Best airbnb in the most beautiful place with sublime views and close to loads of restaurants and coffee shops. Apartment is phenomenal in every way. Beds comfy, fully equipped. If it wasn’t for my pets and Grade 2 listed house waiting for us back in the UK, we wouldn’t have wanted to leave. There is always next year though….thank you for a faultless stay!

Amelia was very fast in responding and also suggested some great restaurants. Besides that the room was very clean and even when there was a problem with the general water pipe, there was no problem with our water because they could switch to the borehole. Definitely recommend!

We had a very comfortable stay, the stylish apartment was very well equipped with useful stocked kitchenette, comfortable large bed, quality linen and decent large bathroom with rainfall shower. Just beware to read this room has no toilet door if you want privacy. It’s a luxury to have your own mini garden which has two good sun loungers. The pool area was perfect with sun 6 loungers for glorious sunny afternoons and a dip. Easy 4min Uber ride (R50) into lovely Franschhoek with lots of cafes / restaurants to choose. Amelia was a very accommodating and pleasant host who kept in touch via what’s app. We would certainly stay again.

We had a lovely stay here! The open plan bathroom took a little getting used to (as no door separating the toilet) but the flat was really spacious and close to town. Lots of afternoon sunshine on the lawn for a sundowner! Definitely recommend for a lovely Franschhoek stay :)

This was a truly fantastic home and stay - so beautifully designed and very functional as a home away from home - the house was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a memorable stay. We had the best time at Sweet Water! The grounds were stunning, our little house was well equipped with everything we needed and so much more. Katja and Uli went over and above for us and ensured that we could get the best out of our experience! This place is perfect if you’re looking to getaway from the city and just unwind. Katja’s place is so beautiful and was definitely my favourite place to stay at. She makes you feel welcome and is always willing to help you wherever she can, (with recommendations and bettering our experience. )The place was also so nice and warm during the cold winter time. And the drive there was worth it for the amazing service and beautiful natural views. We would definitely visit again. Thank you for everything!
