Chalet vacation rentals in Cantabria

The house is in perfect condition. Great for two families who want to share a house, as it has two separate homes complete with a kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms, within the same house. So inside that you are sharing a vacation and home, you can have your moments of privacy. Spacious house, large garden and barbecue. As it appears in the photos. You won't find any unpleasant surprises. It has all the utensils you could possibly need in your stay. You can store two cars inside the plot of the house. The host is wonderful, she is always attentive to everything and willing to answer any questions you may have. The only thing we had was that the house needed some thorough cleaning. The overall cleanliness was fine. Kitchen and pristine bathrooms, but in the corners and corners there were some cobwebs and dust accumulated in the hidden areas. Something that would surely be punctual and will be fixed. Recommended!

This week we were 8 people, very comfortable. Maria Antonia, the owner, is very friendly and has always been attentive to what we needed. The house is just as shown in the photos: new, spacious, surrounded by nature, very clean and with many kitchen utensils, it is as if you were at home. It is also very conveniently located, close to the highway, to visit Cantabria and close to the beaches of Somo. All in all, a highly recommended house.

It was great! Mari Je is charming and her house is wonderful, great to spend a few quiet days with the family in Somo. We had all the amenities and also when we brought our baby she provided us with all the necessary things and many toys, a great touch. Definitely a very good option if you go to Somo

The word to describe our stay is simply “Amazing”. Everything we can say about the house falls short, a privileged location in a unique setting, a quiet, beautiful luxury house, designed on a human scale, open to the sea and enjoyment. There were 17 of us, and we were comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. It has all the necessary amenities, comfortable beds, enough bathrooms, a kitchen with everything you need, a large dining table to enjoy each other's company, and even a movie screen in case it rains. We couldn't have dreamed more.

We had a wonderful time at Jose his house. It is a really cozy place with a nice garden at an even better location. Jose and Tito were very kind and ready to help us when we had a question or request

Beautiful house at the surroundings of Santander, with plenty of space, huge garden and a lot of details that made our holidays just perfect. Our children were desperate to comeback to it from our daily day trips just to hang out at the pool and enjoy the playroom with many different activities (billiard, foosball, etc.) We'll seriously consider this place if we comeback to beautiful Cantabria un the future.

Very recommended accommodation, everything was very clean, it is a very spacious house for a large group of people, very clean bathrooms and very comfortable mattresses. The kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. The location very close to Comillas. It was a very pleasant stay
