Excellent cottage, well equipped and with a magnificent view, perfect for a direct departure on the trails, snowshoeing right now!

Staying with Melinda was like going on a retreat: So comfortable and relaxing! We came by train and it’s a very green easy walk from the station to her house, with groceries and a restaurant on the way. The house had everything you could possibly think of needing and is in an extremely quiet area. Though not very well-known, there are plenty hiking routes accessible directly from the house, and attractions in nearby towns from ancient caves to thermes and castles are easily reachable by train (tickets cost as little as 2Euros!) - Jackpot if you have a car ofc. The family lives in the next building bordering the pool - you won’t see much of them though. Mélinda herself is super caring and responsive, and has been a great help for us during our stay. Such a lovely person! The only sad thing was that 10 days still felt like too short of a stay and we didn’t want to leave back to our work life abroad! So def go and visit this place!
