Monthly Rentals in Catharine

Very clean and organized space for two adults. As you can see from the pictures this is an older home in a comfortable neighborhood. Parking was easy, no concerns with safety, instructions for use of the amenities clear. Easy location for travel to the museum, market street and further afield. The fact it has a washer and dryer really makes it good value. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Karen is a great host! I would stay at her place anytime and have stayed with her twice now for long term stays. Always friendly, respectful of privacy, helpful. Great place to stay!

Cozy, private and secluded but within minutes of Montour Falls and Watkins Glen. Great views and the creamery right across the street had nice treats and cows to pet. Great place!

we loved staying with Philip and Lauren. they were absolutely fantastic hosts. My husband and I and our 2 daughters (both under 2) stayed here for about 2 months and it was great. the house suited our needs and was stocked well with kitchen supplies and anything else you might need. the thing that stood out the most was Philip and Lauren's hosting! They always addressed any needs we had and helped solve issues very quickly. The location of the house was not exactly scenic, however I still gave this area five stars as they were such good hosts and its not their fault. we would stay with them again in a flash given everything else.
