Cozy as described in the advertisement of this town house. Peaceful to the point where I did not observe any neighbors on either side of the Town House my entire stay. This home is clean and comfortable and gives you a warm and comfortable feeling of being home. I liked that the home is kids and baby friendly with blankets, high chair, toys and the like. The kitchen was clean and equipped with spices and utensils necessary to make a good meal. We truly enjoyed ourselves and look forward to visiting again. Thank you for having us Frank. Matt was an amazing host, I had a few hiccups because I didn't plan things like I should have and he helped me out. He was always check-in on our needs and was thoughtful about us. The place was like my wife and son said "nice and cozy but perfect for us" and to make things even better we had everything within 5-10 mins from us. Our stay was beyond amazing and if I'm in Arizona I will definitely check in with him. Thank you Matt for the hospitality and your thoughtfulness of my family and I!

I can't say enough about Chalene, she is the most responsive host I have ever had. She is an excellent super host!! The house fit our needs and the location was between the 2 baseball fields we played at. Easy to find and near many things.

Third stay at Andrea’s condo & it was excellent, cannot recommend it highly enough! Great, fast communication from Andrea throughout booking and during stay. Condo is in great location and so well equipped, great place to stay if you are looking for this area.

Had a wonderful stay. The property was just as described and in a great location for what we planned to do and see. There was immediate response to any questions we had. This is our second family visit to this property and we will not hesitate to stay again.

We had a MARVELOUS time! We’ve enjoyed many Airbnbs over the years and this is by far the cleanest and best stocked! Location is perfect! Mary welcomed us with a message full of information and suggestions! EVERYTHING was well explained and easy to use! We truly look forward to coming back! Beds were super comfy!! The fireplace was a beautiful added enjoyment! We walked to many places for fun and had very short drives to others! We highly recommend this Airbnb! Also recommend the short walk to Prickly Pear for shopping, food and entertainment! Driving a few more blocks to Buffalo Chip will immerse you in cowboy fun (music, rodeos, bull riding). A GREAT place for brunch is literally called BRUNCH! And, walk about a block for El Encanto...restaurant with an indoor/outdoor pond with ducks & turtles. GREAT STAY!

Rented this place for 3 grandmothers to stay at for my daughter’s wedding. They said it was perfect for them. Had everything g they needed and was impeccably clean.

We had a good stay at Jason’s listing. The house had a welcoming vibe. It was nice and cozy. We were there to mainly sleep over for a night but the place had everything you need for staying multiple days too. I just wished there were more blankets to cover on the air mattress but we were lucky and were carrying some on our own. With Starbucks, sprouts and some decent breakfast places across the street, it was a convenient location too. All in all, we had a nice stay here.

Everything was great. Would stay again.

Charming place and perfect location to explore Scottsdale!

I loved my stay there. Had an issue with the TV remote she came right out and replaced the whole TV. Everything was clean and nice. The place had everything even condiments in the refrigerator. There were dishes for children and adults. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was very clean and neat. Close to a lot of things in the area. Convenient to where our family we were visiting lives. Host was very responsive. She left us a nice welcome basket with snacks and water which was unexpected but very thoughtful. Would stay here again.

Lovely place. Had everything we needed. Just disappointed that the pool was not heated during our stay.

Great quiet location. My daughter and I really enjoyed the place. My son lives in Scottsdale and we had Christmas dinner in the ABB. It is also about a block from a great walking trail along the public golf course. The fenced backyard was perfect for my daughter’s little dog. Highly recommend this place!

I loved my stay at Mario's townhouse! It was everything I needed; it was spotlessly clean, very close to the airport and Scottsdale, quiet and safe neighborhood and one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in! The kitchen had everything I needed plus a cute outside patio for coffee and reading. Mario was very responsive and accommodating. I will absolutely stay here again!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much, it was quite and comfy. I had a few questions and Peter got right back with me with the answer, I had a lightbulb go out I text him if there were any in the house and he responded right away that he would send some right over. Wonderful stay

Billy’s place was comfortable and charming. The decor made it feel very cozy. We have a 9 month old daughter and the place was well arranged for children. The place felt like home. Thanks for the stay, we’d stay again :)

Chance place was great. it was very clean. it was in a great location and Chance was great when we ask questions.

What a wonderful place. We didn't want to leave. High quality furnishings, linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen, and quality bath products in an amazing shower. I don't think you'll find a better 3bdr/3 full bath place perfectly located like this. I usually find things to fix (it's a habit) and I couldn't find anything here. Live, Love Life, Enjoy this place if you can. Well done Anastaysia!

The place is really nice, clean and in an ideal location. Because it is an attached townhouse, you do hear neighbors sometimes. Lots of amenities including some food items.
