Vacation rentals with a patio in Cantabria

We've had a great time staying here. The place was just like on the photos and very clean. Hosts were very responsive and helpful, when we had an incident and had to postpone the trip, they've let us to move the dates for a couple of days forward - that was very nice.

José has been an excellent host, he was very friendly and attentive. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and the view is mind-blowing. Repetiriamos 100%

Great stay at Rebeca’s - we just wish it had been longer. The appartement is perfect with plenty of space and two balconies. It is a very short walk to the beach which is huge and clean. Bars and restos and amenities very close. All good

Patricia is a delightful host. She was friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble for her. We were able to check-in early, which was wonderful for us. The apartment was perfect for us, and ideally situated for restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarket and other specialist food shops. A bus stop was near by and the local bus service was very good. We loved our stay in Patricia's apartment, and the city of Santander, and very much hope to return.

Perfect place to spend a few days by the sea. In November, the neighborhood is very (too) quiet. But the center of the city is accessible by a short walk, along the sea (15 minutes). Judith and Jean-Christophe, November 2025

It is located in a beautiful village near the supermarket with its own parking and a short time from both Santander and Bilbao. The house is clean and cozy.

Everything was great,the apartment was impeccable,clean and tidy. Very helpful at all times,kind and accessible. We felt right at home. Thank you for everything.

We just spent a few days with our family. The accommodation is just as you can see in the photos, everything is very new and clean. Very comfortable and large beds. The kitchen well equipped with necessities. Also highlighting the proximity to the beach, the pool, which my children always use and the garage square. We'll be back.

Great house, well could almost be called a museum! decorated to detail, very nice and with all the facilities, fully equipped. have been a few days where we were very comfortable! Highly responsive host and very friendly. Perfect house for a large number of people. Lots of storage and amenities. Out of the city center, but you're there in a 15-minute walk or several bus solutions. And we can park 3 cars in the property! Pleasant exterior.

Nestled in a stunning natural setting, it offers a perfect experience to disconnect from the daily bustle. The house combines rustic style with modern comforts, creating a cozy atmosphere. Rooms:The rooms are spacious and bright, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Amenities:The kitchen is fully equipped. There is also a living room with a fireplace, ideal for relaxing in the evenings. Activities:The location is ideal for hiking, biking and other outdoor activities. Exterior: the house has a private parking area, barbecue and sunbeds, ideal for when it's good weather. I recommend the house 100%, Claudia who welcomed us on our arrival was a charm at all times.

Privileged environment, the house is partially renovated and the living room has unbeatable views. The kitchen, new, is not missing any detail. The green areas and terraces are also a spectacle. We spent a few days, family of 4 with a really fun pet. The visits in the area and the gastronomy also of 10.

Magnificent home for family reunion. Very close to Somo which was our goal. very nice garden area for humans and dogs. The host was attentive at all times to us. We will be back for sure.

I had a wonderful stay at Gabriel's and his fathers house! From the moment we arrived, the welcome was warm and thoughtful, with complimentary treats that made us feel right at home. The house was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Its location is fantastic – just a short 10-minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for enjoying the sun and sea. Plus, there's a great bakery nearby that became our daily stop. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and convenient getaway!

A very nice and comfortable house, with a very complete kitchen, a perfect cleanliness and a great heating. The owner, super accommodating and very friendly, very willing to help in any way. And since I had no tenants act followed, it allowed us a flexible check in and check out, which is very important for us and very much to thank. The village is very nice, and the house is in a quiet area, but accessible to all amenities, which are very plentiful. The beautiful landscape and the views from the terrace of the house are very nice to eat there A great weekend, if we return to the area we will repeat, without hesitation.

We booked Manuel's apartment the day before our arrival, being a trip on the go. It was our first trip with a dog so we were looking for a house with a garden so it could be comfortable. The house is even better than in photos, in the center of Suances, very spacious and comfortable, with everything you need to spend a few days relaxing on the coast. In addition, Manuel and his brother were charming and very diligent. We were offered a lot of recommendations from the area according to our tastes. Special mention to the comfy large bed, what a delight! We'll do it again if we have the chance.

New and very clean. Large, covered balcony in the studio apartment - but with a view on the roundabout. Short distance to the old town/harbor and large supermarket around the corner. From our apartment we made a beautiful coastal hike to Playa Poo, which we highly recommend.

We had 2 days great. The house is which ones to which the photos. For winter there is a huge air-conditioning heating. The patio is great for children and pets. A very quiet area with a park right in front. Very recommended, the little house is great, we will come back 100% for sure. Thank you very much to Pedro for your attention and management! 🤗🩷

Everything impeccable! Teresa super loving, she was always on the lookout, she gave us a lot of recommendations for walks and restaurants. The house is beautiful, incredible views. You can breathe total peace and be able to see the horizon with mountains and sea is priceless. The super-equipped depto, beautiful decoration and very comfortable. Everything in perfect condition. We have arrived super easy without problems. Thank you very much Teresa!!

The house is as in the photos. The hosts were quick to communicate with us. It was our base for touring Cantabria. We were also left some great sobaos to welcome us. Everything is great

Great house - clean and comfortable. The kitchen/living space is small for 5/6 people (fine for 4 or less) but as long as the weather is good the garden makes up for this. 2 good showers and the shared pool was always quiet. convenient to havr on site parking and Jose is a very welcoming host.

Quality accommodation within walking distance of the town of San Vicente de la Barquera. This two-floor flat is well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable. The garage space is useful but most days we were able to park in the street right outside the flat. Good to have a swimming pool too, though the beaches nearby (San Vicente, Oyambre, Comillas ...) are so good, we didn't make use of it. Highly recommended for a holiday in this area.
