we were very well received by Valentine, who was very available, responsive and flexible. We had a great weekend at the saints and took advantage of the advantages of the accommodation on the water.

Unique opportunity to stay in a houseboat on the Keys. The Marina is on the Gulf side and is quite secluded despite being only a block from Route 1. We arrived pretty late after watching the sunset in Key West, but we had no problems as the Marina left clear instructions outside the office for us. The walkway down the slips to the boat is a bit narrow so watch out if you’re hauling large suitcases down there in the dark! The boat itself was super-cute. Really nicely furnished and very clean and homey. The queen size bed was really comfy and our kids liked the beds up in the loft too. The only issue was a shortage of hot water in the shower for the 4th person (me, of course). The toilet is a marine/RV toilet so that may take a bit of getting used to if you haven’t used one before. Coffee was provided for the morning and it was really nice to sit out on the little back deck watching the gulls fly about. It was our first experience staying on a marina, and you’re pretty close to your neighbors in that kind of environment but everyone was cool and respectful of each others’ space and privacy. Overall a really fun experience and we would definitely return given the opportunity. Don’t miss: For breakfast/brunch, do yourself a favor and drive the 5 minutes SW to “Over Easy” for breakfast. No regrets!

Great customer service and very friendly staff We stayed on the Manatee boat and it was very clean with some minor issues the staff would be happy to attend to if I asked them. We just didn’t use the tv much, but it wouldn’t turn off so we just placed it on soft music and used it for a sleep aid 🤷🏻‍♀️🥰 Mike, the guy there recommended we stay in the Grey Lady next time but this was a great experience for us.

A nice and unique experience, definitely worth trying, especially if you plan on sleeping on a boat. This is the first place to try because it offers a nice mix of boat and house. The interior feels just like a tiny house or a small hotel suite. Everything works well, is easily accessible, and our boat looked like a newly renovated or built unit, same as in the picutres. The front desk staff are friendly, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. The only issue we encountered was the whistling noise from the AC. If you’re a light sleeper, you can turn it off at night or use earplugs. This is understandable given that seawater damages almost everything. However, this minor issue didn’t detract from the overall experience. I would go there again.

Such a cool experience to stay on a houseboat. How much closer to being on the water can you get?! Full bathroom, kitchenette, space wasn't too small, it was nice and cozy. would definitely stay there again!

We had such a lovely few days on our houseboat, Dolphin. The boat was very clean and very nicely decorated. We LOVED the deck, especially the upper deck, to enjoy some drinks and views! Check in was very quick and the staff were so friendly! I highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

This houseboat is a must stay. The marina is very active but the location is super quiet. So you get the fun but you are just a short walk away from the bustle in your quiet little area. The houseboat truly is that …. A house … and a boat. Basically you get a 3 bedroom apartment on the water. Just loved the place. I wish I had one. lol. Great host and everything worked as expected. Hot water; full kitchen and two baths; central air and all the lights as expected.

rose was a wonderful host. great bed and linens. Friday night traffic was loud. I didn't expect it to be next to a busy road. also a rundown apt building is directly in front of the boat w various people hanging around . open gates on both sides of the entrance to dock so anyone can walk in.

Great place to stay!! It was so fun to be on the water. Very conveniently located in the middle of the keys so easy to get places. Toni and the staff were all so nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable. Everything we’d hoped for for our week long getaway!

this is a great space! I came to Marathon on a fishing trip with a buddy and was amazed by this place! the boat has lots of space, amenities, and is conveniently located to restaurants and businesses. I can't wait to stay again!

The place is beautiful. I wouldn’t recommend staying in Marigot bay the whole time. There’s not a lot of great food options, all with the same, fairly limited menu. The local food is the best option - jerk chicken, stews, etc, but even those are not as good as the rest of the island. This place is only accessible by boat - you need what’s app to get on and off the cabin to get food. The beach is walking distance and there’s some food and beverages served when you get chairs during the day. The hike along the property (Billy goat trail) is stunning. It’s really very very beautiful, but it’s not a great place to see the island. Also being a sound machine - sound travels across the water and it can be fairly loud.

If you're looking for a unique stay, unplugged, in a beautiful setting, this is it! Rob is an artist! He has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and the fun abundant. The craftsmanship, design, and aesthetic decor is such a treat. Our family of 4 (2 tweens) give this 10 out of 5 stars. Definitely take an eco-tour. (A big shoutout to Captain Tony!) We went shelling and saw some cool creatures— a lot of dolphins! We have been to Key West a few times, but this is by far the most memorable trip. Two nights aboard was the right amount of time for us. Enough time for a restful recharge and a little adventure. Happy New Year, Rob! Thank you for the superb communication and memorable stay. Your breakfast recommendations were great too!

