We loved our stay at Jacqueline’s! She was a fantastic host, with clear instructions for check in/check out. The place is amazing, so clean and very peaceful - would recommend to anyone looking for a nice getaway in county Mayo. We will be back!

Westport Writer's Cabin at Old Rectory

I had a wonderful stay in the Writers cabin. Roisin was very flexible about check and have very clear instructions. The cabin is just as described with a well stocked kitchen, very cosy with good heating. There are lots of great walks around and for the more adventurous Croagh Patrick pilgrim walk start is only 1.5 hrs away. There is a small supermarket just a short walk away at the petrol station and it is only 5km into Westport. Very quiet and great for writing. Thank you Roisin for a great stay.
