Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Cannaregio, Venice

Had a great stay at Albertos. Alexa was there to meet us as soon as we got in touch to say we'd arrived earlier than expected. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds comfortable. Location was good (on a quiet sidestreet) 30 yards away from No.2 bus (usually quite crowded) that takes you straight into Venice. Pattisserie across the road and a supermarket 5 minute walk away. Some tips during your stay. Ubers are very expensive but also watch out for local taxi drivers. We had one that took us on an extended tour of Mestre. Luckily we had our GPS on and caught him at it. Knocked down his 26 euro fare to 10 when confronted. Make sure you get a price and address of where you are going. Beware of ordering a large beer at some establishments or you might get a very expensive 1 Litre drink. A day trip to Verona is a good option by train (there are cheap fare options during the day). Don't worry about pushing and jostling to get on to Vaperettos. Every else does it.

What a lovely apartment and even lovelier host! I think it looked even better than the pictures, we had everything we needed and everything was clean. Davide gave us great tips on how to get around, where to eat, always responded immediately. Thank you and if we’re ever back in Venice, we will definitely stay here again!

Giuseppe has been a great host for me and my study colleagues. We stayed at the flat for four months during our Erasmus program at Ca' Foscari. The flat is in good condition, and its location makes commuting to the main island very easy. Giuseppe has also been very responsive and is always available through the Airbnb website.

Just everything you need! Carlotta’s place it’s a comfortable and perfect location. You can reach Venice easily and avoid the overtourism trouble that some locations have. I had a perfect support by the host. Thank you

Giorgio’s apartment is an absolute gem, like stepping into a cozy time capsule. It’s outfitted with everything you could possibly need, and the beds are incredibly comfortable—perfect for our family of nine. The location is ideal, super close to water taxi stops, making it easy to get around. Plus, everything is within a 15-minute walk to the main squares and central parts of town. Venice itself is such a magical place to explore and get wonderfully lost in. Giorgio’s warmth and helpfulness made our stay even better. Highly recommend!p

Such a kind and welcoming as well as thoughtful host - and close to good restaurants, cafes, shops San Marco Sq AND the Biennale!

We had a wonderful stay at Sweet Home Jesolo! The apartment (and complex as a whole) was beautiful, spotless and perfect for a family of 4. The disposable bed linen was comfortable, though we did take our own sheets (but not pillow cases). It’s situated in farmland, about a 20 min walk from the beach and main strip of restaurants, which makes it a peaceful haven from the bustle of the main resort. The bikes provided add to the adventure as it’s an easy cycle to the beach/town (even with an 8 year old on the back!) and mean you only really need to use a car for a supermarket run (which is 2 mins away) or to get to the ferry port for Venice. I’d highly recommend Pizzeria Stiefel and it’s amazing sharing pizza, as well as Il Magazzino Delle Scope (Italian tapas) for dinner (but it’s worth booking ahead in the summer!). Alessandro and Giulia were fantastic hosts, on hand for any questions and super lovely.

I stayed for 2 weeks and had a great time. It is in a very quiet area and to reach Venice just walk 10 minutes to reach the bus stop. The host was always helpful and respectful and very welcoming, I was also offered a free cleaning after the first week. I found everything I needed and much more. Surely if I have to return to Venice, I would like to return to this airbnb.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and met our needs. The roof top patio is a luxurious touch. We very much enjoyed our stay :)

A great modern apartment in a central location. The beach, restaurants and shops are all on your doorstep however the apartment is very quiet and has a lovely private terrace. Very clean and great amenities plus excellent air conditioning for an August visit. Identical to the pictures. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym are also very clean and make the Star Palace complex an excellent place to stay. A day trip to Venice is very convenient via a private bus pick up point which is 30 seconds from the apartment and then a boat trip from Jesolo, Piazza Faro. Cinzia was very responsive and helpful with the beach club booking advice etc. Lots to recommend.

Simone was a great host, we had a problem with WiFi but it was solved within a day. Nice spot!

We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely amazing and matched the pictures perfectly. It was extremely clean, and you could tell great care had been taken to make it feel welcoming. Loretta and her husband greeted us so warmly and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They truly are the loveliest hosts, even checking on us during the weekend to ensure everything was going smoothly. Their hospitality is rare to find in Airbnbs nowadays. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would love to come back again in the future.

Very clean accommodation and very friendly host, helpful and present if necessary. The house is equipped with every service described and everything works perfectly. The neighborhood is very quiet and in a short time you can reach a lot of interesting things.

Great place to stay with lots to do and a lovely community. The cabin was perfect to relax in.

It was a pleasure to stay in the campsite, the bungalow is nice and surrounded by a quiet and comfortable green corner, the kindness and friendliness offered by Simone made a difference. If you're looking for a quiet place, this is the right environment. In addition, the property is a short walk from the stop from which you can comfortably reach the embarkation to Venice.