Nice location comfortable. Host was very helpful with anything we needed. The only thing we would like to see to make things a little more convenient is a microwave.

Sergey is a fantastic host and will take care of all your needs. The houseboat was a fun experience for those with a sense of adventure. Fun to fish off the boat at night … caught a shark !

Yvonne is very responsive. Everything was as described. (Our reasonable requests were IMMEDIATELY addressed to our satisfaction!) The place is in a beautiful, serene location. IT IS NOT A HOUSE. IT IS A BOAT! As such, everything is tight but functional and designed with efficiency and safety (against rough seas) in mind. The bed is very good, and the bathrooms have been upgraded so that non-sailors can use the "head." The deck (Three levels) offers a great view of the river and its banks. We always combine business with pleasure, so working from the boat's eating area presented no problems for either of us. The boat's welcoming dossier describes amenities well, and ample signs explain the various switches, functionalities, and interfaces. But please do not compare the boat to your house! Go to this place with a sense of adventure! Be a Captain J. Cook and dream of exploring Australia(!), or be Gilligan and be goofy(!) around the boat. Have fun being a "sailor" for a few days!

We loved our stay at the Tiki Suite!!! We desperately needed a few get-away-from-it-all days, and this was the best place for that; it was perfect blissful serenity. The water taxi was on time, and nearby the departure location is a Thai restaurant, so we got takeout before heading to the tiki, and it was still hot when we got there! We purchased dry ice at a nearby Winn Dixie for the cooler on board, and it's a lot less bulky and messy than regular ice. It felt safe, and the caretaker stops by each day to top off the water and gas for the generator. We didn't use the a/c because it was in the low 70s and breezy—it was amazing to sleep with the doors open and then roll into the sea from bed in the morning!

The houseboat was a unique place to stay. It was very easy to get a taxi/uber to key west. Ryan and his neighbors were all super friendly. Everything was comfortable for a a quick 2 days visiting key west.

I booked this stay to bring in the new year with my partner and it greatly exceeded my expectations! Corey and Captain Edwin did everything to ensure we were prepared with our documents and transport before arriving in Key Largo. Once there, Captain Edwin warmly received us and chartered us to our bungalow. The bungalow has all of the luxury niceties listed while allowing you to disconnect when desired. We received a beautiful gift basket with local treats, including key lime pie, flowers, and wine. It was such a serene experience to have the bungalow to ourselves. We were able to catch the most breathtaking sunrises and sunsets, all of the fireworks displays on the coast for New Year’s, and even playful groups of dolphins. Corey and Captain Edwin were readily accessible for all of our inquiries and needs, including transport to and from the mainland. They are passionate about their business and work tirelessly to ensure guests have a fantastic stay. I highly recommend this stay!

Since I was a child I’ve wanted to see the inside of a real houseboat and this was the perfect opportunity. I booked for my family to stay here a few days before our cruise began and it definitely added to the wonderment of the vacation. Taylor even had a couple paddle boards brought to us. It may be a slightly older houseboat but I loved the charm of it. It’s really really fun. My family is still talking about “the boat before the cruise”, and I know they’ll remember it long after.

First time staying on a houseboat. Should have done it earlier. What a unique experience it is. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Well, almost, there is that early morning wakeup from the roosters. They are everywhere in Key West, not just the marina. Part of its charm. Great communication, easy parking. Just drive behind the large building where the boats are located. The houseboats along the row are bit of a hodge podge and close together. Might be off putting to some, we loved it. Felt like being in the real Keys as opposed to Duval Street. Read Brads description of the area, its spot on. Nice furnishings inside, any appliance you would need, condiments, sun screen, etc, etc. Brad has obviously put a lot of thought into what will make your stay enjoyable, stress free and fun. He nailed it. Averaged around $23 one way for Uber to Duval St. Hogfish close by is a fun bar with good food. Great stay with a host that cant do enough for you. Ten stars!

We had a great visit to Key West. The hosts provided accurate great detail for the houseboat, were very responsive to questions and provided a very clean space. The access to all of the resort amenities was a huge plus. The surroundings were breath taking. We took advantage of the hotel concierge, the free shuttle that runs on the hour to Old Key West, the pool areas and the restaurants. The houseboat was exactly as described. The kitchen area provided basic items. Not an area to cook in but a mini fridge, sink and microwave. The sleeping area was peaceful and comfortable, the bathroom was as described-no real hot water, and limited use of the facilities-the best option is using the resort shower and restroom area. The steps to enter were also as described-I needed my husband’s assistance getting in and out because I am so short and the steps were a far reach. This is a unique AirBnb experience. Glamping is a good description as the hosts have said.
