This was our second stay at this property. We stayed in a different cottage/casita this time. It’s a lovely property with an in-ground pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen that is well stocked with food and appliances. She has a couple of outdoor fireplaces and plenty of seating outdoors to sit and visit and enjoy the surroundings. We could help ourselves to oranges off the trees! Both casitas have wonderful showers in them. This is a fun experience!

We enjoyed our stay. Came to the Scottsdale area to attend Barrett Jackson. Landscaping was well kept and we enjoyed time outside too. Would definitely recommend this Airbnb.

Amazing host and perfect communication. Place is very well furnished, equipped and amazingly cozy. Instructions were super easy to follow. Communication was very helpful. Totally private if you are looking for private space. I’d recommend staying at Sarah and Stephen if you are around the area.

Richard’s place was awesome. I was alone and the house had everything I needed. Richard was very friendly and communicated back and forth via the messenger. Residence was very easy to find and there were plenty of places to eat around. I would definitely stay there again. The Hank u Richard…

I think the best review I can give for an AirBnb is wanting to stay there again and I believe this is the 5th time we've rented Jamie's place for one of our family members who was coming to visit. The location is great, her place is great, and I know we'll be renting from Jamie again next time someone comes to visit.

Are you going to Phoenix and want to be near the city center? You couldn't do better than to stay here. You will walk in and never want to leave. It's in the historic Garfield neighborhood right near Roosevelt Row. There has been so much care and attention paid to this sweet casita. Wonderful art on the walls, a beautifully tiled bathroom, a kitchen perfect for cooking with a good mix of staples, a comfy bed, and a relaxing patio right outside the bedroom door. There were even conveniences that you didn't know you needed - an umbrella, bags for grocery shopping, historical postcards in a wooden desk in case you want to send a note to a friend. Cindy and Greg were the best hosts, extremely responsive and helpful and they even made it possible for us to extend our checkout which we were so grateful for given our late flight. If we come to Phoenix again, we wouldn't stay any place but here.

My boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend. It was the perfect place! The location is relatively close to everything and the neighborhood was so “homey” and cute. The place was so comfortable and charming! The pool was clean and overall everything was clean. We most definitely would stay again!

Thanks Wes! A great little casita in a gret location. Even with the location next tobthe 101, you couldn't hear the traffic with the barrier wall cutting out almost all the sound. Lots of great little touches in the place including snacks and water and bathroom amenities. I am looking forward to staying agin of in town!

I was very amazed by how spacious it actually was and extremely beautiful the place was from the outside and inside, the privacy you get from the actual main house is perfect, I enjoyed my stay and I would most definitely recommend you stay here, 5 stars because they were very responsive and communicative, very helpful, thank you jasmine and Jacqueline for hosting us!🙌🏼

This casita was so cute-everything was color matched and the decor was adorable and classy. We loved the clear and prompt instructions for arrival and checkout. The bird nest nearby was fun to watch! Great amenities; additionally some spare things in the bathroom in case you forgot something- we utilized the tiny iron, which was great! 10/10 would come back to the Casita!

We had a wonderful time. The place is very clean and cozy and is in a great location. It’s nice because it’s away from a lot of the busy areas.

Ann's place is super nice. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the outdoor pool/kitchen area is amazing. Convenient location in Moon Valley, especially if you plan to spend time in the northern part of the Phoenix area. There is a very cool hiking trail within quick walking distance with panoramic city views. Hosts were very responsive, and even let us borrow some tools to fix an issue with my wife's bicycle. Would strongly recommend this listing to other couples or single travelers looking to stay in the area.

Great place! Very nice if you are in the Glendale area. 15 minutes from State Farm Stadium and doesn't take long to find an Uber. The place was very clean and comfortable. Felt right at home!

Fantastic spot! We loved our stay. Susie and David were very warming and friendly, we enjoyed meeting them. We are big mountain bikers, so the location was close to Browns Ranch/McDowell trails. Perfect location for us. Comfortable bed and casita. Outside patio has beautiful views of sunrise to the left, sunsets to the right. We will definitely be back!

My friend and I were only in Mesa for a few days. After staying here, both of us thought this would be a great place for a longer stay! The decor is minimalistic & all very functional. The bathroom is large and the bed is very comfortable. Susanna was proactive about messaging us check-in and check out information, and it was all clear to follow and very reasonable. We enjoyed looking through the guestbook with local recommendations as well. We would definitely stay in Susanna’s guesthouse again if we ever find ourselves back in Mesa!

Sarah's rental was delightful. From start to finish, she showed tremendous care. She even went out of her way to help me find an alternative rental when I decided to extend my stay in the area another night and she was already booked. Finally, she reunited me with my debit card which had fallen out of my wallet at some point. It was hands down the best experience I have ever had using Airbnb. There is a reason her star rating is plentiful.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very nice having our own little yard for our dog. Location makes it easy to get on the 303. Close to Grocery stores and restaurants. We enjoy seeing the jets from Luke Air Force Base so that was a treat as they fly over often. We would definitely recommend and will look to stay again when we come back to the area. Michael and Josh were very responsive and kind whenever we had a question. Best Airbnb hosts we have ever had.

Great place to stay I felt right at home . I really enjoyed the privacy of my own space and the bed was super comfortable and nice bedding . I enjoyed the convenient location to food , shopping , hiking and everything I was hoping for out of my stay . Wed had a great stay here for two nights! The check in was easy, everything was very clean and we loved the location. Oliver was responsive and helpful. Would stay here again if I’m back in the area!

Fantastic neighbourhood with a bunch of great restaurants and cafee around the corner. Loved the space - it was spacious, private, very peaceful and loaded with all the amenities as described. The hosts were clear and communicative and very friendly. I would love to come back and stay again!
