We had a fantastic stay at this townhome during the holidays with our family! The space was incredibly spacious—perfect for everyone to relax and enjoy quality time together without feeling crowded. It was also spotlessly clean, which made it even more comfortable from the moment we arrived. The location was absolutely ideal for our needs—close enough to everything we wanted to explore but tucked away in a wonderfully quiet area that allowed for peaceful evenings. We appreciated the thoughtful proactive communication from Santiago the seamless check-in process. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a perfect holiday getaway! Pete and Maria's place was perfect for a trip to Mesa with extended family. The space was spotless, bright and contemporary and the community was quiet and friendly. The pool area was perfect and very well maintained. We'll definitely consider Pete and Maria's place for future visits to the Phoenix area.

The space was perfect to set up for a week while away on a business trip. Everything I needed was provided and Frank was very responsive. The shower controls were a little unique but it was an easy 5 star stay for me!

My family enjoyed staying at Chalene’s townhome. It is close to PHX airport, which was important for us. Chalene was proactive asking when we would get in so she could make sure the temp in the unit was comfortable. When I messaged her that there was a problem with the shower faucet in the master bath, she was quick to reply and the plumber was there the next day. The photos Chalene provided on the listing were exactly what the townhome looked like. The kitchen is updated and has everything we needed. Thank you, Chalene, for a comfortable stay in Phoenix!

We had a MARVELOUS time! We’ve enjoyed many Airbnbs over the years and this is by far the cleanest and best stocked! Location is perfect! Mary welcomed us with a message full of information and suggestions! EVERYTHING was well explained and easy to use! We truly look forward to coming back! Beds were super comfy!! The fireplace was a beautiful added enjoyment! We walked to many places for fun and had very short drives to others! We highly recommend this Airbnb! Also recommend the short walk to Prickly Pear for shopping, food and entertainment! Driving a few more blocks to Buffalo Chip will immerse you in cowboy fun (music, rodeos, bull riding). A GREAT place for brunch is literally called BRUNCH! And, walk about a block for El Encanto...restaurant with an indoor/outdoor pond with ducks & turtles. GREAT STAY!

This place worked perfectly for our visit. We were able to walk to Starbucks each morning and to Old Town Scottsdale. Easy to get an Uber anywhere we wanted to go. Renee was extremely responsive and helped us extend our stay when we needed to make changes to our flights due to winter weather. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends!

This is a perfect place and location for me. Walking distance from downtown Old Gilbert, very homey atmosphere, near a friend in Gilbert and Lucy is an excellent host. I asked questions and she returned all my inquiries promptly. She's friendly and very adept at solving issues constructively.

Amazing house, way bigger than the pictures show (that never happens!). The house was very livable with great furniture and a cute back yard. As soon as i walked in i was glad i decided to stay here and not at a hotel. Really friendly and helpful security at the guard gate. Thanks Angela!

My son and husband loved it there! They really felt at home! House was conveniently located to shops and restaurants and most of all close to the baseball facility the tournament was at!

Richard was very communicative and quick with responding to any messages. We had a lovely stay at his comfortable place and were so happy to have a backyard for the dogs. We would stay here again!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much, it was quite and comfy. I had a few questions and Peter got right back with me with the answer, I had a lightbulb go out I text him if there were any in the house and he responded right away that he would send some right over. Wonderful stay

We had a great stay, we cook alot and the kitchen was big and spacious and well stocked. The Rooms and beds were comfortable and great location! Pool and hot tub very good.

Billy’s condo was spotless! Very well kept and maintained. Looks exactly like the photos. Great area to stay. Billy is very quick to respond and so helpful. When my husband reached out to him to help with the TV and a certain channel he was very kind and helped him find exactly what he needed. If you want to stay somewhere in Phoenix, this is the place. Can’t say enough about Billy and his place. Helpful, quick to respond and kind. His condo is absolutely beautiful!! Thank you again for all your help.
