Andrea is very friendly and communicative. She responded quickly when we encountered some problem in the flat. The local restaurants she recommended is also very good. The place is clean, well equipped and decorated with a good taste. It is also a short walk from the airport and local buses. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.

Its location is ideal—just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the city center, yet far enough to enjoy a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The apartment is very light and spacious, it felt like home straight away. The centre is a 10 to 15 minute walk with plenty of bars and restaurants. There is a local supermarket 5 minutes away. We loved the apartment, the high ceilings, interesting artwork and the overall feel. We have no hesitation to highly recommend this apartment, it's beautiful

We had a wonderful week here. It was baking hot but the pool, the shady garden and the air conditioning made it the perfect peaceful place to relax between Rome and Florence.

We had two wonderful vacation weeks with our three children. Nicoletta and Barbara have done everything to make us feel comfortable. The best part was the (daily cleaned) pool which was very clean and refreshing! We also felt very comfortable in the house, it is already older, but very cozy. The kitchen is super equipped. One room has fixed air conditioning that cools the room well. In a 2nd room, there is a mobile air conditioner. We also got a delicious tiramisu and an Italian cake. Very tasty and overall a very nice contact. The two were mostly there, but very reserved. They always helped us with questions right away. The kids loved the dog Anita. The place Capannoli is not very nice, but in the immediate vicinity (15 min drive) there are many small typical Tuscan villages that were very nice and have good restaurants. The larger well-known cities are also easily accessible. We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Podere Collina. The house is a beautiful 300-year old farmhouse with lots of interesting decor and artifacts. It was comfortable and the kitchen is really well equipped. But the best thing about it was the surroundings—it's right in the middle of an olive orchard with views of the hills around and Volterra at the top of the hill. We also got to learn how the olives are harvested and Luisa's husband Nicola took us to see how the olive oil is made! A really unique and lovely place to stay.

Antonio's place is beautiful and just a few minutes' walk from the historical center of Volterra. Filled with antiques, it is a charming apartment full of character and warmth. I would recommend it.
