Vacation rentals with beach access in Cannes

5 days in paradise. Much better than I expected, Cathy's apartment is new, beautiful, tastefully furnished, comfortable beds and nothing is missing, 2 TVs, cd dvd mp3, wifi, a small stereo system for FM lovers, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, dishwasher, an electric grill on the terrace, there are even two small umbrellas for the beach. Really like staying at home, even better, the terrace is just overlooking the sea, beautiful, spacious, the apartment is on the top of two floors, with elevator and above there is another large terrace like the entire apartment itself with a jacuzzi ready for use . A short walk to beautiful beaches, convenience stores, cafes, pubs , rice, tobacco, all within walking distance. For those traveling by train there is also a bus that stops right in front of the building. Cathy is an impeccable host, kind and available for anything. I've been going on that stretch of coast for years and now I have an extra reason to go back as soon as I can ))

Seemingly very well located, close to a lovely beach and nice walks in the Dramont. Quiet and as described. We had a lovely stay at the Esterel.

This apartment is a bright and rare pearl of the Cote d'Azur. Full of light, spacious, very fashionable, and comfortable at the same time, thought out to the smallest detail made our vacation unforgettable! Many thanks to its owner Nadine for her friendly warm welcome and attention.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Mathieu and Sophie's beautiful home! They're backyard is a perfect spot to relax under the tree and overlook the ocean. It's also a perfect spot to watch the beautiful sunrises. The home is very modern with very high tech controls but able to quickly learn due to their very well written instructions. The ability to play music from their built in speakers was a nice touch. Having a private parking spot was very helpful since we had a car. We loved the neighborhood, close to bakeries, a bocci ball park, and not far from restaurants and shopping. But far away enough from the city center for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Thank you to Mathieu and Sophie for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Excellent accommodation with superb sea and mountain views. We had a great week there with all the surroundings.

We had a memorable time in sunny South of France. The place offers plenty both space and privacy for plenty of people. Location is unbeatable, sea view is amazing!

Excellent location as it is close to the beach and sufficiently “far away” from the noise. It's easy to walk around town with many services nearby. 5-Star Host always ready to help and easy conversation. Esteve always worried about helping with everything. My congratulations to Mr. Marcello.

Spacious apartment and very responsive and helpful host. Great aircon for the height of summer season. Pool lovely and well located for both walking into Antibes and Juan Les Pins. Could be modernised in some areas like the kitchen but all very clean and things working fine.

we were impressed with the comfort, beauty and many amenities in the listing. It was perfectly located overlooking the ocean and close to the market. Super comfortable and the kitchen was unusually well stocked. Lise left a generous welcome basket as well. We loved our stay and would choose to go back every time.

Our stay in Fréjus went very well thanks to Laure's accommodation. Everything is functional and very well furnished. Laure's flexibility is a real plus, both on schedules and animal acceptance. we recommend it! thank you again

Beautiful place, tastefully decorated, all the amenities are there. Large garden, so you can sit in the sun and also in the shade. Beautiful outdoor kitchen, which we made a lot of use of. Beautiful swimming pool, tennis court, jeu de boules court. Friendly host and nice communication.

The house has a really great location, you can easily get both in the direction of Cannes/Nice/Monaco as well as in the direction of St Tropez. If you prefer to be in nature, the area offers great nature for excursions in addition to the cities and beaches. The house is cozy, has a great view towards the sea and into the hilly hinterland and is very quiet in a gated community. Particularly noteworthy is Alena as a hostess, she responds very quickly and is always helpful and strives to ensure that the guests are doing well and is very warm in her dealings. Thank you so much for everything!

We had a wonderful stay at Aline's place. You feel very comfortable from the first minute and it's a great apartment. It is comfortably equipped and you will find everything in the kitchen. This is our second time staying there and will definitely be back. It is simply fantastic and Aline is a very friendly and helpful hostess. Thank you so much for everything !

Exemplary hosts, Many thanks to Flo and Estelle for the clear and precise instructions and their friendly welcome. The apartment is well-equipped, access is private and secure, Flo's tourist guide is very helpful. Underground garage, swimming pool, paddle board, location facing the sea are notable advantages. Apartment as described, near the sea and with a very large swimming pool in the residence which was very uncrowded in the second half of August. Very clean and perfect welcome with Heidi and Jeroen. No complaints.

We had a great time at Amria's place. The apartment is located close to shops, the beach or even old Antibes. Amria is an available, responsive host with good advice. I highly recommend staying at Amria's place for a stay in Antibes.

Well equipped flat in the center of St.Aygulf. Lovely balkony where you can enjoy the sunsets. You have everything you need for a summer holiday, reachable in 5min by car. Very good spot to spend your holidays.

the studio corresponded exactly to the description & photos. claude/dominique were very nice, helpful and always available. the location is very good. you are at sentier littorlal in 5 minutes. will be happy to come back.👌🤗👍

Very pleasant and friendly encounter with Jean-Yves. Communication in writing as well as in person worked very well. In the fridge, delicacies were waiting for us, so we didn't have to buy anything for the first morning. The apartment is modern and very nicely furnished, we felt very comfortable right away. The large terrace offers beautiful views of the sea, simply magnificent! The beach, restaurants and bars are on site, you don't need a car. The air conditioning is very quiet, which is ideal for sleeping in the great heat. There are comfortable beds and the rooms offer a good size. We highly recommend this apartment. The view from the living room is worth the cost. It was breathtaking!!! Great restaurant downstairs, market around the corner and only a 30 min walk to the old town. The pictures are actually how the apartment is described. I would stay here again 100%
