Happy Talk is an absolutely cozy, comfortable and cute. Felt at home from the moment we walked in. It was super clean throughout. We will absolutely stay here again when we come back to explore the area more rather than just pass through.

The house was wonderfully equipped - the kitchen had anything one could need and there was ample bedding & towels (more than one could need, even with a large group). The host was great at communication and was quick to respond after it was discovered that our party had left a item behind. The view was fantastic and the house accommodated our large group beyond what we could have hoped for. Thank you for providing everything needed for a great multi-family get-together!

I was here for work in the area and it was exactly what I needed. I was near all the amenities I needed but able to get peace and rest too. Perfect balance for everything. Definitely worth a repeat visit.

An excellent house with everything that you are looking for! It was only the two of us, so the cost wasn't top rate, but with three bedrooms, I assume it is a great deal. Based on the looks of other properties in this town, it had to be one of the nicer homes and the seclusion made it even better. Very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked! Coffee maker was difficult to figure out even with the manual we searched for online. One day, we hit the right button, the next day didn't happen! However, everthing else exceeded expectations. Spices, oils, bags, coffee grinder, condiments in the fridge, leftover beer and soda....everything! Linens, washer and dryer with pods, TV was solid even though I brought my own firestick. Back patio has a cover area with a bar in the weather was warmer and you wanted to have others over. We even had four deer walk through as our welcoming party. Beds were great. Books and games, too. What a place and made it easy to respect the property.
