Excellent communication with the host. Great location near La Croisette and a supermarket. The apartment is quiet and has an essential but adequate equipment. Agnes and her son were kind and welcoming.

Beautifully renovated space. Good pillows good kitchen supplies great showers. It was close to the beach and sea walk with lots of cafes, market, corner store and we enjoyed our stay very much. The house is clean and neat and has everything you need for a stay with children. It’s a small apartment but plenty of room. The ceilings are high and make the space feel big. The doors open to Juliet’s balcony for fresh air!

We couldn't have found a better place to stay in Nice! The apartment is only 4 minutes walk from a bus stop and 10 minutes walk from the tram stop of Libération. You have everything you need at walkable distance: 5 minutes walk to a grocery store, pharmacy, gas station and plenty of stores and restaurants to choose from. From the balcony of the apartment you have a fabulous view of the city of Nice. Franck and his mother were extremely helpful and friendly!

Christian and Nina’s place is exactly what is pictured. The apartment is in a residential neighborhood a short walk from the beach. The balcony overlooks the Tennis Club and is a fun place to watch the players. There is a mini grocery store a short walk away and a larger store less than a mile. If you rent a car, ask for a small one as the parking space in the building is typically pretty small. The A/C works great, the shower is very nice and all the instructions for the appliances are included with a variety of other details about the apartment. We would happily return for another stay!

Our stay at Maxim’s was great! Well located, we loved the assembly to the train station, coffee shops and was a relatively quick walk to square, old town and beach. The Airbnb was spacious for two people and provided everything we needed! Going in summer the AC was great to have and we appreciated the washer unit! Maxim’s was great at communicating and even though I didn’t have cellular service when away from the unit was responsive to check in and check out!

Me and my friends had a great time there! You are in the centre and the train station is just a small walk away. The house looked just like the pictures. Denis showed us the place and was very friendly. He and Isabelle responded quickly and friendly to our messages. It is super worth the price if you need to find a place to stay in Nice!

Small apartment in a super central location, within a courtyard and therefore without a view of the sea, but very convenient for all services. I emphasize the extreme cleanliness, organization and order of the apartment, which is not obvious. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a short stay, the apartment is in great condition, all the decor, bathroom included, is new.

A perfect stay at Rita's. With her husband François, our hosts gave us a very nice welcome and responded to all our requests. The accommodation was as described and located in a very quiet area of Le Cannet, close to the center of Cannes. I would highly recommend it!

Our stay was really good, the apartment was just as described. Natacha, the co-host, was very friendly, helpful, responded quickly to all our requests and shared tipps on events.

Stefania was really quick to reply to all messages, and very flexible and accommodating with check in and check out times to suit my flights. She was really friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and a very good spec for old town Cannes (speaking from experience!!). It was incredibly well stocked - everything you could need in a kitchen, included coffee capsules, dishwasher and washing machine tablets etc.., and everything else you could need like an iron, hairdryer etc… A very good location at the top of old town so you’re 30 seconds walk from all of the restaurants and bars of Le Suquet. Really happy with the stay and very good value, thank you Stefania!

We were great at Monique's apartment! Spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped. The beautiful Garden is lovely. In addition, the apartment is very close to shops, public transport and restaurants. Monique received us and explained everything. We stayed for a week and we liked it. Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

Everything was great, apartment was clean and well-equipped. Quiet neighborhood. Short distance to old town, shopping and train station. Very comfortable bed. Balcony was also nice having sunshine. We were very satisfied.

I had a great stay, the view is incredible with a private residence, I highly recommend being transported everything is next door by car beach, shop, restaurant, 15min by car. The host is always there friendly,
