Family-friendly vacation rentals in Capannori

My friends and I celebrated New Year's Eve in this farmhouse surrounded by Tuscan nature. The house and garden are beautiful! The hosts were impeccable and responsive to our every request. I would recommend it for a quiet stay with friends. We found some bugs but the hosts were very kind and made us have an insecticide spray.

Angiolo was very welcoming. he and his son waited patiently for us lthough we were late. He gave us a basket of welcoming gifts and a parting gidt as well. He is a man of few words but he gave us a reassuring vibe and a fatherly warmth. A great place with the authentic Italian air.

The property and surrounding area is beautiful, We loved the estate and especially the pool area. Had a great experience there and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. Exploring the area was fun, especially Pisa and Lucca. Our only issue was finding good food, I guess we had high expectations after visiting Florence. Overall it was a nice stay and the staff was very nice and accommodating.

The house is so nice, clean and cozy. Daniele gives us many helpful tips and place to go, very nice and proactive host.We enjoy our stay very much thanks to Daniele. The place is peaceful and easy to go anywhere, Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Cinque terra. Such a lovely house , highly recommend for family trip👍🏼

Like last year, I stayed here with my friends for the lucca comics, a super choice due to the peacefulness of the area and the spaciousness of the house

I booked this house with 2 friends for Halloween and comics. Although maybe the chalet is more suitable for romantic couples, we had a great time, a beautiful and tidy house, a spectacular place that is kind and nice. Highly recommended, then there's the barbecue, which is no small thing:)

Our stay at Giacomo's was very nice. We were a group of 6 and had good space in and around the house. The kitchen had everything relevant, the beds are comfortable and the garden is mega large and beautiful. Giacomo and his parents are very nice people, we even received a cake which was very very tasty. Giacomo also gave us tips for the area and accommodated our needs. We thank Giacomo and his parents for the lovely stay!

Dear Roberta and Lucca, we were able to enjoy our vacation. The flat is very quiet. The access right in front of the house entrance is optimal. Our Goldi Cesar was also able to enjoy the beautiful garden with seating. The apartment is tip top clean and well equipped so we felt completely comfortable. Even in winter, the beautiful apartment Tip Top can be used. Trips to Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, Florence, Vinci, Empoli and to the sea are not an issue. We will be very happy to come back and recommend the beautiful house. Unfortunately, the wifi stopped working after a day. We thank Roberta and Lucca for the wonderful time :-). Leonard and his wife were very kind and welcoming, beginning to end. They were very responsive to our contacts with them and proactive in ensuring we were comfortable and had all we needed. They kindly invited us to join them and the wider family at a homemade pizza party in the garden one evening and later even brought us unexpected sweet treats. The property and it's garden estate were beautiful. We had gorgeous views from 3 sides of our apartment , mountains one way, across the valley another, and over the large garden on the 3rd side. All of the outlooks beautiful. It would be perfectly possible to use taxis and trains to get around the general area though having our own car there was very convenient for shopping and travelling as some attractions and facilities are several miles away. I feel our trip would have been less rich without a car. I'd describe the apartment as comfortable if rustic, but we had all we needed whether cooker, fridge, micro, washing machine etc.

Magical stay at Paola's. Difficult to describe in a few words all the kindness she showed with us, we immediately felt at home. Paola picked us up by car from the station and greeted us with a nice bottle of wine and pizza - delicious -, difficult to have a better arrival especially after a long trip. She was very proactive throughout our stay and even took us half a day into the Chianti so we could visit a vineyard because we didn't have a car - we still can't go back from her generosity! She takes care of all her guests and her property is beautiful, we enjoyed the pool and the apartment is wonderfully well decorated and equipped. We would highly recommend staying with Paola, the best airbnb host we've had. Thanks again for everything Paola, you were wonderful, and we are already dreaming of coming back! Arrivederci!:)

We really like the place! It is very convenient if you travel by car and you have dog. Apartment was super clean and had everything necessary. Bonus points - extremely comfortable mattress and pillows, you don’t get these often in airbnb. Internet quality was okayish from the laptop, but somehow very bad from our phones. Hosts are very nice! Plus Lucca is very interesting city to explore, true Tuscanian vibe, not so many tourists

Loredana was an incredible host. There were 16 of us celebrating my birthday. She was super accommodating and kind. The villa is an oasis! It looks so much better in real life than in the photographs. We will be coming back! Thank you Loredana and Alessandro ☺️

We had a great time. Mrs. Mara and Mr. Pier Luigi were very kind to us, courteous always very discreet. They welcomed us and our furry friend really kindly. The house is Wonderful with a beautiful garden and lots of greenery. It seems like a place enchanted by the tranquility that you live. In 5 minutes by car you can reach the seafront of Forte dei Marmi. We had a really good time. Thank you again❤️

We had a lovely time with Cristiana and Sergio. The apartment "La Margherita" was very clean and spacious. The children enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of room for everyone. We received helpful tips and Cristiana was always open to questions and responded very quickly. For chess lovers, there is a beautiful board in a great location. Highly recommended!

Andrea's accommodation was everything that we anticipated, from arrival to departure. We were welcomed by two amazing ladies who explained all that we needed to know about the house. We were a family of five, and the open plan layout with the kitchen area (fully equipped), dining area and lounge suited our Christmas celebrations. Andrea provided a Christmas tree which added to the festive atmosphere. The large fireplace in the lounge was great. It really did feel like home from home. Simona provided a pasta making session for my family that made for a delicious dinner. Planning to return soon.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the Airbnb. Check in and check out were very straightforward and Eugenia was very helpful!

The perfect place to stay in Tuscany, beautiful home and gardens. We loved the views and the amazing swimming pool. The house had loads of character and was very homely and comfortable. Loved the location, not too far from Lucca and only 30 mins from Pisa airport. Andrea was a very friendly and helpful host too. Wonderful stay - thank you!

Fantastic accommodation with lovely views of the countryside. Especially loved the fire place and large spacious kitchen. Charley and Ann were very gracious hosts and I would have no problem recommending this accommodation to anyone who wants to visit Tuscany. The accommodation was within 30 mins of most tourist towns and trains which made it excellent for day trips.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carolyn's apartment. It was spacious and clean and the scenery and local area is amazing. However, the wifi didn't work for the final 3 nights of our 4 night stay which was disappointing as phone signal is hard to get at the apartment, making planning for day trips and excursions very difficult.
