Vacation rentals with a sauna in Cape Fear River

We were very pleased with the unit. Absolutely everything was provided. We particularly loved the layout because as couples we all had complete privacy because the bedrooms and bathroom were located on separate sides of the Unit and boys bedrooms had access to the balcony. The view was spectacular. The only hiccup was that we were not able to watch television in the Master Suit with the king bed. We just couldn’t figure out how to work it. But other than that everything was exceptional. We are looking forward to rebooking in the upcoming year. Thank you!

Lovely place! Very convenient check in and out Very spacious. Great set up on all TVs. HUGE balcony. Beautiful ocean views. Well worth the money!

We really enjoyed our stay. We stayed right at the start of off season to have a quiet getaway on the beach and it was perfect. Not busy but close to the fort and aquarium and Carolina Beach restaurants.

Awesome! Wonderful! Exceeded Expectations! Marcia and Chris’s place was top notch. All the small details (beach necessities, beautiful flowers, extra towels) made our stay all the better. Hosts are responsive, super welcoming and friendly. Exceptionally clean (even in the hard to reach places). Easily walkable to the beach and pier. We had a wonderful time, and hope to return soon. I think the best AirBnB experience we have had. Would give 6 stars if I could!

Our flight time was changed and I reached out and Becky was quick to respond and was able to accommodate the changes. It was greatly appreciated. The condo was as described and matched the pictures. The Ironwood pool was a quick 3 minute walk from the condo and alway quiet. The main pool was a 5 minute drive and extremely large, but also very busy.

Jennifer was a great host. there was sin resort wide extermination going on that she let us know about as to not let it catch us of guard. Additionally they was a weather event happening while we were there. Jennifer was kind enough to reach out and ensure we were all good. The unit was clean, quiet and everything one wide need for a nice beach experience worth your own space to stretch out and call home.

I can’t recommend this property enough. A great couples get-a-way! Great Beach access (across the street/lesser crowds), Quiet neighborhood, MANY restaurants and activities a short distance away! You can’t really ask for more… We are already looking forward to returning in the future :)

This condo was very nice. The view was stunning everyday being able to see the beach. This place had everything you could need stocked by the owners. Plenty of linens! Location is perfectly placed off the busy parts of Myrtle, but within a short distance from everything. Owner was very proactive with communication and very responsive. I would stay here again!

Julie’s place was very spacious and open. I love how the bedrooms were separated and felt like you had your own privacy. Love how the security takes proud in their jobs and protecting the guest in the building. We felt very safe. The views of the ocean were awesome from the balconies.

We loved our stay! The condo was great! Everything was as pictured in listing. Very neat and clean, very nice beds with clean linens, just very cozy. We really liked it. The view was amazing! It was very convenient, there's a restaurant, coffee shop & ice cream shop just walking distance. We will definitely be back again to stay in the future!

We were very pleased with the location, the clean comfortable furnishings and the view of the ocean made it just perfect. We slept well as the beds were very comfortable. Steve was more than accommodating and responded immediately to our messages. We highly recommend and will gladly return. Awesome view made you feel like you were on a luxury cruise at sea.

We enjoyed our stay, would book again! Everything was as it was described. Just be aware there is NO elevator and the unit is on the 3rd floor. Everything was very cozy and clean!!

We love this place! We've stayed twice, so far! It's just a nice, comfy condo that's in the corner of the complex, that makes it feel like we are in our own corner of the beach. It's comfortable, simply styled, fully furnished. It's just the right place to relax with family or friends. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is so helpful. Located right by the beach walking entryway. Terrific view of the ocean, both in the main level area and in the larger bedroom. It's a great place to stay if you want to be on the beach. Hope to return again.

Great place to stay over Labor Day weekend. We wanted a quiet getaway and we got what we wanted. Checkout was a little vague and we did not hear from the host past checkin, which for us was ok, but a little direction morning of checkout would have been appreciated. Overall we would recommend this listing for anyone looking for a quiet getaway. It might be a little tight for families of more than 4. One thing I will note: we got in 2 hours past when expected because of travel delays, we ran up when we got parked to open up and grab the parking pass and ran immediately back down, and the security was already taking down my tag information to be towed. They are not playing about those parking passes, and I would suggest having someone from your party stay with the vehicle until the pass is brought back down. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice and quiet during off season in Nov. spacious with the beautiful sound of the ocean from every window.

Place was as good as advertised. There is lots to do nearby and it’s walkable to restaurants and shops. There were clear instructions on access, use of the pool passes, parking passes etc. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Easy to accommodate a group of 6.

Monicas place was very nice. She left snacks an water in the fridge. Which was very nice since im pregnant an drink alot of water. Very nice neighborhood. Her home is very nice with the items you need to get by.

This home exceeded expectations. We were blown away when we got to the top floor living room. I imagined the space being smaller from the photos, but it was very roomy and has a spectacular view for being a few streets off the ocean. Everything was in great condition, and starter supplies were provided which is a lovely touch. Instructions were clear and everything was very easy. Highly recommend this booking!

In short- Beautiful, comfortable, had everything we needed and more. We stayed for a little more than a week and were very pleased with the experience. The beds were comfortable; the living room furniture was comfortable; the kitchen was incredibly well stocked with pots, knives, dinnerware. The added bonus of the fenced garden area and the lovely walkable neighborhood were icing on the cake. We felt safe and enjoyed the central location.

What a beautiful home! Plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. Clean and modern decor. The outdoor space is fantastic. We enjoyed using the fire pit everyday. The hot tub was just what is needed after a full day of exploring.

Perfect! Beautiful views from every room. Everything we needed and more. Really appreciated the coffee and every basic need from toiletries to cleaning supplies. Could not ask for a better place. The coffee/ice-cream shop was a plus. Didn’t get a chance to try the restaurant but will next time. Definitely will stay again!
