Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Carpinteria City Beach

David greeted us upon arrival and, after that, we had privacy in the two-story guest house...which is the size of many homes! The mattresses were so comfortable that my wife wants to know where to get one. The views are lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and 3 bathrooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

Lovely! Charming house in great location. Very comfortable, clean warm and bright! It has a fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room which made the stay a breeze. With a single level, it is easy to navigate for my mobility impaired Mom. Delightful place for our little family vacation. Plus the hot tub feels marvelous!

Can we go back on vacation?! What a beautiful vacation home to stay and spend our family spring break! The house was wonderful, great location, close enough to LA, Malibu, and other great towns but far enough away that your feel secluded. We never heard a plane or any sirens the whole time we were at the house. One of my favorite spots was sitting in the spa when a warm breeze would drift the smell of lavender, rosemary, blooming wisteria, orange and lemon trees.... The kids enjoyed the pool and living room where we played a lot of cards and board games. There were many hiking paths within 20 min or less locations. Todd was very accommodating, the house was well stocked with essentials and simple touches that made you feel right at home. We will return in the future for sure!

The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with thoughtful amenities that made everything easy and enjoyable. The views were absolutely beautiful—such a peaceful setting to wake up to each morning. The layout of the home was perfect for our group, with ample space for both quality family time and moments to spread out and enjoy a bit of personal space. Truly a great house in every way—we’d love to come back!

This home is a beautiful retreat for anyone visiting the Los Angeles area. The house is suited well for families and is well set up to make you feel right at home. It doesn’t feel like a rental but rather a beautiful home. It’s close to a park and the neighborhood itself is very walkable. Short drive to Los Angeles and patio is super private and scenic.

Staying at Danna's place was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and at home. Absolutely beautiful property, this quickly became our happy place and did not want to leave. Such an amazing location and view, beautiful house that we fell in love with. Highly recommend. Loved the layout, kitchen, beds and bedding was lux. Hot tub and table tennis for the kids. Steam room / shower was great. Sitting outside with a glass of wine looking out over Santa Barbara makes me want to go back already…

We had a great time staying here. The hot tub was a huge benefit and we liked having two individual units. Everything was very clean and Kristy was super responsive and helpful

Our stay at this villa was amazing, Beautiful House inside and out. This place is just perfect very spacious and quiet i would definitely stay here again. The host was quick to respond to any concerns about the house and made our stay more pleasant.

We needed a place to stay for our son's graduation after our other Airbnb canceled on us few weeks before graduation. Tracy's place was just what we needed...a place to sleep and shower and reasonably priced. The condo is close to the freeway and close to TJ and Vons.

Was the perfect location for the wedding we were attending in Malibu. Fit the family perfectly and the views were amazing. Host was very responsive and it was easy to communicate.

Loved our stay at the bunkhouse! It was particularly stylish and well appointed. We used the firepit and hot tub and the only mistake we made as not staying an extra day! Thank you to the host for being so friendly and going above and beyond. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay. The setting was so beautiful and restorative. We enjoyed getting out and active in the surrounding areas (hiking, kayaking, horseback riding) then coming back to soak in the hot tub and read peacefully on the deck. The location feels remote, but the house is well positioned to access everything within 15-30 mins drive. Highly recommend.
