House was fantastic, spacious and very homely. Perfect for a larger amount of guests also. Close to town but also far enough away to enjoy privacy. I definitely will be back and recommending this place to my friends. Thank you for the stay.

Wonderful stay. Everything was as described and as pictured. Perfect for large family groups, plenty of space to come together and separate for quiet time. We had 3 young children and they made good use out of the upstairs living space (“playroom”) and trampoline. The pool once we got it sorted was the perfect temperature. Rooms were very clean and very spacious. Great kitchen and welll stocked with cleaning products as was the laundry. Check in/out was easy and Anna was friendly and a very responsive host.

Annick and JP made us feel very at home and welcomed. They were very accommodating to our individual needs & supportive of the fact i have a disability which required extra support. We needed long term housing & trying to find accommodation for that amount of time was extremely difficult and both Annick & JP came to our rescue & really saved us from being homeless whilst our house was being rebuilt. They were respectful of our privacy during our time there & made us feel like it was our home during our stay. The SPA is AMAAAAAAZING and worth coming to stay for it alone and my daughter and family also enjoyed the theatre room. We cant THANK BOTH ANNICK & JP for everything you have done for us.

Loved our stay at Andrews place! The house is in a great location, and is a walking distance to the main parts of Rye. The house itself is clean and well equipped with everything you need, and the mountain views really uplift the experience of sitting on the deck, particularly in the mornings as you catch a beautiful sunrise. Andrew himself is an excellent host, and was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Definitely recommend!

What an amazing house & so perfect for a getaway we didn’t want to leave. Had everything & bonus was the ice machine & slow cooker. Living space spacious and lots of fun things. Downstairs room was spacious and was perfect for our 4 teens Dogs loved it, very secure View just lovely and outdoor space so peaceful Beds comfy, lots of linen. Highly recommended, Rod was fabulous & we will stay again. Total 8 of us, 2 families. Thank you Rod

Great sized house and very well stocked with clean and good quality dishes, kitchen utensils, towels, bedding and everything else you need for a lovely stay. Hayley was a fantastic host. Instructions were clear and made finding and getting into the property super easy. We were also impressed with her responsiveness for a couple of questions we had one our first day. Thank you for having us, we had a very enjoyable stay!

Lovely home in a great location, nice and peaceful stay. We really enjoyed our trip! Appreciated the quick, clear and friendly responses from our hosts too regarding check in etc. Great kitchen here and extremely well equipped home with everything we needed for our stay with our family from dishwasher tablets to washing liquid for a little load of laundry! Small things like these are so helpful when staying away from home with kids. Thanks! Lovely surroundings and outlook perfect for relaxing. Would recommend.

Alex’s location was perfect for us to get together the Australian Open and to explore Melbourne for a week. The tram lines to get to the CBD, St. Kilda Beach, South Melbourne market, etc. were close by. There were many restaurants, bars, and the Prahran Market a few blocks away, yet the apartment was quiet and comfortable. No problem getting a good night’s sleep. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the washer and dryer. Alex was a great host and we would definitely stay in his apartment again if we make it back to the Melbourne area.

We had our wedding at the port Melb yacht club, a mere 2 mins walk from Amie’s apartment. It was easy, clean, affordable, had everything we needed & more, was cosy and we felt right at home. Amie was incredible to coordinate and correspond with - so helpful!! Thank you very much 🥰

If you are lucky enough to snag this granny flat- you'll be supremely happy with it. The couple that own it are delightful and gracious hosts. They're warm and inviting disposition reflects the granny flats ambience. The space itself is cosy, comfortable, warm and very clean. You also have access to a peaceful lake that is so beautiful. There' also a cute BBQ area so you can enjoy a feed outdoors. My partner and i have thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would love to book again in the future. Thank you for having us 😊

This penthouse was way beyond what we expected. So much space inside and out. Beautiful furnishings and high quality kitchen with everything a keen chef needs. The location was fabulous with public transport within an easy walk. Surrounded by great cafes, restaurants and shops. The hosts were so lovely and quick to respond to any queries. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Jeff & Melinda’s place was awesome. They were so generous with the extras they included in the bedrooms and kitchen. Perfect spot for staying for the Kylie Tension tour and a visit to the Botanic Gardens. Loved it 🥰

We stayed at Andrew's apartment for 4 days and it was fantastic. The location was extremely convenient to get into the CBD and had amazing views of the city. The apartment itself was very clean which made for a comfortable stay. Andrew was extremely responsive and helpful, he gave clear instructions on how to reach the apartment and use the assigned parking space. Overall an amazing stay and made our last few days in Melbourne very comfortable and memorable.

Great location and accomodation for our family get together away from home. The onsite pool was a great asset. The children loved the nearby climbing playground. Great views from the balcony.

This apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. Spotlessly clean bathrooms and kitchen, all the necessary kitchen requirements, comfortable furniture, big TV, nice long balcony. It's very quiet at night. The location was perfect for us - ten minute walk to shows at Crown and the Lume, plus all the restaurants along Southbank. Straight across the street is a big Woolworths supermarket. Our only issue was finding the car parking space but Meary has said she will give detailed instructions for that in future. All the communication with Meary has been with a very quick response time and she is a lovely person to deal with. I highly recommend this property.

My family and I had a beautiful stay over summer in Sid’s place in Seaford. The flat is 5 min walk to the beach - it’s lovely, light-filled, clean and spacious, with every amenity you could need. It’s at the back of the block so very quiet (no traffic noise, despite being on a main road) and surrounded by a garden and a creek. You can sit at the dining table, outside or lie on the couch and watch the birds and sunrise/sunset skies. The beds and pillows were particularly comfortable, and the kitchen, bathroom and laundry have the basics. While I did have an issue initially with the remote, it turned out to need a new battery - Sid was extremely helpful and prompt. A great stay - we’ll be back the next time we visit our family in SE Melbourne.

Great place. Big tv. Comfy beds. 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. 5 min walk to supermarket. Quiet.
