Monthly Rentals in Capital Hill

A superb top-level apartment with a clear line-of-sight to the New Parliament House about 400m up the road. A central location meant we could take in the National Art Gallery or whip off to Manuka. It is a real gem. The host made it clear several times she was readily available if needed, but thanks to concise instructions we were fine.

The place was exactly as described. What I didn’t expect was the beautiful walk up to the lookout in just 15 minutes. The restaurants within a 10 minute drive was also a big win. A really lovely venue.

The location, facilities, cleanliness, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and laundry were all very good. I didn't do much cooking (visiting relatives every day) but I did appreciate the washer, dryer, and good supply of detergent.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Bootle Place. Wendy and Roy were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making my experience truly delightful. They were also very accommodating with the check-in time, which I greatly appreciated. The thoughtful provision of snacks, coffee, and a variety of food items added a warm, welcoming touch. The place itself was beautifully maintained, and the peaceful, serene surroundings made it even more enjoyable.
