Dears Debra and Rod, we appreciated so much these near three months as a guest in your property and congratulate you both for the comfortable house, simply outstanding and amazing. Kitchen very well outfitted and furnished with all varieties of apparatus, appliances, utensils, cleaners, instant coffee, filters and even several types of seasonings. Living and dining room provided with perfect and custom furniture habitually used during short and even long stay period. Comfortable bedrooms and baths very well supplied with bed linens, pillows, towels, wardrobes, cleaning, personal hygiene products, washer and dryer, hair dryer, iron to press clothes, etc. Thankful for making ourselves at home. Alan is a superb host who takes care of his property. I rented Alan's place while studying at UNC-CH. It has all the amenities you need, it's a ground floor unit (which makes it easy to get stuff in and out), and is comfortably furnished. Lastly, it's close to campus, Carrboro, and in a great area for walking, bike riding, etc.

Joe and Michelle were very helpful hosts and being right next to a walking trail was really nice. The parking is a little difficult, but it is a short drive to downtown where there is lots to do. I am very grateful for the chance to have stayed with them.
