A great apartment, good beach nearby, great pool, very peaceful and well equipped. Highly recommend the place and Tanya, who is a gear host.

Everything was perfect. We appreciated the self check-in. The condo was super clean and smelled fresh. No weird smells. There was everything we needed and even more. Cathy really thinks about her guests and what they may need during their stay. The condo is roomy and comfortable for two couples. It was way better than getting two hotel rooms. The screened in porch is also nice and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location and very functional condo. Has everything you need including bikes, even kids/baby items. Perfect for a family to make memories ans enjoy the beach. The smart tv was nice to stay in and watch a movie at night. Great views! We even saw the pelicans swoop by condo every night headed over the mangroves towards the bay. Beds were very comfortable. Enjoyed riding the bikes on the side streets checking out the local homes nearby on the canals. Grill was perfect and easy to use for dinner. We loved the beach and the wildlife, bird area. It’s truly the best condo to stay at on FMB. We will definitely be back every year. Already looking to rebook this condo for our next vacation. It truly has everything you need to cook and make memories with your family. Wonderful stocked condo.

This place is great!! Safe and comfortable with a fantastic location for fishing. It is right on the water and a minute walk from the dock to be picked up by your boat. Just amazing! For the price, you will not find a better spot in this area.

We loved our stay, perfect for enjoying the beach all day. Lisa and Barry are wonderful hosts and had great communication and attentiveness. We can’t wait to return, this is a true gem.

Beautiful Place, great views - was under minor construction (exterior painting and sealing), so some of the view was blocked with window covering. Overall place was very clean, easy to get in, and had everything we needed to enjoy. Flippers restaurant next to Hotel was awesome - however you must call ahead at least 1 hour to 1.5 hours to have a chance to get in at desired time. Parking was difficult but not impossible, once painting is complete should improve - get pass from front desk - they are very helpful even though using Airbnb. Very nice amenities were left to help you settle in quickly (soap, fresh linens, paper products, all well stocked). Community laundry machines on 2nd floor was convenient and clean.

We love Sanibel. Nancy’s place met our needs very well. It is an easy walk to the beach and very comfortable. We were very happy to be able to have our two little dogs with us for a very reasonable fee.

Suzanne’s place was perfect for my family’s needs. It was central to a lot of the national park exploring that we wanted to do. We stayed a few nights and felt right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we could have needed. Suzanne gave clear instructions and was very responsive! We would absolutely stay again if the opportunity arises :).

Loved staying at Cynthia's home. That is exactly what it felt like to me and my family, a home. We had everything we needed, we got to relax by the lake and slept comfortably. Great communication with us by Cynthia on instructions and what to expect. Would definitely look forward to staying here again if in Fort Myers area.

Caihlin was an amazing host! Her place is beautiful and in a great location! She saved us at the last minute when our other condo turned out to be not what we expected. We lived our stay! She is extremely responsive and friendly. Well stocked kitchen, paddles, racquets, beach chairs. Everything needed for a relaxing fun vacation! I would highly recommend this location!

Kev and Amy's place had everything we needed. Its location is excellent, and it was clean and well organized. Kev and Amy were very responsive to anything we needed. One thing to note is that there are vents that connect the living room to the bedrooms, and as a result there isn't full sound isolation between rooms. That said, the place was lovely, and we had a great time staying there.

Lovely, clean centrally located with lots of shopping and restaurant choices. Hosts were extremely fast and very helpful. I made a mistake with our reservation and it was handled fairly and very expeditiously. Felt safe on the second floor. Quiet as it backs up to trees. Pictures are accurate. We had a nice stay and when we are in the RSW area again, will definitely stay if available. Thank you very much.

Stephanie’s unit was a wonderful place for our family to stay over spring break. Clean, well stocked and exactly as described we had a great stay. While the pool and backyard are shared spaces, they still felt private and provided a great extra space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. The unit is convenient to everything and felt like good value. We would definitely return.

We really loved our stay here! The condo was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. It’s good sized and had everything we need for our stay, including a travel crib and feeding chair for our baby. Highly recommend staying here and it’s a really great choice if you are reveling with a baby.

We had a great time in Fort Myers. Easy location to Fort Myers Beach and Sanibel Island. Condo had everything we needed. Would recommend this location!
