We felt very comfortable in Abdels apartment. The bed was super comfortable, you could also darken the rooms. Great big rain shower, very relaxing after a day in Miami. Supermarket close by, within walking distance. Great and well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge. There is also a washer and dryer, we did not use these, but they can be very practical. Especially great were also the trolleys (free in Miami) and bus stop right outside the front door, so we could easily explore all of Miami without a car. Location is quiet, the apartment is in a sweet, colorful Art Deco house, therefore a bit noisy, but we had very quiet neighbors, so this did not bother us at all. The apartment was wonderful. It is extremely clean, very spacious and new, easy to check in and check out. The location is fantastic. Great and fast communication and responsiveness by the hosts. This has been my best Airbnb experience and we will definitely be back.

Our family of 4 (teen and tween) loved this place! Our second time to Rincon, and we will definitely be back to stay here. Clean, nice, the right size for us, and had everything we needed. Easy walking to Black Eagle Beach/Marina, and Tres Palmas/Steps Beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, cooler, and washer/dryer were a huge plus for us. The pool/patio area is so quiet and peaceful -- loved going to the beach to surf and snorkel and then coming back for a pool swim. The pool is shady in the mid-late afternoon, which we also appreciated. Perhaps the biggest bonus was the solar power and Tesla batteries. PR electricity has been spotty since Hurricane Maria, and there was a whole-island, 2-day blackout while we were there (the second in 5 months). With the solar power at this place, we almost didn't notice. Allison was proactive in keeping us informed about the power situation. Thanks for everything, Allison!

This property is DR paradise!!! The staff Luz, Altagracia and Bernardo go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect (they are the nicest people). My top priorities are safety and cleanliness which were 100%. The beachfront makes this an excellent location. And also There's restaurants, activities, and shops just steps away.

One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed. The space is perfect and the distance from nice places is spot on. LOVED that is mega eco-friendly. Will stay next year for sure :)

Great apartment in peaceful neighborhood on top of Freedom Hill close to many restaurants and near the university. Jasmin was a wonderful host and even ran to the grocery store to get distilled water ahead of my arrival when I inquired about it for my C-PAP. I would highly recommend her place to others.

Love the beach views from the condo. Back yard is the ocean. The condo is clean and comfortable. If you cook, there’s a gorgeous kitchen, if you don’t, lots of restaurants near by. My family and I look forward to staying here again.

Chloe was amazing since the beginning of my reservation. Her place had everything that me and my family needed. I super recommend her airbnb and would love to back in another opportunity in Miami.

The best host I ever had!

Everything was perfect. Ariel was very attentive to us. The apartment was very nice, comfortable, and clean. I really liked the little touches upon arrival. We really loved it. Definitely Recommend!!!

This place looks exactly like the photos. You will have your own private courtyard plus access to a private pool & a private entrance. Pool area is beautiful, huge palm trees like a resort. Inside looks exactlyy like the photos. Hosts are super nice and friendly, they had free snacks and waters for us. My boyfriend and I loved this place and felt at home. We were sad to leave!

Shanah communicated with me often - before I arrived and during my stay. Her welcome was very warm and friendly. Shanah went above & beyond on my first night, driving me on a mini tour of the area, and to the supermarket. So appreciated! Her apartment is spacious, clean, and welll equipped. The only minor challenges were unstable internet requiring me to often switch off and restart, a toilet that wouldn't flush - on my final day, and mosquitoes/ sand flies - as there are no screens on the patio doors. All fixable. The gardens were lush, the view was interesting, and the location was walkable (25 mins to Rodney Bay Village and Reduit beach.) Well equipped for long stays as well.

Had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was not only clean and comfortable but also super aesthetic—perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was unbeatable, right in the middle of everything, with great food spots and nightlife just steps away. Justin was a very responsive and friendly host and also came to say hi towards the end of my stay. I really liked the flexible check-in with the number lock. It’s a great place to stay if you want to see Gros Islet (on a Friday or on any other day). The apartment is simple, but also accordingly priced, so absolutely value for money. AC and wifi work well, shower has good amount of water and the kitchen has all utensils you need for self catering.

I had the best time at Josh's place, neat little hideaway,lots of plants beautiful warm pool and walking distance to the beach very short walking distance to the beach 😀 didn't have to look for parking loved it.

Beautiful Gem in Puerto Rico ! Albin was kind & responsive from the moment of booking, & accommodated all of our needs helpfully & with friendliness. The home itself was in a convenient location, not far from all of the attractions of San Juan, & with some local late night eateries nearby. Everything was accessible via car or affordable ubers. Inside was clean, comfortable, & the hot tub was very pristine & peaceful. Lovely neighborhood & beautiful stay overall :)

Me and my partner really enjoyed staying at Gabriel’s place. It was clean easy to check in the car. Elevator was pretty cool and there’s tons to do in the area walking distance. We felt safe and it was a convenient place to stay right before you headed to the airport in the morning.
