All went well, perfect location, our friends were happy to stay at the premises

The house is well located (although a bit far from the beach to walk with children, as promptly indicated by the owner) and in a very quiet area. We took about 20 min on foot to the beach and about 5 min by car. The house is very well equipped and decorated, with a very comfortable sheltered terrace where you can eat in a pleasant and quiet way. Patrícia told us quickly whenever we had any questions. I had a wonderful stay at Antonios place, it felt clean modern and cosy. The ability to go outside and the amount of kitchenware available was great. Check in and checkout went very smoothly and communication with Antonio was fantastic. Would absolutely recommend staying here and would gladly return.

Villa Praia in Altura is extremely well located, close to pharmacies, restaurants, supermarkets, supermarkets, beach. Ideal for families with young children. The beach has baby stroller accessibility which helps a lot. Regarding Villa Praia, the house is extremely well equipped, it had everything we needed, we felt at home we didn't miss anything. Lina & Elisabete were extremely careful and considerate with us, both check in and check out were quite flexible, which once again helped in our organization and trip planning, with children. Therefore, I only have to say well of this stay in Altura. We loved it!! I recommend 100% for the calm and rest it provides.

A very satisfying stay, the house had almost all the materials and appliances needed to live, which made our stay very comfortable and convenient.The host was very attentive, I highly recommend this stay and look forward to coming next time.

We had a fantastic family holiday at the luxury Lara's Villa. Bruno and Ana have made it a perfect place to stay with wonderful attention to detail. It's easy driving distance from Tavira and local attractions. It was so relaxing to come back and enjoy the swimming pool, relax on the terraces or play in the huge games room. The villa is above the motorway with a sea view beyond. There's a small amount of traffic noise, but not enough to spoil enjoyment of the secluded location. We especially loved watching the sun set over the hills.

I stayed with my wife and 8 month old baby for a month in Sep/Oct and we had an amazing time. The villa is large, well laid out and very well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen and lots of house and beach/pool towels. They also had a cot, high chair and baby bath for our son. Although the inside of the property is nice, it’s the surrounding pool, bbq and gazebo areas which really made it for us. The area is peaceful and within easy walking distance of the beautiful beach, where there are also several nice restaurants / bars for food and drinks (although some of it shuts down out of the summer months). We’d highly recommend the villa for families or anyone seeking a relaxing holiday in the sun. Thanks Tiago!

It was a pleasure to stay and Vivian and Ruben’s place. The house is very spacious and can accommodate large groups perfectly. Vivian and Ruben were there to greet us and let us in and were available throughout the stay for any questions we had no matter how small. Highly recommend staying at their place. Pool was a great plus even for a mid October stay as it can be heated.

We stayed at Casa Carmo in August 2024. The villa is absolutely beautiful, from the 4 walk in showers to the sun deck and swimming pool to the stunning traditional oven feature. The villa is simple to find and the communication from Richard and his team prior to our stay was second to none. We wouldn't hesitate for a heartbeat to stay at Casa Carmo again in the future The place was beautiful! So clean and well thought through. We got a message as we landed to welcome us which was a lovely touch. The pool area was fantastic. We had mixed ages from 12 months to 60! And everyone had a fabulous stay! Local supermarket was handy to walk to. And the local tapas restaurant had the best food we had ever eaten. The villa was so spacious. We had 3 couples from the family, and children in 2 of those. We all had our own space while also having lovely communal areas to eat.

Casa Bela Vista was the perfect house for us to enjoy some quiet family days. With an amazing view and all the amenities, our stay couldn’t be any better. António was always available and very friendly.

José and Catiá were very welcoming and available for our stay at 12 in their house, especially to quickly remedy small problems (a problem with opening the door for example). they were also accommodating on our arrival time and we thank them very much. Their accommodation is beautiful, very functional and very very well maintained, it is very pleasant to stay in. The only negative point that does not depend on our hosts is the many construction works in the neighborhood that cause some morning noise disturbances but otherwise everything was great! Thanks!

WOW is the most accurate description of our days spent in Sina. A perfect getaway from the daily stress and crowds. Sina is pure perfection when it comes to relaxation in amazing surroundings ❤️ Paulo as a host was very forthcoming and helpful in every way. We will for sure return for another unforgettable experience.

We were a group of 20 adults to celebrate my 30th birthday, and everything went great. Excellent welcome by Corinne & Erik, impeccable and well-equipped apartments, splendid pool. Corinne & Erik live on site, which was a bit of a surprise at the time of arrival because not mentioned in the listing, and have a few small rules to follow announced at the time of check-in, but they leave us totally quiet at our place. They are super accommodating and available if we have any questions, they even lent us an umbrella to go to the beach. It was a perfect weekend! I recommend 100% and will definitely come back with all my friends. Thanks again!:)

The place has everythinng neeeded for spending a relaxed holiday. Nice pool, especially of traveling with children. Host very responsive and comprehensive.

From the house, to the location and to the Nuno that welcomed us so well, everything was impeccable. An experience to repeat, I strongly advise!

Well located house, close to the beach (beautiful 5/7 minute walk) and all amenities necessary for a week of beach with the family (market, hypermarket, mini market, restaurants, takeaway..). Cleaning without pimples. A little less spacious than what it looks in the pictures but perfectly fits. It's been a lovely week

Great villa, very modern and perfect for up to 8 people, however you need a car, it is not possible to walk to and from the villa. Pool and views are stunning. You are on a working farm, and the poultry farm next door might put some people off, but it didn't affect us at all and the surrounding orange groves are gorgeous. overall, for the price this is a great apartment.

George's place is PERFECT! Wonderful location, just minutes from the beach, surrounded by good neighborhood shops…on a quiet, quiet street. Everything worked out perfectly well…the house has a wonderful backyard! And the service from the jorge is spotless. I recommend with your eyes closed!
