Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Great location for those who like to be close to the sea! The place was small but had everything you needed. At this time of year (early April) not all restaurants were open but instead we enjoyed the empty beaches and the pleasant pedestrian passage right next to the accommodation. Value for money for this season was great! The roof terrace is a highlight! It is even equipped with beanbags, yoga mats, chairs, tables.

Cute place directly at the beach. The beach is public but with the house, you have your own space directly in front. Sun-Umbrella, seats and other outdoor furniture is provided by the Host. The place is clean, has a new kitchen installed and suits perfect for 4 people. It has everything needed for a smooth and chill vacation. Local suggestions are part of the check-in with the host, and a guest-book. Close by is everything you need, a supermarket, a bakery, lots if good restaurants are just up the street and directly next to the supermarket are large bins to throw away any kind of trash. I very much suggest the place! (Hint: for quiet nights earplugs might help since there is nightlife (we visited during summer vacation and slept with open windows) going on close by but its not too bad)

Antignano is about 6 km from downtown Livorno, but the bus/train runs right nearby. We did not need a car to do all the sightseeing we wanted. The shops you need are very close, bakery, grocery, butcher, pharmacy. Very friendly shopkeepers as well! Giovanna and Fabio are fabulous people, and went way above and beyond our expectations with recommending sights to see, and even giving us a lift to and from the train station! We loved our 2 weeks at Casa dei Remi!

The location is special, it reserves a unique view and exceptional livability... you live total privacy immersed in the smells, sounds and colors of the sea!!!

Place beyond expectations. We immediately felt at home and the beautiful yard is a great place for our kid to run free and explore and for us to have lovely chats with the other guests. On top of that, there's plenty of space to eat out and enjoy the evening breeze and Stella's (the dog) sweet company. The house is spacious, cool and spotless and Cristina and Paolo are friendly, helpful, present and yet, never invasive. Nearest beaches both, private and public at a walking distance and if you have a car you can easily reach the most beautiful spots along the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay at La Marina! The house was immaculate and exactly like the photos, extremely well equipped. The location couldn’t be better, so close to the beach and the pineta park, as well as tons of amenities. We also really enjoyed the garden, which was a lovely spot to have breakfast and dinner. Monica was a wonderful host - responsive, friendly and very knowledgeable. She catered to the fact there were 2 young children. We had a fantastic stay and I would absolutely recommend both Monica and her place!

Rebecca was very kind and super helpful. The accommodation is in a great location because it's on the beautiful seafront of Viareggio, which is a charming town. Very comfortable and clean inside. Fully equipped kitchen. We came in the spring and imagine that in the summer season the Primavera resort is even more charming!Very happy with our stay!We'll be back and we highly recommend it!

Everything is fine. We had a very nice holiday. Pool and swimming area by the sea are fantastic.

Our stay was fantastic with Massimo and Angela. They could do enough to make us feel welcome. The apartment was beyond our expectations. Clean, quiet and very comfortable. We have rented all around the world with work. I can honestly say this a hem of a place to stay. Highly recommended.

Good communication between us and the host……some mechanical issues with the pool and window shades which couldn’t be resolved. Otherwise it was very nice.

Very nice mobile house at a camping. The house small bu well arranged so we had a feeling of comfort (maybe a bit too small for 4 adults with lots of luggage, but we managed to unpack necessary things to small wardrobes). The kitchen well equipped (maybe lack of electric kettle was a little problem, but we used a pot to boil water). The bathroom with toilet and bidet, what was nice and water heater close to the bathroom, so it was easy to get warm shower. Very nice camping with helpful staff (besides Italian, we spoke English and German an it was easy to communicate). Very good swimming pool, bar, restaurant, well supplied shops (one with food and one with accessories that you may need during your stay). Less than 1km from the beach through the pine wood. Lots of restaurants at the village (some closed in may). We recommend Jolly Beach and more expensive but good fish restaurant Forte 74. For a shopping there's a Conad at the village centre.

Francesca welcomed us in a delightful house by the sea and the bicycles available allowed us to take beautiful walks on the seafront and reach the most beautiful nearby locations. The accommodation is equipped with every comfort inside, a cozy and well-kept outdoor space and private parking. The interior is tastefully furnished and in full seaside style. Very comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. A truly original accommodation that gave us really special days.

Wonderful clean cozy villa in a quiet location. The host was super responsive and helpful re local recommendations, transfers and everything else that we asked. Flexible with the check in and check out. We’ll be coming back!

We were very satisfied with the apartment. The host Claudia speaks German and even offered to pick us up from Viareggio train station, as we only arrived late in the evening. The location of the apartment is ideal, very quiet, a shopping store around the corner, the beach is about 20 minutes' walk. The apartment is large, clean, has plenty of sunlight and is nicely decorated and has all the necessary items. Everything worked perfectly and therefore there were no problems. We loved staying at this apartment and would love to stay here again. We highly recommend this property.

The accommodation is especially recommended for couples. There were restaurants nearby and right around the corner is a cafe. The path to the beach is not even one minute. Parking is also always nearby. Communication with Asia was always good. She's a very nice person. The place was exactly as described. There is a big, cozy bed with a(!) Mattress, which is important to us. In addition, some small things were prepared for eating and drinking, which is very easier, especially after the long trip, as you don't have to shop directly. All in all a great place to stay that we highly recommend.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

We had a great time at this place for two reasons: the location in a quiet neighborhood and the ease with which you can reach a supermarket, pizzeria and other places you need.

We had a really lovely stay. There were 4 adults, and toddler and baby and the property was very suitable for us. The hosts were very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations of places to eat. We ate in the restaurant just by the property and it was the best meal we had in Italy. We also had some delicious gelato. The property was extremely clean and great for what we needed. We had enough space and there was a nice outdoor area too. It was also a great location, very peaceful but also within walking distance to the beach and lovely little village. Margherita's house is literally ten steps from the sea, even more beautiful than in the photos. The accommodation is very clean and very welcoming, you sleep hearing the sound of the sea. Stefano's little house is very original and delightful. You can see with how much love and enthusiasm the "former. Electric“house. The garden is beautiful, with a lot of light but also a lot of shade in summer. The terrace is wonderful for chilling and eating. Stefano is a great host with great response time to questions. Stefano greeted us personally and showed us the house and gave many tips. The location to the beach is under 50m, so super easy to reach. There are original beach bars with very good cuisine. My two adult daughters and I highly recommend Stefano's house. (Attention: there is no wifi, but the reception in and around the house is good if you have enough data volume, no problem!)
