Condo vacation rentals in Carpinteria City Beach

The 3 months I stayed with Bry were great! It was the perfect housing situation for a Summer job, and exceeded my expectations.

We loved our Thanksgiving getaway in Carpinteria. Lisa’s place was spacious, clean and well appointed for our family of four. Steps from the beach we went on a stroll every morning and got to listen to the waves at night. Location was great with shops and restaurants only a short walk. We’ll definitely be back!

This was the perfect location for me to catch the boat to the Channel Islands, with the Harbor just five minutes away. D’s home is very comfortable and welcoming, and I had a large mastersuite with closet space and a big, hotel-quality bathroom to myself. (Fragrance-free, too, as she described!) After hiking all day on Santa Cruz Island, it felt wonderful to come back and be greeted by D, and enjoy a long, hot shower, and a comfortable bed and a peaceful quiet sleep. D is a wonderful host, and I truly enjoyed meeting her. I felt like I was visiting a friend. Thank you!

Jennifer and Tommy were great host. They are a positive and likeable couple. Jennifer was very accommodating and was easy to talk to. we enjoyed our stay and would stay with them again. They also have an adorable dog named Cub who is so much fun. He was a plus for sure.

Amazing! Stayed here for a summer and I really felt at home. 2 min walk to the beach, surf view from the balcony, friendly neighbors, all good stuff. Came with dishes and towels and everything too. Good seafood around and the beach has local events. Can't recommend enough. Host is also incredible to work with, I had a really great experience with them.

5++ stars!! This place was absolutely amazing and our family (2A, 2K- 10, 7) enjoyed staying here and would definitely book again next time we’re visiting relatives. All amenities were thoughtfully included to make our stay comfortable, right down to the beach tar wipes (which we needed!) and the delightful Wes Anderson coffee table book that we enjoyed reading. Location - Moments to the freeway, and the rest is all walkable- three blocks to the beach, short walk to the pier and On The Alley for a delicious bite and eight minutes to State and the Funk Zone. Grocery store and a pub are conveniently around the corner. House - As others have mentioned, the sound does carry from the other units, but wasn’t a huge issue for us. We found the beds to be a bit soft and a clothes drying rack would be useful, but otherwise no complaints. Property is spotlessly clean, includes a good quality beach set, extra towels/linens, full sized laundry, parking and lovely outdoor patio/bbq area.

We're already talking about coming back here. Stunning place near the beach where the sunset doesn't disappoint you. After 5 days we already feel like a local. host was very friendly and helpful when needed. highly recommend

I traveled with parents and 2 teens, and we all enjoyed the staying in Soyhome. It has a beautiful yard with gorgeous mountain view. A fully stocked kitchen and a jacuzzi are also helpful for a perfect vacation. Safe neighborhood, close to trader Joe's. I will recommend it to friends.

We had an absolutely amazing stay. Highly, highly recommend this listing for longer term stays. The place was spotless, unit was fully upgraded, everything felt brand new and much more spacious than it looks in the photos. Can't beat the location, super close to downtown Santa Barbara, walking distance to great restaurants & bars. Right across, are two amazing parks as well. Super fast wi-fi internet, perfect for remote working. Jean was also super accommodating during our stay, as we needed a crib and high chair for our little one, she was quick to make sure we had what we needed during our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better long-term stay. We will certainly be coming back in the future.

We so enjoyed our stay at Rozas place! The private beach access was great, the complex was quiet and the condo was very clean and comfortable. Great layout! Roza was very friendly, answered any questions quickly and was very helpful offering to suggest things to do in the area, too. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Great place and convenient location to downtown and the beach and a short drive to Ojai and Santa Barbara. Recommend!

Nestled in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the West Beach Casita is steps away from the serene beaches and delightful restaurants/attractions Santa Barbara has to offer. The West Beach Casita was cute, cozy, charming and comforting! The definite standouts was the amazing and the above and beyond hospitality of our host, Lara. She was so attentive, responsive and has a talent for cooking the best sourdough bread ever! If we ever come back to Santa Barbara, we would hope to come back and stay here again as the location was phenomenal, the attention to detail in making our stay so comfortable and Lara with her top notch hospitality and accommodations . A bonus was seeing their cat, Clawd around the Casita.

Dorothy was a very responsive host and helped us research restaurants and local things-to-see. The condo was very clean, uncluttered and well-supplied. The check-in staff operates 24/7 and provided helpful maps and suggestions. Solvang is a very picturesque little town, especially at this time of year (December). Great restaurants and wineries. Be sure to visit Los Olivos and Santa Ynez also...just minutes away.

Was exactly what we were looking for and matched the listing. Very clean. And William was super helpful and responsive host, and helped us get in a bit early since we had an event to get to.

Our family had a wonderful time at this space. The unit was comfortable, spacious and very well stocked. We enjoyed the short hike along the bluffs to watch dolphins and seals. We spent hours on the wonderful beach steps away. The comfortable heated pool and hot tub were a great way to end the day. We would love to return one day.

The apartment was outstanding! Judy has excellent taste, and it shows in every detail. The space was not only spacious but also very well maintained and impeccably clean. We had no trouble finding parking on the street, and the location was perfect with easy access to supermarkets and the freeway. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

Rob is definitely a super host, and the location is so enjoyable, with walking distance to the sand, and town! My fiance and I will definitely look forward to another stay, and recommend this place to anyone looking for a calm relaxing get away.

This place was incredible! It was immaculately spotless at every corner, the decor and amenities were artfully curated, the place felt super cozy and right at home! I would not have minded another few nights there. Not to mention the beautiful location, we were steps away from the beach. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place! Felt like home. Had all the essential things in case you forget little things while packing! I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again!!!
