I love my stay here. It was peaceful and private and felt very safe. I would stay again. I loved the location as well, lots to do nearby.

What a such a great place to spend a weekend, easy to drive there. The check in instructions so smooth to follow. Then, the street is closed so you feel your car is really safe in the night. 100% recommended

Wanted something near spring training. Found two great food spots nearby — Ethiopian and a terrific smoothie/light breakfast place.

We enjoyed our stay at Jeff's Airbnb. It was centrally located to downtown Gilbert where we enjoyed going to several great restaurants. The home was well stocked with typical items needed for our stay. The home matched the listed description. The owners were friendly and responsive to any questions. The home was clean, comfortable and quiet.

An amazing spot. For us it was a quick over night stay, but would definitely re-book if planning to come again for Spring Training. Cozy Container is clutter free with an open concept for living space. Kitchen was well stocked for the size of the unit. Everything you'd need for traveling, even same lunch bags and ice packs. Filtered water and coffee to grind or drip. Love a place that leaves the essentials behind for travelers. Extra spiked teas 😉...plastic baggies, salt and pepper, etc. Bed was super comfortable and appreciated the nice touches, like the touch lamps. Even had a pack and play with a small closet type area for guests staying with small children. We didn't use the outdoor fire pit or pool but very accessible and nice scenery from the unit none the less. Melissa was very responsive and friendly via text.

I think the best review I can give for an AirBnb is wanting to stay there again and I believe this is the 5th time we've rented Jamie's place for one of our family members who was coming to visit. The location is great, her place is great, and I know we'll be renting from Jamie again next time someone comes to visit.

Phil and Peggy’s casita is the best option in the Phoenix area. They provided nice add ons like shampoo/body wash, clothes hangers, plenty of coffee with creamers and wine! We thoroughly enjoyed their space and was a great jumping off point for Tempe

While not large, this place is well designed and has everything you need. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, the shower pressure good. The place is wonderfully decorated and has a beautiful yard. The location was great for an event at the Convention Center. Cindy was warm and welcoming. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Wes and Kristen are the best hosts! We had an unfortunate situation that caused us to delay our arrival by 24 hours and they accommodated the change without question, this was a huge stress reliever for us. The guest house was perfect for us and the hosts offer tons of amenities (though we didn’t use them). The house was easy to find, in a very convenient location, and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and despite the highway being just over the wall/fence, you can barely hear it inside. We will certainly look to book with Wes and Kristen on our next trip to Phoenix!

I have stayed in quite a few Airbnb’s or VRBO’s and this was by far the best and most perfect situation I have ever experienced. Not only was the place incredibly equipped the people who own it are so welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend it to anyone

Very beautiful place, very private as well. 20 min to Scottsdale or less, great to escape the loud areas. Parking very easy right in front of the property. Pool is not heated so we didn’t use it since it was cold at night, but it’s still very nice to lay down and have a drink if you want to relax. I recommend booking here if you are looking for a place in the Phoenix area.

Alicia's casita was perfect! I could not have asked for better hosts. The place was clean and quite. The security gate had been programed to my own personal code which made it easy to remember as well as easy to get in and out. I went for spring training and all the teams I wanted to see were all within a short drive. As an added bonus, Alicia sent me home with a bag of fresh citrus from her back yard. Her husband Jim is a great guy too. I highly recommend this place/area. You won't be disappointed.

Best rental I have stayed in as far as comfort, amenities, hosts, and the thought put into the accommodation. Susie has truly thought of everything you might want (and more). Even fresh muffins and chocolates at check in. Plants abound inside and out and it feels like a home. It is off the beaten path, which I liked as far as it being calm, not rushed, close to the mountains and peaceful. Highlights close to the rental were a visit to the Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center, the Farmer’s Market in Carefree and the Rare Earth Gallery in Cave Creek. Thank you Susie and David for making my “solo” trip comfortable and memorable.

What a clean and roomy place to stay in! Every part was impressive, from the fully stocked kitchen to the large bathroom. The large king bed was very comfortable.

The guest house is great, it is open and spacious. Everything you need is within 5 minutes drive. Very clean, comfortable bed, great communication. You don’t even realize you are in a guest house with how tall it is. If visiting in summer or winter you will be absolutely comfortable the A/c system is excellent.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The layout of the unit is well-designed and spacious for two people, and the grounds/common areas for the house are nice too. The bed is comfortable and the shower was great. The community is quiet and the unit is within walking distance of restaurants and is a close drive from hiking trails. Diana gave clear instructions and was very kind and responsive. I would love to stay again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sarah’s place. The best thing was that I didn’t have to think about anything at all and felt right at home. It had everything I needed and even some nice extras—right down to things like facial tissues, body moisturiser, and a showercap. I really enjoyed the coffee. I didn’t use a car but ride share, Waymo, and having friends pick me up was easy because the location was easy to find and not busy. I would love to stay at Sarah’s place again to enjoy it some more, since I wasn’t there for a lot of the time! Also, the bed was extremely comfortable and very warm especially given that I was visiting in the cooler months.

The roomy bathroom had a great shower and generous supply of necessities.

Bed was GREAT and so were the linens!! Area was quiet. It’s a gated community. The casita is next to the house behind the garage. All the latest necessities including Netflix, etc. Shampoo & Conditioner if you forget yours. The lock is a key punch so no keys to fumble with. They will leave you the code as well as the wifi password. They are easy to reach if you need anything.

Our casita was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It's spacious and had all the comforts of home. Great location offering easy access to everything the area has to offer. Wonderful hosts. Would definitely stay here again!

The coffee was excellent, a perfect start to the day! Plus, the location was super convenient—just a short drive to Phoenix Airport, which made traveling a breeze. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay. Would definitely book again!

Very comfortable space with everything one would need for either a short or longer stay. Very close to AZ State office buildings and the USS Arizona Memorial which we highly suggest to visit. Will definitely book again if we need a place to stay in Phoenix.

Wow... perfect stay. Kyle was responsive to all my questions. He had recommended the local restaurants for food and they were amazing. The place was spotless and exactly as described. They even provided fresh coffee grounds. They thought of everything including umbrellas if it rained. I will definately go to this Airbnb again and recommend it to anyone who is going to downtown Phoenix. Perfect perfect host. Beautiful place. 10 out of 10 stay.
