Family-friendly vacation rentals in Carcar City

Our stay was great. The balcony view is amazing. We had breakfast on the balcony many mornings and enjoyed watching many sunsets with the night city lights. We really liked the modern shower set-up and the fast internet. For the few times we had questions, the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We look forward to staying here again.

It was away from the more busy streets, making it peaceful and quiet. Definitely worth the solace.

Exceeded our expectations! The beat host you can ever have. There were no issues throughout our stay. He was so gracious and considerate and welcoming to our very large group and aside from that he was able to accommodate us with our last minute guest and reservations. It was our third time to stay at Konrad’s place, we are fully satisfied with the apartment, everything was as described. Konrad was always reachable for us, I can recommend to book one of his apartments. Furthermore I would also recommend to book the island hopping or the whale swimming from him, nobody could beat the price and service quality which he offered. I can’t wait to spend my next vacation in one of his apartments next year and I would like to thank Konrad for this wonderful stay in Cebu.

Condo exactly as described. Very comfortable with a large swimming pool to avail of.

First of all, the location was so good that it was close and easy to find wherever I went. The accommodation was well organized, and there was nothing missing, so I had a comfortable stay. In particular, it was so nice that I was able to wash and organize wet clothes after playing in the water with a 15-minute cycle in the washing machine. If you want to use it next time, do you have a laundry line?I think it would be nice to bring a line that can be used as. There were all the washing machine and detergent hangers, but it was a bit of a pity that there was no place to hang laundry. I only used the microwave on the kitchen side, so there was no inconvenience. I had a very comfortable stay for 10 days ^ ^

Pros: Great location. Walkable to resturants like McDonald's, Jolibee & Chowking. The building also had a place for currency exchange. Great space for family. Cons: Could not use the stove top. Even with the manual, I could not get it to turn on. A/C needs to be cleaned. Overall, for the price and the location, I would definitly book this place again in the future.

Jerry was a great host - so communicative and fast to reply. The instructions for check in and check out made these processes a breeze. It’s super convenient having so many shops and the supermarket just downstairs. The place was clean and looked like the photos and was very conveniently located. I spent a great two weeks here.

Villa Presito will take your breath away when you first arrive and are greeted by the cute koi fish and the beautiful beach views! My group of 7 were very impressed and had plenty of room to spread out and relax. The infinity pool by the beach was amazing! The staff was very attentive and did a great job taking care of us. The resort next door has great food and drinks and they also did a great job arranging activities and transport. I highly recommend this villa to anyone exploring Moalboal/Rhonda/Panagsama.

The place was awesome. Checked in for 2 nights with no problem. It is situated inside a subdivision and its on a dead end. Had a bar with barbecue grill. Parking space for a car is available. Rooms can accomodate around 8 pax with a aircon in every room. Aircon in the sala is not working when we went there. Internet is good. Water was not a problem although host told me that they have some issues with tge supply. We enjoyed our stay in this humble home. Will definitely return. By the way planes can be heard most of the time here but we dont have any issues for it.

Great place. I was a bit concerned about the outside neighborhood but don't let it put you off. Completely safe and the community inside the condo complex is amazingly friendly. I liked the spot so much that I decided to get a long term rental there.

This stay was exactly what we were looking for during our trip to Moalboal. The unit was spotless, private, and located in a quiet, serene, and well-kept gated retreat. It’s just a short walk to the ocean, and you can even catch a glimpse of it from the private patio—a lovely reminder of how close you are to the beautiful water. The villa itself was very comfortable, featuring a big, cozy bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and thoughtful amenities like an in-room safe. The beach, though rocky (bring water shoes), is stunning and perfect for snorkeling and swimming. The host and staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making our stay even better. The location is ideal, with town only a 5-minute walk away, offering a great variety of restaurants, bars, spas, live music, and water activities. The retreat also felt very secure, thanks to its gated setup and good lighting. Overall, a fantastic spot for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Moalboal in comfort and safety!

Last year, after doing a lot of research, I rented this house with my teacher and daughter. It was so wonderful that we all wanted to stay again. So I'm very happy that we could stay again this year! It's in a safe environment, and there's a convenience store just a short walk away, so it's very convenient. Outside the area,there's a butcher and a place that sells vegetables right across the street, so you can easily cook at home. If you have any problems, just contact the guide and they'll help you right away. There's a water server, so it's more comfortable than a house in Japan. The toilets and kitchen are clean, and all the utensils are there, so you can relax and feel at home right away. I felt as if I was at a relative's house in the Philippines. I really hope we can stay here every year. Thank you so much!

I stayed for 4 weeks and couldn’t have been happier with Tony, the responsive host, the apartment, the location, the friendly staff, and just everything. Tony was very responsive from the start when I reserved his place. He has it set up to truly be lived in, including everything needed for the kitchen. The location is great, close to Ayala Mall, and also good restaurants in every other direction as well. I highly recommend Tony as a host.

Great stay! Stayed for a few weeks and loved everything about it. Clean, shower worked great, bed was comfortable, easy to walk around the complex and get some fresh air. There’s a workout room with weights, pool, and even a convenience store right in the complex to go buy drinks or snacks 24/7. Also the rooftop has an awesome view of the surrounding city. Overall, I really loved this air BNB and felt at home by the time we had to checkout. Would 10/10 recommend to any foreigner looking for a great place to stay while in Cebu.

This is my second time booking Christine’s place. My first stay was back in 2022, and I promised her that when I returned to Cebu, I’d book her place again and I’m so glad I did. The 2-bedroom unit is perfect for families or groups with plenty of space to accommodate everyone comfortably. Despite being based in the UAE, Christine is incredibly responsive and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Cebu as a group! 🩷

I've been fortunate to stay in 9 or 10 air bnbs on my visits to Cebu some less expensive,some more and some lots more and Waylons is without doubt the very best value for money . Its well furnished with a very useful kitchen,comfortable bed,reliable hot water and good aircon. If visiting Cebu you really should book this condo. All staff we dealt with from reception,maintenance or security were very helpful and accommodating. We had one very minor problem in the bathroom which Waylon dealt with in a matter of hours.Its service like this that sets them apart from the mainstream. They deserve all the complimentary reviews they have garnered. With the greatest of respect anyone who has any criticisms of this condo must be very difficult to please!

This apartment has excellent internet and a comfortable chair, which was important for me as a remote worker. The TV has Netflix too. Even though Dom & Nanette wrote on their page that the pool is paid, I hadn't noticed initially so unfortunately I didn't use it as much as I would have liked. I think the water pressure from the shower head needs to be improved. I would probably stay here again. Thank you!

Vanessa is an incredible host, she responds really quickly and gives clear instructions about check-in/check-out process. The apartment itself looked just like on the photos, which was honestly surprising :) Really well maintained and clean, during the stay Vanessa also offered complimentary cleaning which was really nice. All the amenities worked well, the availability of Smart TV made the stay even more comfortable 👍 Great area to stay in Cebu city it takes only 10 min to walk to the Cebu IT Park and condo itself is very peaceful and felt secluded & safe.

Had a great stay overall. Host is responsive and considerate of our requests.
