Great guest house for our stay that felt like an apartment with separate kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom spaces. Skylight in bathroom giving unique feel. Extra large closet space and extra tiny room with vacuum and spare floor fan. Everything as described and ice in freezer that came in clutch. Memorable cozy stay.

This little studio was perfect for my son and I! It was close to all things and a great place to come back to after going to the aquarium. It really was centrally located. The bed was comfortable and the bath is deep, which my son loved. The kitchen is very well stocked, and there is everything you’d need here! Thank you so much for the early check in!! It was much appreciated after two flights with a grumpy toddler

Wanted something near spring training. Found two great food spots nearby — Ethiopian and a terrific smoothie/light breakfast place.

The house was very nice, clean and had the basics amenities. We had a short stay, but everything we needed was there. Beds were super comfy (we only used the two larger ones), and towels were nice too. We brought our own coffee, but there were coffee filters and a coffee pot available. We really enjoyed it and would stay again! No issues at all.

Melissa and Josh responded quickly when we arrived and did not know where to park. The Air BnB is in a neighborhood just off the two major freeways and just north of downtown Phoenix…so it’s a great location. The unit is just off the family’s backyard and is in a shady area of the yard….very pleasant. The bed was super comfortable with lights on each side of the beds. This is important to myself/husband as we like to read in bed. All together a great place.

All the additional products, snacks, drinks, teas, coffees and water available for us to use made our stay feel right at home. Jaime, is a phenomenal energy so wonderful meeting her and she even gave me a piece of her handcrafted earring which I love! The Freeman’s Casita in Phoenix is PERFECT IN EVERY WAY. We had a lovely and comfortable stay while passing through on our way to Texas. Don’t be misled by the listing photos showing two queen beds—this charming casita actually has just one queen bed. The hosts, Peggy and Phil, change the bedding entirely (likely for OSHA purposes), but it was fresh, clean, and very comfortable. A helpful tip: Be sure to unzip the black book between the two barrel chairs. It’s packed with great local recommendations and useful information to make your stay even more enjoyable. Peggy and Phil provide everything you need for a relaxing visit. Just bring yourself, settle in, and enjoy the cozy surroundings. Highly recommend this sweet spot for anyone traveling through the area!

Great place, convenient location, close to downtown and fast exit to the highway. This Air BnB has everything you would need if you would like to prepare a meal yourself or just walk to several nearby restaurants, if cooking isn't your thing. The little zen garden is awesome and I wish I had more time to spend there relaxing. Cindy and Greg are super nice hosts, helpful, and responsive. Highly recommended!

Wes and Kristen are the best hosts! We had an unfortunate situation that caused us to delay our arrival by 24 hours and they accommodated the change without question, this was a huge stress reliever for us. The guest house was perfect for us and the hosts offer tons of amenities (though we didn’t use them). The house was easy to find, in a very convenient location, and had everything we needed. The bed and pillows were comfortable and despite the highway being just over the wall/fence, you can barely hear it inside. We will certainly look to book with Wes and Kristen on our next trip to Phoenix!

Our experience, from the moment we discovered The Lazy Atom on line until our departure from Richard and Alison's fantastical property was an absolutely delightful adventure. It's clear how much fun the owners have had transforming their dream into a reality for guests to immerse themselves in. Such a joy to step back in time! The owner's creativity, passion and thoughtful attention to every detail made every aspect of our stay extraordinary. We'll be talking about sitting on the shaded patio sipping on a refreshingly cold bottle of coke from the vintage pop machine just steps away after a long day of hiking in the desert heat for years to come! Ann’s Casita was perfect for me and my husband for 7 nights. I wasn’t familiar with the area prior to our stay, but it turned out to be a place we would come back to. The Casita was extremely clean and had everything we needed (plus more). It’s also a walkable distance to a grocery and several great places to eat. We loved the mountain across the street with miles of trails. Wr are already talking about when to go back! Thank you, Ann, for having the perfect place!

