacious. The kitchen and stocked cookware and dishware were very handy to have. The location is convenient to several restaurants and to the highway. The price is right and there were essentially no cleaning requirements. I would recommend this over any of the hotels in the same area - it's cleaner, nicer, more affordable, and has the same (or better) amenities.

Everything about our stay was great. The hosts were extremely accommodating even with last-minute changes in our reservation, which was amazing and went above and beyond. The location was fantastic for walking to Dickson Street and having access to many other restaurants and businesses. We would definitely recommend this stay to friends in the future!

Very convenient location with an excellent host. We are usually in NWA for only one or two days at a time. We definitely need to stay longer to take advantage of all there is to do. Mark’s place would be the ideal place to stay!

It was the perfect stay if planning to go out on Dixon street- restaurants/ bars were walkable. Had a little issue with otters parking in one of my 2 spots- but both Mayra and Cole responded immediately offering to tow if needed. They were communicative- and expedient with reply. The upstairs bed was comfortable and shower was nice.

Our stay was exactly what we needed for Thanksgiving. Accommodations were comfortable, clean, and felt right at home. Michael was very responsive & came to address a small issue we had with the garbage disposal. We would definitely stay again!

The building itself seems fairly old, but the bathrooms, kitchen, and appliances were very updated and nice. All 4 bedrooms had a king bed which was nice. It was close to our in-laws which made it perfect for us.

Very happy with our stay. The condo was just as advertised, clean and welcoming. Our only complaint, which is completely out of control of Wanderlust’s control, was the construction taking place next door. They did provide ear plugs and a sound machine to help with the noise - much appreciated. Overall, recommend this place to anyone wanting to feel comfortable away from home. :)
