Monthly Rentals in Cape Porpoise Harbor

Melissa is an excellent host and her home reflects her attention to detail and anticipation of everything a guest of any age might need or enjoy, from a kid friendly yard to a well equipped kitchen. While the home is not on the water, the ocean air is clean and cool, and the beaches are close by by car. I heartedly recommend her home rental and hope to return.

We stayed at Franks for 3 nights and it was so relaxing! We drove over to Kennebunk and Portland one day and appreciated the tips for places to visit that Frank had in the guest information book. We also spent one day relaxing at the accommodation, and we “helped” Frank with some sawing, petted Capone the dog and wandered through the woods nearby. Left feeling very relaxed! Also beds are super comfortable🤩

Loved our stay at the studio! Was so cozy and just what we needed for a little getaway. The place was very clean and look exactly like the photos. It was an extremely short walk to the beach and around a 10 minute walk to everything we needed ( supermarkets etc). Everything that we may have needed was provided in the studio which was very helpful and Amie was so helpful and kind during our stay. Will definitely be back! :)

This was the perfect spot for us to come visit for Christmas prelude in Kennebunkport. Very clean and has everything you need. We loved the heated bathroom!
