Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Cannaregio, Venice

The place was pretty, newly renovated, clean and comfortable. 15 min. walk to the train station and right next to a Vaporetto stop. We were four friends and were comfortable sharing the two double beds and two bathrooms. We enjoyed our stay very much and would be happy to come back.

Ideal apartment for a visit to Venice - area is great…walkable to all sights but in a quiet area just steps away from various bars/cafes/restaurants - definitely the area to stay in Venice

We had a great 4-ni stay in this very nice, upscale, spacious apt located in the San Marco area. It is very close to the S. Angelo vaporetto dock, and also just steps away from a traghetto dock to cross to the S Palo area. The owners helped us arrange a water taxi to/from the train station to the S Angelo dock, which is a nice way to arrive/depart if you want to avoid a potentially crowded water bus w/suitcases. The apt is an easy walk to Piazza S Marco and the Doge’s Palace. And it is close to Ponte dell’Academia to get to Dorsoduro. In the US, we would call this type of home a “split level”; one bedroom on the main level, a 2nd bedroom down a few stairs, and a 3rd that is a few steps up. The 2 bathrooms are located near the lower and upper bedrooms. There is a small elevator to get to the apt from ground level (helpful with suitcases). The beds were comfortable and large, the bathrooms are modern and well-equipped, the kitchen and living area, also quite nice. Highly recommended!

Fantastic stay with great space and comfortable bed. Truly appreciated holding our luggage after check out and arranging private taxi upon arrival and departure to airport. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Sandrine’s place! It was in a great location close to many restaurants and stores but also quiet when you are in the AirBnB. She provided recommendations for the area and had clear instructions on everything. Would recommend!

This flat is perfect if you’re looking to be close to the train and bus station and very easy to get to Venice main part of the city. Very clean and spacious. Ursula gave us clear instructions on how to find it and tips on what to visit around Venice. Great bed, big lounge area well equipped kitchen although we didn’t need to use it while we were there. I would definitely recommend it and would choose it again when coming back to Venice. Thank you again!

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Venice. From the start, Salvatore made the experience seamless by meeting us at the train station, walking us to the apartment, and sharing plenty of helpful information about both the apartment and Venice itself. The apartment is beautifully styled with a modern touch while retaining its authentic Venetian charm. It’s thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need—extra towels, shampoo, shower gel, adapters, etc The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with essentials like coffee, spices, and paper towels, and even delightful surprises in the fridge like prosecco, cream, jam... Everything was impeccably clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The location is ideal—peaceful yet perfectly central, allowing you to walk everywhere. We only needed public transport for trips to Murano and Burano. Another thoughtful gesture was being allowed to store our luggage after checkout. We highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again!

Paola was very nice and very helpful with us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time since the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a beautiful New Year's Eve with friends and we'd love to come back. Thank you Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Highly recommended!

Perfect Base for Visiting Vienna!" Lorenzo’s place was the ideal spot for our family trip to Vienna. It’s just 4 stops by public transport to the city centre , and the tap-on, tap-off system using a credit card made traveling around so easy. The villa itself was spacious, offering plenty of room for our family of four, and it was equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing place to stay while exploring Vienna!

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

Loved everything about it Old World charm exactly what we were looking for

Alessandro is a wonderful person, we arrived at 9:00 pm and he was there waiting for us, he welcomed us into his wonderful apartment equipped with anything you needed! He made us find snacks, drinks, breakfast sweets, drinks, and water! The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, the heating on and a warm and welcoming climate! He made us find the bus tickets to Venice upon our arrival and gave us a lot of tips to get around independently and easily! Very well-stocked area with pizzerias, restaurants, market, everything is under the house! What can I say... a perfect stay, it's not so obvious to find people like Alessandro! My family and I are super satisfied, we highly recommend it and we will definitely return to stay at Tommy's Loft!!

Fabulous location, away from the crowds but a short walk to all areas. Chiara was really quick to respond & resolve the couple of issues that arose. Perfect apartment for 2 people but maybe a bit tight for 4, in particular only enough comfortable seating on a small 2 seater sofa & kitchen space limited if wanting to cook & eat in. Overall a really lovely apartment.

Our stay at Daniela's was perfect. The accommodation is very close to the bus stop that leads to Venice, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The apartmentis perfect for us we were 4 adults and two children, spacious and clean environments. Daniela has always been available with us in all our requests. We will see you again soon.

The accommodation is great, I recommend it, it is quite large, very clean, good bedding, good location, away from the crowds but also very close to lively streets Airport tip, for your transfer take the private company Alilaguna Blue, €15 per person per trip, you arrive very close to the apartment. Close to a Vaporetto stop to access the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello, allow 1 day to visit the 3 islands

I had a fantastic stay! The apartment had everything I needed and was in a great location - close to all the key attractions and with a grocery store literally next door. Communication with the host was excellent; they provided detailed recommendations and clear directions to the apartment. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely book again!
