Very comfortable stay. Really appreciated there we're stocked supplies for teas/coffees. Kim asked my milk preference prior so it was nice to be able to have a cuppa as soon as I arrived without having to go out and find a shop first The Nook is nicely stocked with appliances too, had everything I needed and more. I didn't need much assistance from the host but she was very friendly and approchable, I wouldn't have hesitated to ask had I needed anything. location is quiet as it's slightly out of the city centre but the bus stop is very close and regular and a late night taxi only cost around £10. Would definitely stay here again

My wife and I had an enjoyable month-long stay in Belfast. Paula's cottage was perfect. We spent a lot of time biking to various places within Belfast so its location was ideal and the neighborhood was very pleasant and quiet. The cottage looks out onto her well manicured back garden. The one-bedroom one-bath cottage was the right size for 2 people. And Paula was a lovely host and a valuable resource for learning the city with helpful recommendations on places to dine. We developed a friendship over the course of our stay. Plans are to return to Belfast next year with the hopes of staying there when we do.

We stayed here for several months after moving across the ocean to be back in Belfast, and this home was the perfect transitional home for us while we waited and searched (and searched!) to buy a home in Belfast. Overall the home really fits a niche in the market that's greatly missing in the Belfast rental market right now - great value for money in a fantastic location. Laura was incredibly flexible and understanding when we were having aforementioned trouble with house hunting, and any problems that arose were quickly repaired and dealt with by a local handyman who was also an excellent person to deal with. There's a bus stop that'll get you into the city centre and/or Ormeau area, and a Mace (convenience store) a minute or two walk away that is just great for quick grocery pickups, with a Post Office in there too if you need one. Overall, this is a fantastic place and can't recommend the experience enough for small families or those needing a long term stay.
