We had a great time in this charming house. The fireplace brings a real cocooning atmosphere, you immediately feel good there. The view is beautiful and really contributes to the soothing side of the place. Everything is well thought out for comfort, it is a place where you can settle down and fully enjoy. I recommend it without hesitating!

We couldn't have been more comfortable… the phrase that best defines our stay is “JUST LIKE HOME” A large house with more than you need to spend a few days disconnecting and relaxing. Fatima is lovely!!! I hope it works out for us to be able to return because we certainly want to go back!!!

To get to the house from southern Spain you have to cross a rather dangerous national road. Somo is a very quiet place to disconnect, so much so that inside the house there is hardly any cell phone coverage and you have to use wifi. Jaime, the host, was very attentive and gave us many recommendations on things to do. The house has quite a few bathrooms, we were a group of 12 and at most they had to share the bathroom 4 on each floor. It is not accessible if you have mobility issues (there are two floors and a step at the entrance). Check-in was through a box with the keys inside. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We spent five wonderful days in La Marina, located in the charming village of Barro. From the very first moment, the experience was excellent!!! The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed, which made us feel at home. The house is very comfortable and perfectly equipped, as described in the listing. No detail was missing, which allowed us to enjoy a relaxed and carefree stay. Everything was spotless and cared for with great attention. I would definitely recommend La Marina 100%. It's the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy a few quiet days with all the necessary amenities. I'm sure we'll be back!

The house is very nice for adults and children alike, the area is quiet and has incredible views. We had a problem with an appliance and the owner tried to fix it as soon as possible. In addition, we were able to enter the accommodation before the indicated time and leave later as well, since there were no tenants the days before and after. It was a detail that we greatly appreciated.

We spent a week in the house and we were very comfortable and quiet. Note that it is close to many places of interest to visit. The house is very nice, with garden. The beds are very comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen. Has a crib and high chair. Overall, we were very comfortable!

We were the Noviembre bridge in Luis's house and everything was perfect . The house is bigger than in the photos and everything was impeccable, with everything you need to spend a few days at home. The garden was also a joy and our dogs enjoyed their beauty. The house is very well located , in a quiet place but 5 minutes from bars and supermarkets. Both Luis and his wife were very friendly and gave us good advice about the area, in addition to being very flexible with the entrance and exit. All in all, everything was 10! If we go back to Suances, we'll be back for sure!

We had a great family stay at the house, it was wonderful. Jesus is a friendly and attentive host who gave us good recommendations and was very nice. The house is incredibly well-equipped, better than you can expect, it has everything. It is also very well maintained and in perfect condition. The children and our dog especially enjoyed the large garden to the fullest, with the security of being well enclosed and private, plus a barbecue area and a great round outdoor table. The area is very rural but is very well connected to everything to get around from there. In short, we would definitely stay here again, without a doubt. A wonderful stay in a wonderful place. Thank you for everything Jesus!

Magnificent I treat from Olga who has cared about absolutely everything so we are very comfortable . The house is great for a couple alone or with a young child . Fantastic context in the middle of the countryside ideal to disconnect but at the same time very well located near Santander and villages such as Laredo , Santillana Del Mar etc. We would definitely repeat!

A very spacious, very comfortable house in a quiet, relaxed, rural setting , on the edge of Santander, with the beach nearby . We were a party of four and we appreciated the two sitting rooms and three bathrooms. There is a lovely garden and patio area. There was a cheap , efficient bus service into the city ( 30 minutes) from the end of the road . It is an easy 15 minute walk to the well stocked supermarket. There were local restaurants nearby. Ana was an excellent host. She is very friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond in helping us and giving us lots of great information and advice. We very much enjoyed our stay at Ana’s place and appreciated her hospitality.

This week we were 8 people, very comfortable. Maria Antonia, the owner, is very friendly and has always been attentive to what we needed. The house is just as shown in the photos: new, spacious, surrounded by nature, very clean and with many kitchen utensils, it is as if you were at home. It is also very conveniently located, close to the highway, to visit Cantabria and close to the beaches of Somo. All in all, a highly recommended house.

It was great! Mari Je is charming and her house is wonderful, great to spend a few quiet days with the family in Somo. We had all the amenities and also when we brought our baby she provided us with all the necessary things and many toys, a great touch. Definitely a very good option if you go to Somo

The house is very good, it is large, clean and beautiful, the pool is bigger than it looks in photos and has a pretty large garden, Marta is very nice we had to go out a little late and I understood it without problems. Fear of putting any sticks the house is a little hidden and to get there you may be lost on another path, but it is nothing that the habit of being for a few days can't fix.

The word to describe our stay is simply “Amazing”. Everything we can say about the house falls short, a privileged location in a unique setting, a quiet, beautiful luxury house, designed on a human scale, open to the sea and enjoyment. There were 17 of us, and we were comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. It has all the necessary amenities, comfortable beds, enough bathrooms, a kitchen with everything you need, a large dining table to enjoy each other's company, and even a movie screen in case it rains. We couldn't have dreamed more.

The house is spacious, well enough for two families. The view in the lounge is beautiful and makes you want to go for a walk. The kids really enjoyed the pool, it's big enough for adults to swim there too. The pool table was also much appreciated by parents and adults. It is well located with many walks nearby. Buelna beach, a 15-minute walk away, is lovely. There are several restaurants (tapas or dishes) within walking distance in Buelna and Pendueles.

A salt-water pool stretches invitingly in a spacious garden area. Sun loungers are positioned nearby, surrounded by manicured grass and hedges. The clear blue sky reflects on the water's surface, enhancing the serene outdoor setting.
