Loft vacation rentals in Capannori

We loved Patrizio’s cottage. It is very cosy and has been renovated very well. It was the perfect place for us (2 people, 2 dogs). The kitchen was our favourite spot and the interior in the bedroom is very cool. The garden is great and the hot tub is a nice addition. The surrounding area is very nice and peaceful. The vineyards are beautiful. One evening we took a stroll up the hill to the nearby vineyard which was nice. Patrizio is super friendly and very responsive and we kept in touch throughout our stay, with him providing great recommendations. He also came to say hello and show us around the cottage during check-in. It’s a good base for day trips - we did Pisa, Lucca and San Gimignano - all of which were under an hours drive. He also recommended visiting his golf club for a small fee - they had a nice pool with beautiful views that we used one morning. We would highly recommend Patrizio and his place!

The apartment was fabulous! It is literally a few minutes walk to the leaning tower. There are plenty of local shops to buy food from and plenty of restaurants and cafes too. We had some amazing local recommendations, the patisserie is amazing and the Gelateria recommended was also incredible. From the airport you can get the Pisa mover to the main station (5mins) and the station is a 20 min walk from the apartment, being close to the station is also great for an hour train ride into Florence. The hosts were always on hand if you need anything and even came by to clean half way through our stay. The local map and recommendations were so helpful!

This is an absolutely magical apartment--everything about it, down to the key! It was exactly what I had hoped it would be from the photos and very much more. It is extremely safe, being inside a veritable fortress of a building with enormous, imposing doors fit for a castle. The loft is so charming and decorated so tastefully--we were both in awe of it when we entered. We were prepared for the toilet-situation from reading the other reviews (there is no room for you to sit straight ahead, so you have to sit to the side). That didn't bother us. There is a washer, but we couldn't find detergent, so you should bring your own. Everything else was provided. I would offer only one note of caution for those looking to stay there. This was no issue for us, but the stairs leading up to the loft would be very difficult to use for anyone with mobility issues. We found them kind of hard to get used to (don't wear socks!). It was fine in the end, though, and every bit worth it!

This is a great place to stay! Nice room for a couple. Beautiful view of the ocean from the windows! Building felt secure and safe. We also had a place to park a rental car. Stefano was informative when asked questions.

Genka's place is really a magical place where we felt very comfortable right away. This tranquility and beauty of nature is truly breathtaking. The loft offers plenty of space to relax and there is really everything necessary. A highlight is certainly the pool and the free-roaming animals on the premises. The quaint Bottega right outside the door is definitely worth a visit - we will definitely be back!

I stayed at Moon Loft for a month in November and the apartment was just like home. The bathroom was the cleanest I’ve seen since traveling and the bed was really comfortable. The heating was magnificent as it was cold at this time of year and the floors were always warm, the bathroom was perfect temperature and the house was the right temperature all the time. It was so comfortable here I would stay again any time. Carlo was lovely and checked on me regularly to see if I needed anything. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook at home being there so long, and more than enough linen and towels for changing and washing with the machine at the unit as often as I needed. It had everything like home and it was very comfortable. Highly recommended.

A beautiful and fully furnished accommodation located in a central location with a private patio, beautiful garden and attractive swimming pool, less than a 10-minute walk from the Serravalle Pistoiese train station where you can take the train to Firenze and Lucca. A walk from the house to Vinacciano and a visit to surrounding villages are definitely worthwhile. Communication with Isabella and Giovanni is smooth and fast and they are very helpful.

Our stay here far exceeded our expectations! We stayed in an actual castle overlooking the town of Certaldo in Tuscany! The views from Certaldo Alto were spectacular and just walking around the small city was breathtaking. Even though the structure we stayed in was ancient, the space was not. It had been updated with all modern amenities and was cozy and comfortable. There were great places to eat right outside the castle doors and we could easily access the town and train station with a short walk or ride on the funicolare. Gabbriella was always quick to respond and met as at the train station when we arrived and at the castle doors when we departed. She gave us lots of good recommendation of places to go and things to do and helped coordinate our e-bike rentals with a local company that turned out fantastic. We would highly recommend this stay as a unique and once in lifetime experience!

We based ourselves in Lucca for 5 days to explore Tuscany. It was great as we had a rental car. Secure and easy parking. Apartment was close to the train station in foot, as well as east to get into the old city.

What an absolute gem of a find, great location near the train station, local cafes and restaurants are at walking distance. Place had a blend of traditional and Modern touches, with every you need. Madaline was a super host and brought me coffee when she came to top up the coffee pods. Such a nice touch. Highly recommended and defo will stay again.

A really extraordinary, great place to stay. The loft is very spacious (large rooms and high ceilings). Sara has a very good taste for the decor of the apartment. The location is centrally located in the village - many restaurants and bars are within walking distance. From San Miniato, many destinations in Tuscany are within easy reach (Siena, Florence, Lucca,...) We 100% recommend the place:)

Valerio has a wonderful home in the heart of old Lucca, it is furnished with love and respect to the traditions of the city. It is a meticulous example of the old city residence. Valerio was most generous with thoughtful supplies of coffee, bread, milk and a host of other supplies that made all the difference. We were most impressed with the generosity of the breakfast part of bnb. In fact we do not recall an Airbnb at which we were given a more generous supply of food/condiments. The apartment is essentially one good sized room in which there is a beautiful Queen sized bed and also a very comfortable double sized pull out sofa bed that our 19 year old daughter used. We were very close in the same room but this was no problem for us. The kitchen was equipped very well indeed and we enjoyed very much buying food and cooking ourselves after a long day walking. We couldn't have asked for more in the kitchen. The bathroom is separate with a large ante room and is beautifully appointed. There is hot water but it does take a long time to get there, but we were there in summer and it was very hot in Lucca so it did not worry us unduly. The water pressure is modest. There is a significant climb to the apartment, but you can't have the charm of old Lucca in a classic heritage protected building and all the modern conveniences. The only difficulty was with the WiFi service, it was very poor in the apartment, but if you sit on the staircase you can access all you need! We would recommend staying here, it was fabulous for us in the New World to experience a beautiful and ancient apartment in the Old World. Highly recomended

Umamma is a fantastic venue. You have the comfort of a very modern apt located in an ancient medieval Italian town square. The place itself is a work of art with fantastic views. The town of San Miniato is a perfect spot if you are looking for an authentic friendly Italian hilltop village steeped in history and that is off the tourist beaten path. Truffles with every meal. Gio is the best host. Very attentive and generous, helped book destinations, met us for drinks and offered his best dinner places. We look forward to staying here again and following Giovanni’s future developments.

What can I say but wow. We walked in, saw the view and it took my breath away. The pictures make it look like something that can’t exist in reality, but the place is even better than the pictures. It was so peaceful, had everything you could need or want. Gio’s attention to detail is unparalleled. We didn’t want to leave.

My staying by Valentina was great. Her apartment is very close to city center and to the main train station. It is pretty big and has everything needed inside. Pictures don't show the real size or the real look of the apartment. Valentina is a great host. All was easy and fast. It was definitely not the last time I stayed in Valentina's apartment.
