Palacio Ico - Suite N9

NienkeRating, 5 stars90 months ago
We had a great stay at Palacio. It is an old capital house and renovated into a lovely place with 9 rooms, a courtyard and an (upcoming) restaurant. The room interior was very beautiful (and big!). The room was super clean (every day new hand towels etc.) and the bed was perfect. The location of the Airbnb is in the middle of the center of Teguise (which is in our opinion the cutest place of Lanzarote). So all of the nice restaurants (hesperides, ikarus) in de neighborhood are within a 5min walk. At sundays, there is a huge, cosy market, right in front of Palacio, a must do/see. Every morning there is a very tasteful breakfast served in the courtyard of Palacio. This is a very zen place. We were at Lanzarote for surfing and got many tips from the hosts and people who were working at Palacio, this was very kind. We would definitely recommend this place for other travelers. Especially when you are looking for a peaceful but cosy place, not far from all nice spots on Lanzarote.

Palacio Ico - Room N1

TraceyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
It’s wonderful to have. A little oasis to retreat to right in the centre of the village especially on market day. The courtyard is great and the room large but cosy with nice touches such as water and coffee. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty and the staff super friendly. Will be back

Room T (Alexine Tinne), double, in Bubango Hostel

MichałRating, 5 stars6 days ago
I highly recommend staying at this place. It is very well located just on town square - with many spots in walkable distance (market, restaurant), has a beautiful terrace with shared kitchen (well stacked and clean). Also in area nearby there are multiple trails and views worth going to (mostly by car or at least by bus). Marek and Katarzyna are responsive and can recommend local attractions.

The hostel is beautiful! Above all, the communal kitchen is a very nice place, very clean and tastefully furnished, a wonderful view over the adjoining terrace and a nice place to chat with other travelers. All around a success!

Room D (Alexandra David), single, Hostal Bubango

SonjaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Katarzyna and Marek have created a very special place here. The heart of this pleasant hostel is the large kitchen with a roof terrace, from which you can let your gaze wander over palm trees and the village square to the sea. The kitchen is well equipped & organized, from the espresso pot to toasters & blender to dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine (!) everything necessary (and more) is available. The careful handling of the things and premises entrusted to them by the guests was also very positive. The rooms - real unique pieces, individually and colorfully designed with care and taste, with high windows and morning sun or in a somewhat quieter rear courtyard west location. Complaints about clanging church bells? For me, this sound was part of the inventory of this very local place - like the palm trees in front of the window or the colorful hustle and bustle around the café pavilion opposite. I really enjoyed the days at Hostal Bubango and will definitely be back!
