We absolutely loved this apartment in the old town of Nice. The location was PERFECT! No scooters or motorcycles allowed in the old town and it felt so safe for our kiddos to walk around. Delicious restaurants and ice cream just down stairs and the most amazing park just around the corner. So central and easily walkable and safe! The unit had everything you could need and our kids loved the decor and light fixtures (and asked me to buy some for them at home). The unit is on the 3rd floor and no lift (which is very clear in the listing). It’s an old building and a bit creaky and not silent in the surrounding area, but earplugs were provided and honestly it didn’t bother us at all. But if you are expecting a silent area this might not be for you. We absolutely loved Alex’s place and hope to come back

Start to finish our stay at Renaud’s apartment was perfect. Even when we potentially had to cancel due to our airline strike he was very flexible and accommodating. His mother Michelle gave us a wonderful welcome and helped us feel right at home in the suite with local recommendations. The suite is as described, clean and quiet with a great view of the port. Easy access from the airport, close to trains and buses to towns all over the coast. Walkable to restaurants, old town, beaches and the coastal path. We loved Nice and surrounding areas. We couldn't have found a better place to stay in Nice! The apartment is only 4 minutes walk from a bus stop and 10 minutes walk from the tram stop of Libération. You have everything you need at walkable distance: 5 minutes walk to a grocery store, pharmacy, gas station and plenty of stores and restaurants to choose from. From the balcony of the apartment you have a fabulous view of the city of Nice. Franck and his mother were extremely helpful and friendly!

The best AirBnB we’ve ever rented! Jon Giselle’s villa was an amazing home with plentiful space and beautiful surroundings. Communication was excellent - always responsive and gave us clear instructions to enter the home. The pool was a little chilly, but to be expected in April. The kids enjoyed it regardless. Thank you so much Jon Gisle and Marie-Laure!! We will treasure memories for years to come.

We spent two wonderful weeks at Dominique's place. The highlight is definitely the pool, which we were allowed to use on our own at all times. The location of the apartment is very good, as many places worth seeing can be reached within a short time. Dominique was very friendly, gave us a lot of information and was always responsive.

Beautiful house with top location, sea view, beautiful garden. I would highly recommend it.

I spent 7 days in Cèline's apartment with my wife and son. We had a great time, Cèline's apartment is equipped with everything, even in the kitchen there is nothing missing. Cèline is a hostess who is always available but discreet. I recommend it to anyone who loves comfort and tranquility.

Great time with family, very well-equipped house for large meals on the terrace, but also indoors. Sun, shade, there was something for everyone! Very well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful environment surrounded by nature in the middle of Grasse, with all the shops nearby. Easy to park. Thank you for everything! We recommend it!

We booked late, but feel very lucky, the reviews and comments about the villa and the lovely Agnes (who was looking after us during our holiday) are spot on. From the moment the electric gates closed behind our car, we felt we were in a little oasis. Agnes popped round to welcome us and gave us some really insightful tips about the area and was always available if we had questions. Nearby Tourrettes is truly charming. We had my 2 1/2 YO grandchild with us and she loved the pool and the open plan, air conditioned living/dining room for naps. The house is on multiple levels with each bedroom having its own character, but all are very comfortable. You get sun all day but also the area has dark skies, I haven't seen the milky way in years. The kitchen is very well equipped, you could easily host a dinner party (and use the inside and outside bars!). We'd definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved staying here! Phoebe was a great host, always friendly and helpful. Our two young daughters had great fun in the swimming pool. And the Airbnb was really well kitted out with toys and things for them to do. The location was beautiful and just a short walk into town where we visited some other places that Phoebe recommended. We felt really at home here and it was fantastic having our breakfast and dinner out on the terrace in the beautiful garden. Considering this was our first holiday as a young family of four, everything was super easy and we had the best holiday! Cannot recommend Southern France highly enough… especially if you choose to stay at Lou Messugo!

Very nice house in lovely area. Landlord was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The kitchen would benefit from a few more plates, wine glasses etc.

We spent a blissful ten days in this lovely corner of Alpes-Maritimes; the apartment was perfect for our stay in every way. Jessica and Mark are delightful hosts - friendly, informative and discreet; full of suggestions for great places to visit and local walks. The location is perfect for visiting Cannes, Nice and Monaco, plus all the exquisite hilltop villages - we loved Auribeau-sur-Siagne and Mougins. We enjoyed the glorious views from the patio and pool; you can see right down to the sea at Cannes from the elevated position. The only sounds were of nature - we saw birds of prey wheeling above the valley and many native butterflies, especially up on the hill behind the property. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bathroom was excellent with a superb large shower - perfect after a long walk or a morning swim. All in all - a marvellous stay. Thank you Jessica and Mark!

Great! Claudine is a very welcoming host and the apartment is very well located and very clean

For the negative points first: the apartment is in the basement, so very little natural light (but numerous and efficient lights). Despite this, we found it very comfortable. It has been completely refurbished with good taste. Everything was very clean. The neighborhood, residential, is pleasant: beautiful facades, shops, square right in front with exotic species and games for children. Ideal location, everything is on foot: Promenade des Anglais 10 minutes, train station 10 minutes, old town 20 minutes, Russian cathedral 10 minutes. Tram station on the corner, serving the airport on one side, and the port of Nice via the old town on the other. Responsive host. Recommended.

We enjoyed our 12 day stay in the apartment. Well situated close to the water and to the village centre. A little noisy in the evenings but quiet after about 11 pm. We really enjoyed the large open kitchen which is well appointed. The dining/ living area is large and comfortable. There is also an outdoor terrace with seating and a table. There is no air conditioning but there are several large fans. Worked out well in early September but the warmer months could be a problem for some. Overall, we had a great stay and loved Villefranche Thanks Richard

The place is very charming. Our two kids and we used the pool every day if not almost all day! It was very nice of Avril and David that they welcomed us very warmly. Avril was lightning fast when we had a question or needed certain things. Very nice, sweet and warm people. The mosquitoes were a bit of a hassle, but the hosts can't do anything about it. We also got something from Avril against them. By car, we got everywhere quickly. To Grasse, Mougins, Mouans-Sartoux, Nice, Antibes or Cannes.

Caterina organized everything to ensure a comfortable stay. Thank you for hosting us, we loved the place and location. We would rent again.

This is a beautifully presented bungalow with every bit a equipment carefully provided. Izzy and Cliff were lovely hosts who made us feel most welcome. I can recommend them without reservation
