Super responsive and easy to communicate with! The space is beautiful and in a great location. A beautiful spot to stay on your next trip to Franschhoek!

We started off a sour note at check-in, when we were not given the room we reserved. We intended to get unit #1 (this unit shown), but were instead given #2 (a one bedroom). It turned out the manager made a mistake when she took our booking. That was really a bummer because we booked this unit specifically for the incredible views from the patio. That said, she made things right cost-wise and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was perfect. Besides being a beautiful little building, the location is perfect and is within easy walking distance to all of Franschhoek's great restaurants and shops along the main strait. On a side note - unit #2 is a beautiful one bedroom apartment and wouldn't hesitate recommending it to anyone.

A lovely space in a perfect location. Riana welcomed us and was great throughout our stay. Really responsive and helpful. The apartment is well laid out and comfortable and the communal area with the pool is fantastic. So many lovely restaurants within a short walk of the apartment. We recommend a visit to Franschhoek and Le Petit Bijou apartments. Thanks for a great stay.

This apartment far exceeded our expectations. my Fiancee loved our getaway and the space was comfortable with a toddler. Dorothy went above & beyond to ensure we have everything we need. the views are spectacular and modern utilities make for a peaceful and convenient time away! I highly recommend unit 4 Van Gogh.

I LOVED LOVED This gorgeous apartment! Its very private but still has a great community feel. The neighbourhood is peaceful and in close proximity with all the beaches! Thank you Joy for being a great host. This was an amazing getaway! I loved your game room and all the games you have there! I also enjoyed playing soccer with my boyfriend. Oh and i got to see the electric train… overall great experience.

My boyfriend and I broke away from the city for a weekend and stayed in this phenomenal apartment. The location is beautiful, the apartment itself is beautiful, all the necessary necessities were available. I cannot flaw this place. Thank you for a lovely weekend.

It was definitely the right choice to experience staying at Sandmartins during my birthday weekend. The place is even more stunning than the pictures show👌 Sandie and Martin were extremely welcoming, responsive and truly dedicate themselves to ensuring your experience is as beautiful as the picturesque views. With aproximately equal distance between driving the Franschhoek valley or to Paarl. Theres a plethora of South Africa's most premium wine farms with reasonable tasting prices as well as top tier restaurants to pick from and for my Birthday, we went with one called Fyre which is just 1.1km from the property. recommended by Sandie and it did not dissapoint, offering live music, intimate ambience and a well curated menu thats accompanied by great service. It was our 1st visit to Sandies place and it most certainly wont be our last👌👌👌👌
