We loved staying at Eric’s place! The house was beautiful & super clean! Just as described! & perfect for our Disney vacation! Could even watch the Fireworks from Disney in the front yard, it was amazing! The house had everything we needed! Bathrooms & kitchen were stocked very well with everything you could think of! We will definitely be staying again when we come back! Couldn’t have asked for a better Airbnb for our trip! The best Airbnb we’ve stayed in!

My family and I were evacuees from the Eaton Canyon Fire, and I can’t fully express how incredible Andrea and her spouse have been to us. Their kindness and generosity made us feel safe, cared for, and truly at home during such a challenging time. This Airbnb was the first place where we felt settled, and we are beyond grateful for the many ways Andrea went above and beyond to support us. The space itself is serene, both inside and out, and the bed is exceptionally comfortable. It was exactly what we needed.

I am impressed with his prompt and friendly communication style, which includes providing all necessary details in a timely manner. He creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel at home. My family and I found the place very cozy and inviting. We enjoyed the heated pool, the backyard’s spacious play area and the relaxing ambience. My only suggestion is that the addition of fire pit and increased outdoor lighting would enhance the experience. Nevertheless, I would still rate this a 5-star rating. Thanks Mordehay!

We had a great stay for our family trip to Los Angeles. Very close to Santa Monica/Venice for lots of activities. The pool and hot tub were nice although we didn’t get to utilize them very much. It was nice to have a parking spot within the property. The only slight feedback that we have is the price being very expensive, but we had a great time. Also, very responsive hosts willing to work with you around guests and visitors although we ended up not having any extra people over. We would definitely stay here again.

Bottom line- would I stay here again? Absolutely. You really can’t get any closer to Disney and still have the comfort of home along with a private pool and the convenience of a kitchen and laundry! The stroller saved us! The optional heated pool was a life saver too! Sure there are some fixes that would make it even better but nothing that would deter us from staying there. There are some obvious DIY upgrades that aren’t the nicest and some areas that could use some upgrades. The towels are a bit thin and feel overly used. Same goes for the linens. Nothing smelled or felt especially fresh. “Master” bathroom floor was a wet mess after showering so we tried to avoid it which meant 7 people trying to share one shower. The kitchen could use more essentials - I wouldn’t consider it well stocked. Silverware felt kinda old and cheap and they need more! Again, overall, it’s a great place if you’ve got a larger group and you’re going to be mostly at the parks!

This house was the best! it was fully equipped with all the amenities. it was soo clean, no clutter, lots of towels, a full kitchen and so much more. the location was perfect. a 3 minute walk to Pico where all the restaurants and groceries are. Deborah was sooo accommodating. She was extremely fast in her response. We needed a hot plate and a water urn and within 30 minutes, she had dropped it off. This is by far the best airbnb we've ever been to.

David and Ginger are good hosts. They allowed us to get in earlier than the stipulated time. We made good their home and the easy access to Long Beach. They were flexible to us in exiting the home so we could wait there instead of the airport. Thank you

Cute bungalow indeed! Extremely well decorated and smelled clean as soon as you opened the door. We appreciated how stocked it was essentials and especially loved the games. Location is unbeatably close to downtown and the Pike for all your local excursions.

Veronica’s house was great for our family. It’s a funky layout with each bedroom located on separate floors but it worked fine for us. We would absolutely come back.

Great place to stay. Lots of food and shopping in the area. Nice quiet neighborhood for a walk with pets.

We enjoyed our stay. Great space for larger party with many bedrooms and bathrooms. Private outdoor area was a bonus.

Wonderful place! We had 8 people and it still felt very spacious. Each person got a bed and we were all very comfortable. The kids loved all the toys in the backyard! It was the perfect location for our Disney trip! We did the parks all day and then came back to relax and felt right at home! Judy was extremely quick to respond and everything was easy and clearly laid out. Highly recommend!

Nice quiet place two blocks to the beach. There is a 7/11 half a block away and it was a perfect stay before our cruise. Communication was fast and directions were clear.

We absolutely loved Stephen and Brian's guest house. It was very comfortable, clean, and stocked with all the amenities that we could have needed. It is on a quiet, beautiful street within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, and LA history. Stephen and Brian were welcoming and kind and we would definitely stay in the guest house again.

We had a wonderful stay at Krizty’s place while in Long Beach for a family wedding! The location was perfect—just off 2nd Street, with plenty of bars, shops, and restaurants steps away, and within walking distance to the beach. The home itself was pristine, with a sleek, contemporary design and spotless cleanliness throughout. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils we needed, along with high-quality appliances, making it easy to prepare meals. The beds were roomy and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest after our busy days. The holiday decor added a warm, festive touch that made our stay even more special. Krizty was an excellent host—very kind, communicative, and clear with check-in and check-out instructions. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Walked to beach, restaurants ;also walked to Whole Foods and the famed Gjusta bakery . Quiet and comfy. We spent a full week . House has everything one needs including parking.

The property was spacious, clean and quiet and just what we were looking for! We were please to see the bathrooms even had bidets. Would definitely stay here again.

Jorgen was a great host and extremely accommodating and helpful when we had some last minute illness and had to change our stay duration. The backyard is 10/10 amazing. Beautiful and surprisingly private for the area. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time outside. Thanks for the stay!

Perfect Stay. We loved the Cozy Home. Our welcome was amazing. I had mentioned to Vardan that we would be celebrating my wife's birthday during our stay, and we were greeted with a very thoughtful birthday present and card, and a bottle of wine. We were attending the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl, and the location of the house was very convenient. And, it's only 10 minutes from Burbank Airport. We loved walking around the neighborhood, especially wit all the Christmas decorations up. The location is very private and quiet, When the University of Oregon goes back to the Rose Bowl, we hope Cozy Home will be available! Thanks, Vardan.

Great place to stay in Venice. Easy walk to Abbot Kinney and the beach. Open Air is super responsive, communicating was easy throughout. Perfect spot for my husband and me over the holidays.
