Patrizia is sympathetic and responds quickly to the messages. She received us very nicely. In addition, she gaves us tips on now to travel to Venice. How to get there and what to see. Angel woman! I recommend with all my heart!

We could not have enjoyed our stay more. This is a lovely, intimate apartment -- tucked-away from the crowds but still close to all Venice has to offer. With plenty of space and a small but well-equipped kitchen, the apartment was the perfect place to call home during our visit. It is near some of the most interesting and tasty osterie and bacari in Cannaregio -- so a stop for an afternoon aperitvo and cicchetti was a must. Arrigo was a gracious and generous host who offered valuable insights and suggestions -- recommendations that are sure to be helpful to both first-time or frequent visitors. We are happy to recommend Arrigo's apartment to others and look forward to returning to it again.

We arrived on a personal taxi directly to a dock outside of the front door. Very luxurious and a special treat. We loved Venice and will be back to stay. Highly recommend. Don’t estimate to book!

The house was just like the photos Nadejda greeted us and helped us with everything we needed If we come back to Venice we will definitely stay there again!

Brilliantly located apartment for the Biennale sites, but also for catching the evening sunshine down on the front at Giardini and eating well locally at places like Nevodi. The apartment is highly compact and one of two in the same old building in a lovely quiet neighbourhood in Castello, just off the Via Garibaldi. If you’re going with friends or as a family of four, you could perhaps rent the whole of the upper part of the building? As previously reviewed, the bed is SUPER comfortable, and the bathroom has new fixtures and fittings which all work well. The kitchen is equipped with most things you need and Dr Borella has it stocked with basics and a bottle of sparking wine for your arrival. He’s a very responsive host and has arrangements set up for baggage that you might want to leave in the building after check-out time on the day of your departure. In summary, he has worked hard to make your stay welcoming, comfortable and a success.

My stay at this Venice apartment was truly unforgettable! The location, directly on the canal, was absolutely enchanting and made for a magical experience. This little gem is amazing!!! The staff was wonderful, and so welcoming and kind. The room with all its charm was spacious and comfortable. The highlight was the balcony overlooking the lagoon. The view over to Venice at night, watching the sunrise, so relaxing and beautiful. Our host bought breakfast of cappuccino and warm cornettos to our room! Easy access to the vaporettos and fast boat to the airport and train station make this the perfect spot. Lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Can't recommend this lovely authentic spot enough. We'll be back as soon as we can.

We loved our stay with Isabella. We were within walking distance to several great restaurants and cafes. its alsona great location to take a bus or train in to venice. Isabella made us feel comfortable and welcomed. would totally come back or recommend to a friend

Daniel is a sensitive and responsive guy. The house is clean comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and essential, so very clean. To visit Venice is ideal . A few meters away is the bus stop every 10 minutes to Venice. In the same neighborhood, a bar where you have an excellent breakfast, both savory and sweet. I thank Daniel for the calamity and the final hug. There is still a humanity amidst so much ugliness. For many, it's irrelevant for me. It made a difference. I felt like family

We were in Padua for a conference and had a great stay here. The apartment was very clean and it was nice to have the small grass yard outside, where we had breakfast in the late summer sun. We used two of the bikes available with the apartment and it was easy to reach any place in the old town in 5-10 minutes. Angela was very easy to communicate with. Thanks for the very pleasant stay.

Staying at Paola’s place is something that I highly recommend. She is very communicative and nice ☺️, gave us many recommendations and tips for the public transport. The room was exactly like the pictures, as well as the bathroom. We had an amazing time in Lido and we are planing to come back to her place again!

Alessandro is a wonderful person, we arrived at 9:00 pm and he was there waiting for us, he welcomed us into his wonderful apartment equipped with anything you needed! He made us find snacks, drinks, breakfast sweets, drinks, and water! The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, the heating on and a warm and welcoming climate! He made us find the bus tickets to Venice upon our arrival and gave us a lot of tips to get around independently and easily! Very well-stocked area with pizzerias, restaurants, market, everything is under the house! What can I say... a perfect stay, it's not so obvious to find people like Alessandro! My family and I are super satisfied, we highly recommend it and we will definitely return to stay at Tommy's Loft!!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cristina's place. It was a very short distance to the Biennale, which was our reason for coming, but it felt sheltered from all the activities surrounding the event. Likewise, it was very quick to get to Via Garibaldi, which had plenty of great restaurants. It was also comfortable enough to stay in one night and cook a meal at the house.

Alex is a truly wonderful host. I stayed in her apartment in Mestre for three months while working at the university in Venice and she was friendly, welcoming, and kind. The apartment is lovely and cozy; perfectly situated in a walkable neighborhood right next to public transportation and a super market. To get into Venice, you only need to take the tram 1 which comes every 20 minutes or so and after having stayed in Venice proper multiple times, I found I preferred the quiet and getting away from the crowds. I cannot recommend Alex's place enough and I will be staying with her again when I return for work.

We had a great stay. The apartment was well equiped, clean, the beds were super comfy. We were a couple minutes from the vaporetto, and close to many options for restaurants and market.

We spent a almost a week in the lovely apartment by the sea. It's a great place to stay if you want to visit Venice but stay outside in the more relaxed Lido area. There a nice restaurants and cafés as well as small shops nearby. We enjoyed staying in the carefully designed apartment. Federico was a great host, who gave us a personal reception and gave us tips about the area. Eventhough we were delayed, he waited for us unti we got there. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back another time.

absolutely perfect for a stay in Venice. Easy to get to from airport. bus costs 10 euros but a taxi is 40euros and so, with 4 of us, a taxi made sense. Brilliant communication especially as our flight time changed and so we were arriving after check in time. Gaspare met us at the apartment. Lovely spacious accomodation. 2mins to bus into Venice and a large supermarket opposite. Gaspare could not be friendlier and was also able to sort an issue where my son had left a headphone in the apartment after checkout. Highly recommended.

Maria’s water door was amazing ! It exceeded our expectations and was more beautiful than the pictures depicted. The place was warm and accommodating. Maria left is a welcome Prosecco for us which was a perfect start to our honeymoon in Venezia ! She was very helpful and gave us many recommendations. The mini fridge was packed with other goodies we could purchase which is very convenient. She gave us clear instructions for check in and even sent a video demonstration. It was our favorite stay in Italy and we loved the terrace view she reserved for us! This is the perfect place for couples! It was very romantic !

Absolutely loved this home! It was so special and thoughtfully decorated. Cristina and Frederico were also incredibly kind and welcoming - truly the best hosts that I have ever experienced using Airbnb. Cristina personally met us up on our arrival, took the time to ensure we were comfortable, and even had a map to show us were to go on the island. There were also so many personal touches throughout the home. It is clearly loved and they are so happy to share it with guests. Unfortunately, it rained quite a bit during our time in Venice but I will definitely be returning to this location and recommending it to friends and family. It was very conveniently located near the Pizzale Roma train station and was within walking to so many wonderful things! Cristina was also very responsive with any questions and provided us with so many wonderful recommendations during our stay. Don't hesitate to book this wonderful home! The pictures don't even do it justice. You will not be disappointed!
