Family-friendly vacation rentals in Carpinteria City Beach

Our multi-generational family of 5 adults and 3 kids had a great time at Marty & Carey's place. The property is located on a low traffic cul-de-sac, near convenient grocery stores & the airport. The separate studio and large primary bedroom allowed us to have privacy - while the multiple outdoor & indoor common areas allowed for plenty of socializing. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and pantry items. The windows allowed you to soak in the beautiful front + backyard landscaping. Our kids especially enjoyed the hot tub and walking distance to the beach. Marty & Carey were professional, accommodating, and responsive.

Beautiful place. Everything was easy to use with very clear instructions. The jacuzzi and fire pit were great and worked perfectly. EV charger was very convenient and saved us having to charge after our stay. Very cozy, definitely recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a wonderful stay at this stunning home. The landscape is peaceful and the home is really well taken care of. We loved the hot tub and the grill! A very special find.

The home looks even more spacious then the pictures showed. It was extremely clean and stocked with every thing you could need. The location is amazing, an easy walk to shops and restaurants. The outdoor space is great with the hot tub and nice size table.

Michelle was a beautiful host towards us always checking in to make sure we where happy and comfortable at the property and to always see if everything was fine with the property property is exactly how it looks in the photos was a pleasure staying would definitely book again

Our family enjoyed a great stay with our pups at the Boho House. Everything was as described. Had extra cozy blankets and everything we needed. Most comfortable bed we’ve slept in at an Airbnb to date! Meghan and Justin were very sweet and responsive. The surrounding area had a great walking trail, close to all popular local spots and some great small businesses. Thank you for a great stay! We would love to comeback to your cozy home.

My family and I stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, nicely decorated, has a cool outdoor area with a hot tub, and is a few minute walk from the beach. Great place. Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful and very well thought out and equipped place. I would say that the description did not adequately describe the level of comfort and luxury felt in this beautifully outfitted home. Every bedroom has all the amenities and creates a private world for each of the inhabitants in each bedroom. The kitchen had everything one might need with many, many extras, paper towels, paper plates, cleaning supplies galore. The area feels like California of the 70’s. The local food places are owned by the people who wait in you who are so grateful that we went there. There is a really fun vintage store with many treasures to look through. We went to a completely free USNavy Seabees Museum which was fascinating. We definitely want to return to the area which has the most beautiful sandy beaches and staying at this house certainly added to the fun. It was my son who is 40, my grandsons who are 8 and 10 and my daughter, the boy’s Mom. There were even thoughtful and entertaining games!

This was a great location for our family to get together and relax, while being right in between Ojai and Ventura, 10-15 minute drive to each. Lots of restaurants, cafes, and cute shops in Ojai. The house was very spacious and relaxing with comfortable beds and furniture. Full kitchen for anything you may want to cook. Would definitely rent again when visiting Ojai.

It was perfect for our needs. We are remodeling my mom’s house and needed to get away for a few days. Jamie’s cottage had all the comforts of home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are planning to go back during phase 2 of the remodel. Thank you so much!

We had a magical stay in this wonderful oasis! The cottage and hummingbird garden were absolutely perfect. Sandra had us feel right at home throughout our stay! It is an amazingly located gem which provided us with many fun daily excursions. The local area was extremely dog friendly and easy to explore on foot via a nearby park’s stairway trail to the main street and beaches. We hope to return to this paradise!!!

It was a great stay and very conformable.

The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc.

The place and environment were outstanding. My dog and I felt at home. It was a lovely adventure! Walkable to the beach, local shops, and great restaurants. Host recommendations were terrific. Kathleen clearly mentioned the outdoor shower and even on November, it wasn’t a problem. It was private and the water temp was hot enough to not let you feel cold. Wonderful! Lovely hostess, too.

It was so beautiful seeing so many hummingbirds so closely! Ojai Main Street was a beautiful drive from this place. Also I booked meditation session at meditation mount which was 25 mins. We had pleasure meeting 2 friendly cats on the property as well, had a great morning starting with birds chirp and sitting on the swings and watching hummingbirds .

Hilary’s communication was always timely and clear. She provided a yummy danish from Mortensen’s Bakery along with some fresh fruit. The Christmas tree was beautifully lit and decorated and the decor was stylish and tasteful. We didn’t see any coyotes, mountain lions, nor bears but hummingbirds entertained us poolside while we enjoyed our the many danishes we purchased from downtown Solvang. Our Ohana of 6 thoroughly enjoyed the relaxing environment and the privacy of our own bathrooms attached to each of the suites. Thank you for being so helpful Hilary!

This place was wonderful. The setting and setup of everything is very beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. The pool and hot tub are amazing. The parking spot is so convenient and safe and easy. In California that is everything! The bedroom has a big, comfortable King bed and its own entrance and bathroom. And my daughter had a very comfy bed in the living room and she had her own bathroom as well. So it was very spacious for us. There is a full kitchen but we went out to eat for almost every meal so we didn't have to use it. The property owner Carla is a gem. So friendly, caring, and knowledgeable. Just a beautiful human. We felt like we were staying with family. My daughter was a bit under the weather at one point and Carla was just a bundle of wisdom and very comforting. It was very nice since we were here from NY. We had all of the privacy we needed and also the convenience of a very helpful host, the best of both worlds. I would stay here again and definitely plan to.

Julie’s place is amazing and even better than described. The location is great, the grounds and furnishings are beautiful, the place is immaculate and Julie is a warm, inspiring and responsive host. I want to move in here.

This was such a nice place to get away from the city for a few nights. The starts were so bright at night, it was beautiful! The place was a lot nicer than I expected. Our cottage had its own fenced in yard and hammock. While the communal kitchen was very well stocked and had everything you needed. I really loved how she build the entire property, its really unique! I also really enjoyed the bathroom and outdoor shower. It definitely is nicer than other "glamping" experiences I've had. We went out to downtown Santa Barbara one evening and it was such a short ride away. Great location!

Murry was so responsive and welcoming. This was a last minute anniversary trip and he was so accommodating. The ranch is beautiful and the horses were a wonderful bonus. Malibu beach is a short drive down the canyon. Thank for going above and beyond! We will be back!!

Gloria was a fantastic host. The 4 bedroom home was perfect for our family…very clean, spacious, well appointed, and in a quiet neighborhood that was close to many restaurants and stores. Gloria was responsive and friendly. Highly recommend this home!

We loved every minute of our stay. The house, tucked into a beautiful corner on the east end of Ojai, is very comfortable and stylish. We enjoyed the panoramic views of the Topa Topa mountains - especially at sunset with a cocktail. Candle lit dinners in the outdoor dining area and afternoons swimming in the heated pool we're a big hit with our group. We can't wait to get back.

It was great staying at Serg's place. I highly recommend it and will stay there again the next time I visit the area.