Alicia was a great host! My and I drove from Idaho to tour Arizona State University (West Campus) and its was less than 10 minutes away. Alicia was super thoughtful and there in an ASU bag for my daughter. It was the perfect touch. My daughter and I had a wonderful stay and we would most definitely stay again!

Stayed here for a few days while in town for a wedding and it was great! Easy ride to downtown and to other day trips outside of Phoenix. Super cute place and very clean! Would come back here again the next time I’m in town!

If you love being able to have morning coffee outside on your private porch, facing the beautiful AZ mountains, sounds of nature filling the air, while watching the sun rise - then this is the place for you. Susie and David’s Casita was exactly as pictured. Squeaky clean, an equipped kitchen and grill to allow cooking of any meals in, very well appointed with any toiletry you may have forgotten (even robes for you to wear), a bed that felt like heaven after a long day out, and had feels of our home away from home. Communication was both proactive and responsive, which shows that they truly care for you as their guest. Overall, our whole experience staying at Mi Casita was perfect from start to finish!! We definitely will be back!

What a clean and roomy place to stay in! Every part was impressive, from the fully stocked kitchen to the large bathroom. The large king bed was very comfortable.

We loved our stay!! Susanna was incredibly kind and responsive to questions, and even opened up availability so we could book immediately the same day. The space was absolutely gorgeous- the picture of luxury. It was peaceful, comfortable, and spotless. (And kid-friendly!) We will definitely be back to stay the next time we're in town. Diana was a fantastic hostess! She was warm, friendly, and she shared her space so well. The peacefulness and comfort we felt right from the start are hard to put into words or capture with pictures. It felt like we were old friends! To add to the peaceful ambiance were the two tortoises roaming around freely! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful Casita!!! Everything was beautiful. We spent the mornings drinking coffee on the patio enjoying the scenery. We hiked Fat Mans Pass via Mormon Trail. Just a very short drive from Casita. Such a great place!!

I travel all over the United States for work and I’ve used Airbnb for the majority of my trips and this place is hands down amazing, it’s quiet, peaceful, and the hosts are amazing, extremely friendly and magnificently organized and clean felt right at home I will definitely recommend to anyone and everyone…… I’ll definitely rebook again when I’m in the area

Cindy and Bruce's place is secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet. We love nature and there's always sweet sounding birds and cute bunnies to enjoy. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and we absolutely love it. Cindy and Bruce are very accommodating and Bruce gave us a great local restaurant recommendation and awesome back road directions to eliminate all traffic on the 202 and 101 hwys to Tortilla Flat. We had a great stay with no issues. The place was is excellent condition and was well stocked for a long term stay. Not a ton to do or walk to nearby but the neighborhood was safe and quiet. As a note - there is not direct access to the fenced in back yard from the house, which was a little inconvenient for letting our dog out, but overall we enjoyed the place and would stay again!

Perfect little place to stay for someone looking for a comfortable, clean, and quiet place to stay while in the Phoenix area. It had everything we needed for our stay. Parking is convenient and right at your door. The wi-fi was strong for my husband’s work that he needed to do remotely that week as well. Communication with Yeney was excellent.

Donna’s Airbnb was so beautiful and relaxing. The location was amazing and we felt very safe in their neighborhood. The bed was comfy and the guesthouse was so clean. I highly recommend staying at Donna’s Airbnb!

Im a local Phoenician that works from home. I stayed at Katie's place out of necessity, due to the A/C at my house not working in the inferno season. *From start to finish, this was a 5 star experience.* Check in: Easy, clear instructions. Parking/Security: Private driveway secured by RV gate. Privacy: Your own space and small yard that is great for a dog, yet Katie and Ariel live next door so the host is accessible if needed. Friendly Hosts: Proactively offered anything I may need. Example: They offered an office chair since I work from home. WIFi: Strong enough to work from home. Central location: The area is close to the Biltmore(5 minutes) , Old Town Scottsdale (approx 15 mins) and downtown Phoenix (10 mins). Neighborhood: the neighborhood has a strong community and the neighbors know each other and will wave to you etc. STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
