Great choice from us to choose Ilaria's offer. Suffice it to say that the house is located in an incredible historic center, and close to as many places of cultural and artistic interest. The interior of the house is just as it appears in the listing and only due to the presence of many accessories in the kitchen and living room, it gave the impression that Ilaria had given us the keys to her house. If we return to the area or someone will ask us for accommodation suggestions, we will definitely consider it.

Lovely place and host !

We spent a wonderful week in Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. You enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains from the garden and can also take a beautiful hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her house. We could always ask them if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. For this, we enjoyed the fireplace. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love tranquility and seclusion, the house is ideal

Perfect house for a few days in the area, well connected to the main streets to get around everywhere

We stayed at the end of October for Lucca Comics and had a very good time. We were in 6 people and the house was tailor-made for everyone with ample space and well arranged. The service inside the property makes you feel at home with everything you need. Very kind, friendly and helpful Cristian who gave us clear information about the house and gave us full support for every day. I recommend it to anyone who wants to feel at home in a cozy, quiet environment with a great view from the kitchen terrace.

This was among the top places we've stayed. The apartment had a great layout and was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Checking in and out was easy, the host was super friendly, the kitchen was well equipped, and there were even treats waiting for us when we arrived! The location just outside the city walls was great - quiet but easy to walk to everything. We also took advantage of the public spring water tap at the end of the block... the regular tap water is fine, but that water was delicious.

There were 4 of us who stayed for a few nights. The apartment and photos are as described and we had a lovely stay in Viareggio. We drove down from a stay up in Lake Como but ended up being late for our agreed check in time with Alfredo. However this wasn’t a problem. He created a short video with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and we met him later on. He’s a lovely host, gives good advice and is always on standby for any advice or to resolve any minor issues. The place is around a 10-15 minute bike ride from the beach (bikes in basement) and there’s a bakery nearby. It’s a short drive to the promenade, and around half an hour to Pisa and 1.5 hours to Florence. We enjoyed our trip and we were fortunate to find Alfredo’s place was available. Don’t think twice on booking it.

Daniela is just thoughtful and perfect as a host. She was very friendly and always available to us even going beyond her prerogatives by offering us ancillary services for our daughter who sprained herself during our vacation. It feels like she loves what she does and she does it perfectly. The accommodation is perfect and what to say about the location: only 10 minutes walk from the train station or airport. The city center is a little far on foot but it's great when you're on vacation (about 30 minutes). Despite the location close to the airport, the accommodation is quiet overnight. Just back from a fantastic stay in Viareggio at Silvia’s place. Excellent location. 5 minute walk to passigata and heart of centre. Silvia was very helpful with restaurant recommendations and a late check out. Lovely back balcony too. Our 9 and 12 year old loved the bikes we hired from pineta and we cycled all over exploring on the cycle lanes. Great base for train to Cinque Terre for day and Florence and Lucca. Would stay again if we returned!

A really enjoyable stay in Alessandro’s apartment! Despite me booking last minute and arriving late on Friday night everything was arranged perfectly, and one of his friends was waiting for me outside, helped me settle in and recommended a few places to eat and go that night - personal touch really appreciated in an age where lock boxes and code locks are becoming the norm. Despite being very central the apartment is on a quiet street with some excellent restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk, and there were two very good bakeries just outside. It’s also 10 mins walk to both the beach and the train station. Everything you need is provided in the apartment, and the terrace is ideal for coffee in the morning.

Gemma is a very kind and extremely attentive host. We were greeted with wonderful gifts that cheered us for our stay. Apartment clean and suitable for families with small children. Convenient parking and just a few meters from the entrance. Experience to repeat!!!!

The accommodation is very nice, very special with a very nice small terrace. Located near the station and also close to the sea. Viareggio is a beautiful town full of life. We were very lucky to find this apartment at an honest price. The owners were very kind and patient, we really appreciate them. Nuccia is literally the best host so far for me!! She has quite literally responded to any of my needs and the place looks gorgeous and so clean. I definitely recommend this place since it’s in town center and walkable to any location. I will definitely come here again and recommend anyone to do the same if you are staying in Livorno or want to go to Pisa which is 15-20 minutes away. You are the best nuccia!! Thank you

We only spent two days at Fabrizio's, but we are very glad that we chose his apartment, spacious, bright, with wooden floors and not tiles, which is rare in Italy. The beds are comfortable! Bicycles simply saved us! We moved everywhere only on them and very quickly. Fabrizio is very flexible and responsive. Thanks for a wonderful weekend.
