An enchanting penthouse in the center of Porretta, from which you can reach all the services that the town offers (station, spa, pool, bar, Coop). Cecilia was a very kind and super helpful host, and proactive, making us find among other things every morning a cake or dessert on the side table outside:). The penthouse is beautiful, with exposed stones, clean, tidy and cared for, with a kitchen equipped with everything you need for breakfast and if you want to cook. It's also very cool despite being a penthouse. Five stars!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here! Marco was an amazing host - he had the perfect balance between being very attentive and also respecting our privacy. He responded instantly any time we had a question, his recommendations for things to do are fantastic and he certainly is a superhost! We stayed for 1 month which is a long time to stay anywhere but honestly it was great, the apartment is equipped with everything you need, the views are lovely and the train station is near by. We had a car which made it much easier to get around, but it is possible without a car. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was great, kitchen was really well equipped and we had everything we needed. Grazie mille Marco! We would definitely recommend Marco's place to everyone.

The place is really lovely, just like the photos, even better! We loved the big, well equipped kitchen and living area. Another big plus point for this house is all bedrooms are en-suite. But for us one of the best parts of the property is the huge fenced in garden, perfect for our dogs to run around and play in! Minus points for us was the location, which felt rather remote. Some of the restaurants were closed during the days we were there and it was some effort to find somewhere to go. It was also quite hot during our stay and the bedrooms could have done with some fans. Francesca was very friendly and shared tons of super helpful tips, many we followed. We loved our dinner at Ristorante Benito, with delicious truffle dishes and very friendly service. All in all we enjoyed our stay!

Great location off the beaten path. We were just transiting between Modena and Florence, but we wish we had more time to enjoy the beautiful area.
