We stayed with our family. Lovely, cozy house, absolutely everything in it. Lovely well-maintained area, beautiful river. Very comfortable stay. Possibility of barbecue both by the river and at the house. Recommended.

Highly recommended if you need a base for exploring Plitvice. Renato is a great host and the apartment is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, crockery, etc including a coffee maker and complimentary capsules :) We would definitely stay again.

Came to visit the Plitvice National Park and had a great stay! The house was inviting, clean, and cozy. We had a few days of rain but felt right at home during our stay. Would highly recommend!

Lovely Villa in a stunning g location. Super quiet and host was very responsive and allowed us to check in earlier. Lots of activities, the kids had so much fun. Would definitely recommend. We found the a great pizza restaurant and the bear sanctuary because of the pamphlets, which were amazing. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

It was wonderful stay at Ana’s house! The house was very accessible to about Plitvice Lakes National Park (about 5-10 mins away from the park) and located at quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I went there with my whole family, and it was spacious and cozy to stay. Also the host, Ana, her husband, and her daughter Petra, was very responsive and listened to all the questions and requests I have. Definitely stay there again if I visit Plitvice Lakes again. Great stay near Plitvice. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-situated for easy access to the park. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient, and the host was helpful in showing us how to use it. Highly recommend for a relaxing and practical stay.

Amazing stay with a beautiful view. Apartment was well equipped, extremely clean, with great kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. You can see there’s a lot of dedication put into everything. Tome and his family were very nice and accommodating. Definitely a must stay if you want to spend time in Slunj. Parking is also available. Thanks for having us!

Perfect location if you want to be off the beaten path but still very close to Plitvice park and restaurants. Very quiet street with kitties, watched the sunrise while having coffee outside. Hot water for shower needed some explaining esp since we are from Florida - would absolutely stay here again!

We got there after we toured the falls and he was waiting for us. Anything we needed help in he was there to help. The bed was really comfortable. It would be great if he was able to expand the kitchen into a full kitchen with a bakery oven. I loved the size of the apartment.He has the sweetest orange cat that will come up and greet you. Very quaint and quiet right up my alley. Would stay there again!

This is a great location for Plitvice National Park... easily walkable to the main entrance. The location is also in a very nice setting, off the main road, beautiful view... it feels like you are away from thing and on vacation.

Daniel's place is precisely what we aspire to have as our retirement home, a quiet, rustic place amidst the beauty of nature. While we had some initial doubts driving in the middle of (what seemed) nowhere, they were erased at the entrance itself with the warm welcoming smiles of Daniel and his two daughters. It's rare to meet such warm people. Loved the conversations about travel, India, travel in India, amongst other worldly things with the family. The entire artistic family, while being quite learnt & aware, are extremely down-to-earth & humble and helped with everything to make our stay comfortable. One could come here only for the amazing book collection or to play with the 3 lovely dogs or to bask in nature. Too bad we had only 2 nights here. Pretty sure we will stay here again on our next trip to Croatia, only to stay, relax and meet the wonderful family.

This place looks just like the photos. Child friendly. There is a playground for children within the house. Quiet and relaxing.

We really enjoyed this place! It had great access to Plitvice national park through the little known 3rd entrance. The host gave us a recommended route to walk the afternoon we got in before we entered the park the following morning. The food was great and very cozy on the small inn.

The apartment is very clean and tidy, in a good location, the price is good, the only thing is that there is no elevator, which fortunately we were old enough to overcome.

Absolutely beautiful property with flowers galore and expansive country setting with sheep roaming the hillside! The rooms were lovely and nicely appointed. The onsite dinner was fantastic as well as a bountiful breakfast. They even gave us baggies to make a sandwich to take for lunch in the park. Great location within walking distance to park entrance #3, which is less crowded and puts you right between the upper and lower sections of the park.
