Monthly Rentals in Carbonera Muelle

What a wonderful house, right on the beach. The pool is so refreshing on a warm afternoon! The kitchen is lovely and open, the rooms spacious and comfy. Juan Fer, who helps out with everything is fantastic. The town of Ciénaga is gorgeous, and yes, indeed it is a poor town and people are not supported properly by the government - and therefor there is a lack of rubbish collection and a general education about looking after the place. But if you can look further you'll find magic!

We were lucky enough to stay at Damon and Joanna’s for 3 nights, it was such a peaceful, lovely experience. Damon is amazingly helpful, he found us an inexpensive driver to come from Tayrona, and had loads of great recommendations for local walks to fincas, cascades and yoga. Their place is a quick and easy walk into town-it’s awesome as you are out of the hustle of town but still right there if you want to engage. There are loads of great restaurants and bars, Minca is a must see destination in Colombia and Damon’s hospitality was unparalleled. And if you are into birds, we saw over 100 species (without a tour), most of them from the upper balcony of the house!

We loved it! Gorgeous apartment and location direct beach access. Surely my best experience with Airbnb. Nicolás our host was always friendly and responsive. We had a dream vacation. Highly recommended

It was our third stay at this apartment. It will not be our last. The view of the sea and shore is spectacular. The grounds are impeccably maintained by friendly staff. The pool area is essentially where we spent most of our time and couldn’t get enough. We never want to leave at the end of our trip. It is serene and tranquil. Highly recommended!
